My baby truffles only gets the best she’s my everything, Clips N Snips owner Luz is exceptional at what she does. I was terrified to have truffles groomed as she was very tiny when she was a puppy. Luz made sure to follow all my requests and provided excellent customer service. She also has a great staff all of them are super friendly and I never seen a dog sad or scared there. The shop is an open space you can see the dogs being groomed which openly displays there tender care for the dogs. I highly recommend this place. Your fur baby will be well taken care of by her gentle staff 5 stars across the board !

Have been taking my baby here for a few years now. They are nice, and I feel safe leaving my dog with them. I can tell they love animals. Never had any issues with them. Prices are fair, although for my tiny dog I wish the prices could change depending on dog size. 🤣

I loved this place but I sent my dog for a hair cut the other day and they did my baby so bad. They shaved his hair down so bad and my dog was so fluffy they made it seem like they just wanted to get rid of him and charged me almost 100 dollars for making my poor dog literally bald .They could’ve left him more hair but instead they shaved it down really bad .Very disappointed and won’t be going there again

A few days ago I brought my dog here for a haircut. They usually do an okay job but I guess this day they were busy/rushing. I wish they would have just asked to reschedule on a day where they had more time. When Iwalked in they stated that my dog had knots in her hair and would cut the hair shorter I didn't mind because I understood her hair was a little long. However when I received my dog back she literally almost had no hair left! On top of that they decided to leave all the hair on her ears still but completely skinned the rest of her body. I was very unhappy. I will attachphotos of her the day before grooming and after.

Amazing place to bring your pets. I have been coming to Luz since before she opened up this wonderful place in Clifton. She is talented, very professional and treats my dogs as her own. She has this gentleness and warmth when dealing with my dogs that makes them feel safe and comfortable. Bring your pets here, they will love it!

We have been coming here for about a year for our Standard Size Goldendoodle, he is about 70 lbs. We live very close so it was convenient. However as our puppy grew, they began adding dematting charge which we understood. But on one occasion we brought him in and they said that he is too matted and that they will only take him if they shaved him. Since they are the "professionals" we agreed to shave. Now that his hair has grown, they AGAIN said that they will need to shave him or we have to detangle/dematt ourselves at home or they will not accept him, We felt him and he only had little tangles no matting. We declined and went to another location where they were amazing, did not mention ANYTHING about matts or tangles and he came out perfect.If this place does not want to service our dog because of his size, then we at least would appreciate honesty. Very unprofessional especially that they said in order for them to do anything we would have to "DO THEIR JOB" basically and demat/detangle and bring him back. Absolutely unacceptable.

This place is great! I'm very picky about where I take my cat to be groomed. He is a long haired Persian male and not many places will groom Persians. They took our appointment and scheduled us in very quickly, and were so friendly when I arrived with Leo. They finished him in less than an hour with a full lion cut. When I picked him up he looked adorable with a cute handkerchief around his mane and he seemed very happy! Will definitely be back.

I've been with Clips N' Snips for over 2 years now. My fur baby loves them! Never saw a dog more excited to get groomed than she is lol. Her excited alone every single time tells me that she trusts them and loves them. They always do an amazing job with her, and I never ever worry when she is under their care. Luz hope I spelled her name correctly, is amazing and has been grooming my Athena for over 2 years now. I would and I do refere anyone I know who needs an excellent groomer, who loves her work and it shows! Thank you so much for always treating my Athena as family.

Excellent service, they treated my dog like a King, he was so difficult to cut his hair as he's very nervous and tends to bite but the girls at the salon were amazingly good, my baby boy have no more matted hair and he didn't bite them once. This was his 1st haircut at a salon in almost 7 years of me cutting his hair on my own, I'll be taking him every 6 weeks from now on since he love them so much, especially Cne', she will be his stylist from now on :D

I would like to say that the work they do with the dogs yes it's amazing. My dogs hair comes out astonishing. On the other hand, what is horrible about this business is the communication and people skills. I made an appointment and when we went and they never log us in. We weren't scheduled for that date. Then I had another situation that could of been work out. I don't know who ans that phone but you girls lost a customer. Best of luck and find employees with better people skills. I took my fur baby a few times, and I loved how he turned out with the silhouette cut. They do a great job. However, after the third visit I parked right in front of the salon and my dog was shaking like crazy. I gave them a try once more and that was my last. My dog must of had a negative experience with them. I took him down the street to a different groomers, and he was fine.

I have not been apart of the drop off process, only pickup. Though, their work is undeniable! I have had pets go to groomers before and received decent work, but always had some sort of criticism in their work. This place? Extremely consistent! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who either needs, or is looking around for, a new groomer.

Someone was a very happy camper! My dog was in bad shape when we brought her over to Clip n Snips, the girls working here did a great job with her and comforted her even though she wasn't feeling the best! And the results speak for themselves!

Dissapointed , will not recommend or go here. They do not say a good morning consistently on arrival, They checked my vaccination records and read vaccine expired a month ago! Surprised I took my dog home and checked his records, and being in the medical profession saw the vaccine number from two years previous ( the vaccine number was expiring that month) . They were so unpleasant all three times I went there, and then this ! I took a day off to take the dog for his grooming, he is a big dog and needs time. This was unprofessional to say the least.

I have a 20 month old Noodle. His weight is over 100. They do such a great job bathing and grooming him. No rushing, they schedule plenty of time, and keep in touch throughout if necessary. Couldn't be happier!

Clips N' Snips does a wonderful job grooming our 2 dogs. Not many groomers in our area are familiar with an Airedale and a Welsh Terrier, and don't do well in grooming them to the standard. This establishment does an excellent job. They are also very good with handling the active puppy!

First time bringing my Boston Terrier in there and it was such an amazing experience. For starters they were all really nice and didn't give any attitudes especially since I was just walking in and I know most of the time it's best to make an appointment. They did an awesome job! She smelled, looked, and felt great. My pup was sooo happy being in there. I could tell they take care of them good just by watching what they were doing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for dog grooming service. Will definitely be back!

Read this, then look for another salon.Services requested: dog bath...Was asked to see rabies certificate. I pointed out metal Rabies tag on dog's collar issued by the city. Was told that paper certificate needed to be presented or no dog wash. Submitted paper certificate and was told I could not wait in salon while dog is bathed. At that point I decided to take my dog and leave. This experience was very taxing on me and I would not trust this salon since I was asked to sign a disclosure removing all liability from the salon should my dog be injured while in their "care".

Must bring your dog to Clips n Snips! I did extensive research on groomers before deciding to bring in my 9 week old Mini Schnauzer to get groomed at Clips n Snips. As fellow dog parents you know how scary it can be to leave your fur baby especially a puppy. The ladies who worked here answered all of the questions I had prior to dropping off my sweet girl and made her experience wonderful! They gave me the exact style I requested and went above and beyond to document the process! I 10/10 recommend Clips n Snips!!!!

I took my Shih Tzu mix puppy here for his first groomer. I was very picky on where he went and I found Clips and Snips. I got a package for $60 bath, cut, teeth/ ear cleaning and nail trim. Liz was super nice and knew what I wanted. She recommended me to do the silhouette cut because I emphasized I do not want him SHAVED and she did an amazing job! I was so satisfied on his luck and he was super fluffy and soft!
