This is the best chicken anywhere. I am from Alabama and let me tell you this is the real finger licking good chicken 🍗 try royal farms, and their coffee and all of their food. They’ve got a biscuit that is out of this world friendly helpful staff really great people .

Went here to grab some food and it was actually my first time eating chicken from a Royal Farms store, the service was good, the food came up fast, there was no Cashiers, there were machines for self-check out, eventhough there was plenty of Staff in the building. The chicken was really good! And everything wasn't expensive

First time trying Royal Farms chicken and the verdict is pretty good. The payment system that is used is very futuristic and makes an easier and smoother a transaction. The gas price today was the cheaper by $0.20 compare by other places.. This is a new place and most of the hard-working staff is in training. So be a little patient.

Food is great the employees are always nice ..but they are cheap on fries ..you gotta do better for what they cost..... I recently went here 2/28/23 literally gave me 5 fries this is the only Royal Farms I have ever been to that does this .. oddly enough its only this one girl with glasses overnight that does it.

Bad customer service and the Spicy Chicken Tenders were dry. Taste like they been sitting out for hours. For that price we expect fresh food.

Do NOT eat the chicken 😐....my 1st meal of the day and I believe I had food poisoning. Whenever I see cell phones in food prep areas it makes me wonder. We take our phones everywhere..... I gave 2 stars because of the gasoline attendant

Chicken was good, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes are decent. I was craving fried chicken, so kfc kinda far drive checked prices not trying to spend $50 on a 10 piece. Checked popeyes even crazier prices like $58 for a 10 piece and one side I'm like no way, then I remembered RF checked what they had prices are wjat normal bucket chicken prices were last time I checked, for a 10 piece, 2 large sides, 2 biscuits it was $28 well worth it. I'll be going here from now on.

Mac and cheese was burnt. Wedges were raw and thrown in box. Customer service well was none. No one even spoke to me . Store was very dirty employees not following cdc guidelines.

I would give less stars if I could. The area for truck parking has been fenced off. The doors from the truck fuel islands are locked from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. There are no bags for items you purchase. The food is subpar. To brag about your fried chicken and pulled chicken sandwiches made from it, the quality should be better. Check the meat before putting it onto the sandwich buns. There were maybe two edible bites of chicken on a $7 sandwich. Pitiful. The rest of it was grizzle and fat. And I love mayo but when that’s all you can taste and it’s pouring off of the sandwich, maybe that’s a little too much? This is not a truck stop. It should not be listed as one.

i pull in for gas, knowing i am driving up to medford the following morning and gas is cheaper up in that area. i asked the kid for $50 regular. when he was done he came over and did not give me a receipt instead he just said 'well its done'. i drive a large white Cadillac Escalade pickup truck, you can't miss it. one of the interior pumps, i am sure corporate can find a video of this incident. instead of coming back to me and admitting he made a mistake kid came back and basically lied and did not give me a receipt. i come home and see the $60 charge on my credit card statement. i want my money back and i will continue to warm people about this gas station until i get this resolved. it is one thing to make a mistake, it is quite another to basically lie, not give a receipt and give me no recourse except posting lots and lots of complaints on line. and do not offer me a gift card, i am not coming back. i will dispute this charge and just keep going with my complaints. if the kid had been honest, i may have said no problem but this i will not accept

Chicken was good and so was the egg croissant, but the Mac & Cheese was too watery and had NO FLAVOR! It was burned completely at the top! But still, I’ll be ordering from somewhere else!

I came in the other day to get some chicken, but unfortunately their computers were down but the staff was very helpful and patient! They were realistic about the wait times, and of course delivered delicious chicken! I think a young Nadia helped me out she was very nice and knew what she was talking about! There also was a very nice girl working out on gas. Great staff!

My family get chicken from this place quite often during the course of the month. However, in the last month or so I have seen a steady decline in service and food. When they first open the store the chicken was fresh and everything was good. As of lately, the chicken is very dry and the taste has changed drastically. My son is a true fan of this chicken, but after I got two orders yesterday, which by the way were not cheap, I came home to nothing but dry and chewy chicken. This happened despite the fact I asked the guy serving the chicken if he had given me fresh chicken from the batch that had just came out of the fryer. He said yes, but it was nothing but a lie. I really wanted to go back to the store to say something, but I decided to write a review here hoping that a general manager or franchise owner reads my post. Something has got to change in this store. I feel that they are cutting corners and as far as I Am concern, they probably lost a customer in me for a while. It is a true shame, but I am not even exaggerating!!!

This is a very convenient gas station and place to get a quick snack, bite to eat, right near the expressway. I come here a few times a week, I come out to the Sewell area from Center City and the gas prices here are almost always at least 10 cents cheaper than Center City, today cheaper by 22 cents!! I always mention to people to fuel up here because it’s very economical.They have a good assortment of snacks and cold bottled beverages. I know they’re famous for their chicken, it would be nice to see some other items like tuna, vegetarian or vegan meals to go also.The self checkouts make things very quick! There’s almost never a line that way, which is great if you’re in a hurry.Very convenient snack and fuel stop along my way to and from Philly and Sewell.

Although it's very clean, the service is great, the gas prices are very good, I would not recommend the breakfast sandwiches. They were not very good. I thought I would try them because they advertise them 2 for $4. If they advertised two for free I wouldn't get them next time. Yes I know what you're thinking, what do you expect for $4. Well I least expected something along the lines of McDonald's or Burger King, but these were worse.

Nice staff, good chicken that reminds me of chick-fil-a but without the grease, clean soda machines (big bonus for me), nice rewards program, and just a friendly atmosphere with bright lighting and more open area to browse. I come here almost every night for chicken and 29/30 times i come out a happy customer. Would highly recommend.

It’s not the best place. It has potential but there just isn’t a good amount of people here to do the work. Hard to compete with Wawa. It is not as clean as it should be. It makes the township look not so great and this is troubling for me. As for the truck issue. Local ordinance seems to be at work here, although, it was approved to be built this way. Also keep in mind the royal farms was built BEFORE and separate from the truck area. That was added later. It’s the only one if it’s kind in South Jersey. I really wish the trucks were allowed back. Since it was designed for them. I think they just didn’t want over night parking but it wasn’t enforceable by anyone so they just gated off the parking spaces. Not to say some trucks have gotten away with it. I’d like to see some change here.

The whole set up was very nice- until you took a good look around. Certainly caters to the traveler.. chicken was very good, standard chicken place chicken (And I Ain't Complaining!). Wedgie fries - same - nothing special. Food menu was easy to maneuver and Food was quick to get. Prices a tad high considering it was built smack dab in the middle of 6 other misc. eateries! Staff weren't at all welcoming (chalked that up to 1st day opening). I'm sure they will warm up to public after a few weeks? Tables out Front were handy and appreciated, it was nice to just sit and enjoy the day a little. The place was spotless, inside and out, hopefully they will maintain that. We will be back for more chicken and pray they get tuna in soon! Breakfast anytime too! Self checkouts are always fun and I think they're gonna need them! Wish them the best and hope they prosper..

This is a nice new location. Great chicken , the chicken fingers in particular are really good and current promo you can get 8 for $8. A very good deal. Chesapeake sauce is my go-to for both chicken fingers and the potato wedges. Which are also great. Wedges are also on special for $1, $2, $3 for small, large or family sizes respectively. Good fresh brew iced tea here as well.

all the way around good people. I love the cheese burgers and the chicken is amazing. I normally go right after work, so its pretty good! I dont like the soda I have gotten grape, orange, and I have gotten cola. It has a very strong syrup taste and its harsh when drinking it. The pink lemonade was good. overall good experience

This chicken is not "World Famous" but more like chicken for people without tastebuds.Stopped in on my way south for a breakfast sandwich, the biscuit was incredibly dry, which matched the chicken which was equally as dry, as if it had been sitting under a desert of heat lamps.Tried a hash brown and spuds too, the hash brown tasted as if it was cooked last week and the spuds fried in old oil.The refrigerators containing beverages were bare, they didn't even have bottled water stocked at 9AM on a Saturday morning.Royal Farms is just the more disorganized cousin of the convenience store chains, disorganized, lackluster food and lacking items and selections.

Hey people !! Okay, honestly, this is a pretty decent place to grab a bite. Idk what most people expect 🙄 but I can cook and do cook at home most days . WITH that being SAID : I like coming here for a chicken sandwich and other meals OFTEN 😅😂 . they will cater to your specific needs and do what you ask when it comes to your meal. They’re also very polite and seem to be pretty diverse which I can appreciate.
