So I just wanted to share Diana is the sweetest in Pet Supplies Plus in Cherry Hill. Extremely helpful & loving. The managers are also very nice and helpful when trying out a new product. I’m so happy with the outcome of my babies. I believe I made the right choice in leaving Pet Smart and being a Pet Supplies plus consumer and client.

Pet Supplies Plus has almost everything you need to care for your furry friend. I love the seasonal treats and toys that they offer. We especially love the grooming, our dog love love loves Diana! He looks forward to seeing her every time we go, we specifically make appointments with Diana. She is so warm, friendly and attentive to our dog's needs, I'd say she's the reason our dog loves getting groomed! And if do it yourself is more your speed with grooming, they have an awesome bathing set up. Highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus in Cherry Hill!

We have been getting our dog groomed by Claire for years. She is wonderful! Our dog is a little anxious but Claire is so sweet and gentle with her. We feel very comfortable leaving our fur baby with Claire because we know she will take the best care of her! She does a great job with her hair(fur) cuts. She always looks so cute afterwards! The grooming area at Pet Supplies Plus appears to be very clean and spacious, and it is never feels crowded. We highly recommend!!

This is a really great locally owned pet shop that carries top brands and high quality products! They really care about their customers, both 2 and 4 legged! And they provide a lot of support for various rescue orgs and shelters in the area!On top of that, they offer some great grooming options at even better prices! The $20 nail clip, file and paw massage is awesome!They even have SELF SERVE DOG WASH TUBS in the back! To top it off, every Tues from 5-7 pm, VIP Vets are there providing core vet services including vaccines!They go out of their way to make sure that every pet parent can shower their fur baby with love.... no matter their budget!

I’ve been taking my dog here since she was six months old. She had stomach issues and the employee there gave me so much information on which food to give her. And some suggestions to help her situation. It was probably the first time I ever went into a pet store and they really knew what they were talking about. And now she six and there hasn’t been a day when I haven’t gone there for any of her needs. Chad the manager is very helpful and friendly and all the employees are nice as well. We also utilize their dog bath it’s a great program since she is 100 pound German Shepherd it’s not easy to give her a bath at home lol. Super frequent visitors to the store highly recommend!

Lots of supplies you would need for furry friends and other pets. Went there to get a Beta Fish. Was very disappointed that the fish died two days after I got it.They do, however have a policy to let them know if something happens to the fish within a two week period.

My zero percent husky goes FULL husky singing the song of his people and I hate getting him groomed... normally. However, Diana was the absolute best with him. He has come back to me from other groomers shaking. This was not the case. I was greeted with a happy tail and kisses. Baxter adored Diana and with good reason. From the time we got there to the time we left, she was so calming and reassuring with him. And end of the day, he looked good, he smelled good, his teeth ears and feet were cleaned, and his nails were a perf length. Bax will be seeing Diana exclusively from here on out.

My 1 year old terrier mix had her first grooming session ever here yesterday and it was everything I could ever ask for!!! She’s very timid and had a previous issue with a groomer(NOT HERE!) snipping her nail so short she bled for a while, so i was skeptical how’d she do, I let the groomer know if she couldn’t accomplish certain things do not worry about it bc I just wanted her adjusted to grooming& overall she accomplished everything I could hope for! her cut is absolutely amazing and she looks like a new dog! Thank you guys so much and can’t wait to bring her back!

Really friendly and attentive staff, very informed. Wide selection of toys, food, supplies and accessories for dogs cats and other pets too. I got my cats the cutest Star Wars toys, and they really love them. It’s their new favorites to play with.

I go here for all of my pet needs, as well the dog grooming that they offer, and specifically to have Diana groom my dogs! My two boys are very nervous, and she makes sure to treat them as if they were her own. I am always extremely happy with the way she trims and files their nails, as well as the bath and furminator deshed package. If you are looking for an amazing dog groomer with the most kind and patient heart, look no further than Diana and Pet Supplies Plus!

Very good place for a dog shower /bath/ wash. Buy 5 dog wash prepaid for $42.50 including tax. The place is clean and there is 4 different types of shampoo as well as ample of towels and a dryer. 3 booths in all. Regularly cleaned after each dog exists. I visit them and would recommend the shop.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO GROOM HERE BEFORE YOU READ THIS!My dog was always very well taken care of with Bonnie who used to work there.They recommended doing it with Dominique.Well, my Shelties’ hair is completely damaged!!She cut all his wonderful fur around his face away, it’s not even AT ALL, his tail hairs’ length is all over the place, not one side is the same as the other.My dog is WET, STINKING and all his fur is damaged.I’m so mad right now that I can’t explain how I’m feeling right now.My son clearly explained that we wanted his contour, hygienic, and paws trimming ONLY.The stores manager and owner neither were there to solve the situation and offered me to return and pay (again) 50% to have fix it. How so?! What do they want to trim more? I will never return to this store!! They don't care to their customer, they only want our money. I am pro support local business, but some do not deserve like this one.UPDATE 3/2/22 - The owner called me to understand the situation and he agreed that she shouldnt touch a dog she’s not familiar. The whole point of this post is to make people aware that some breeds can’t have a regular trim and not everyone knows even “groomers”, so not touching when you don’t know it’s not a sin, just the correct thing to do and to avoid issues, most importantly to the pets. Again, the owner called and he was very nice to speak with me about all this terrible situation.I added one more start only for the products they have in the store.UPDATE 3/4/22 - The owner said that he was going to refund the cost based on the situation. So far no changes at my card.

The staff is so friendly and all of them are so knowledgeable as well if you have any question there is normally an associate who will be able to answer because they are all experienced in different pet care. The salon is small and intimate so I can see my pet at almost all times.

I’ve been taking my dachshund/chihuahua here for nail trimmings for a few months now. The new groomer, Diana, has done the best job so far. He isn’t the easiest to trim and she was able to get them short and filed smooth. Thank you!

Way over priced, however they were very convenient for me. More personal than a Pet Smart. They do have self service baths which are again convenient. If not for their being SO expensive I would really like them and recommend them.

Friendly and knowledgeable team members. Smells amazing when you walk in. Never really crowded when I go and fully stock on the brands they sell. Bonus they have freshwater fish and you can give your fur baby a bath.
