Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff! Brielle Cyclery gave us an incredibly generous deal when we purchased our 2 Trek Marlin 5 Gen 2’s from their shop in Brielle. They have multiple locations and included “Trek Care”. Wes and the staff ensured that our bikes were a proper fit and that we were able to take them home safely on our bike rack. Even though I’m about an hour away from their nearest store, we found it more than worth it to later purchase a third Trek for our son! Their stores have an amazingly wide selection of many different brands of bikes for kids and adults. We highly recommend Brielle Cyclery!

I went into the bike shop three times. The first time was to inquire. The second time was the take a test drive and buy my bike. The third time was to be fitted and pick up my bike. Each time I dealt with a different sales representative. Everyone was courteous and professional. I ask a lot of questions. Everyone took their time answering my questions even though other people were in the shop. I appreciated the attention given to me. I recommend Brielle Cyclery to anyone looking for a new bike.

We came to Brielle Cyclery for my kids first bikes. I belive the woman who helped us was Allison. But she was so helpful picking out the perfect bikes for my son and daughter. She was patient and addressed all of our questions and was so knowledgeable on what would be best for them. She was also so sweet and kind chatting with my kids!! She made our first bike purchase a great experience and we'll gladly make the 40 min trip for any further purchases!!

Top marks all around. The staff were responsive, informative, and friendly. They truly enjoy what they do and create a welcoming environment. Communication for the bike build and scheduling a fit was excellent. Everyone took the time to explain aspects of the bike and fitting and listened to my input to ensure I got the right bike and equipment.

I have been going here for the last 5 years. I have a shop near me however always come here. . They treat you like family when you walk through the door. They are knowledgeable and take care of your bicycle! I highly recommend

Very friendly staff. Convenient location and fair service pricing. They emailed and texted me when my bike service was completed which I really enjoyed opposed to me having to follow up on the status of my order. Great offering of boutique apparel as well. Like both, services I received over the phone when I placed pre-order and when I picked up my new Trek. New Trek Dual Sport 3 is an awesome bike. This store is definitely the best and largest in state of NJ. I was searching for Trek Dual Sport for 4 months in the past and Brielle Cyclery surprised me with my expectation. I drove down from north jersey (Bergen county) and not regret at all. In the future, If I will need another bike, I definitely call Brielle Cyclery first before shop elsewhere.

Ive been researching for two months to purchase a trail mountain bike I’m new to Jersey and found you on Trek website among others after looking into Brielle cycle I decided to purchase Fuel EX from you. Not wanting to buy online and being over an hour away I decided to call not realizing 10min before closing but that did not matter on the phone they were patient and stepped me through the process and deposit. After getting a text saying it was ready at the time they said it would be. I called and stated I would come Saturday they said no worries it will be here when your ready Saturday morning you called me first thing checking if I was still coming and what time so u can prepare the bike and get it ready with my specs before I got there. When I arrived It was a great process He went over everything and explained everything about the bike and then test rode the bike. I never once felt pressured into the purchase He asked several times if I was happy with everything. He went over everything again and the free tuneup He even suggested the best time to make an appointment while taking in account I’m 1.5 hours away. It was a great experience and you definitely exceeded your reviews. The entire team at the shop was great. You have found your self a customer for life. I would travel 5 hours if I had to Just to do business with you again.

Due to the scarcity of Hybrid Bikes in these days. Today the kids and I made a 4hr drive from Washington DC to Brielle Cyclery, New Jersey to pick up 2 Trek FX 2’s for my 9 and 11 year old. First let me say I have a large family and this is my 6th purchase of the Trek FX series from dealers ranging from Maryland, Northern Virginia , DC to Delaware in the last 2 months. So I have had the privilege of visiting at least 9-10 Trek dealers in the process. I am also a 20 Year Air Force Veteran who has had the privilege of visiting bike dealerships across the continental U.S and also Europe.My experience represented by Ms. Katharine who happens to also be the owner was phenomenal. Their Selection was amazing, their staff very cordial and courteous. I wish I could give a higher than 5 Stars. I was treated like I was buying a full spec’d Di2 ($5,000 plus) road bike. Meaning I was treated like royalty.She made the 4 hr drive back home very well worth it. I will VERY highly recommend Brielle cyclery.

Everyone was very helpful and made purchasing the right bike for me simple and easy. You can test ride your bicycle in their parking lot before you purchase it. They also do bike repairs there as well. 10/10 would recommend!

I am there often and they are always great. I told them I wanted to bring my bike in for a tune-up and was told to wait because they have a special on tune-ups coming up. They want you as a customer for the long-term so they do the right thing by you.

I made a four hour journey(8 hrs round trip) to get the bike I wanted. Digger was excellent to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Bike was ready to go when I got there. Busy shop and I still felt like a valued customer on my first visit. And they gave me a great deal on my purchase to boot. Their shop is pristine. Wish it was closer so I could make it my “Local Bike Shop”! I noticed on the wall they had 3 awards for the last three years as a top seller for Trek. That does not surprise me.
