My rating doesn't reflect on the store as a whole. I received a message telling me a refill was ready for pickup. No meds name or name of person who it was for. So I called to talk to pharmacy about this call. A man answered name Jim, I told him who I was and my reason for calling. I got a response from him as if I stepped on his toes. His attitude is a poor example of the rest of the people that work this store. If I was the owner he would be FIRED.

Horrible. 3 strikes your out. 2 weeks ago they lacked 30 pills on a 60 pill script for my husband. Then last week my Dr called in script on Monday night and made me come back 3 times as they didn't have full script and argued with me about taking partial script. It's OK for you to forget half of my husband's and then give me attitude because they didn't have the full script for 3 days. For me.Then this morning I go again and as I was sitting in my car waiting for store to open I get greeted with your NASTY employee giving me NASTY Dirty faces as she entered the building. she made me so uncomfortable I Left. We will never do business again. You lost us as customers. Shame on Rite Aid

I arrived at the pharmacy frustrated and upset because the employees of another pharmacy (W) closed the prescription area in my face. On the contrary, the RiteAid prescription clerk treated me kindly, listened carefully to my concerns, and referred me to the pharmacist who helped me choose the most appropriate over-the-counter medications to help my son.

I just started using their Pharmacy about 3 months ago and was pleased with their service and was getting ready to get all my scripts transferred to them. The script that they was filling for me was a controlled substance and they shorted me 30 pills now that's a round even number so the pharmacist had to make a mistake somewhere. they are supposed to look into it . They will probably never call me. They might have a drug addict working with them. If they find out what happened then i will gladly post another review. But for now be careful taking your script there . 3 weeks later a friend of mine that gets the same meds had the same thing happen to him so that tells me that someone there is a drug addict thief.

This pharmacy is the worst. The older male pharmacist always has an attitude and is never willing to help anyone. If he doesn’t like his job, he should find another one. I am tired of the disrespect and the comments under his breath.

The gentleman and woman working in the pharmacy in store #10484 on 10/25/22 at 1:35pm were dreadful. They answered the phone with an attitude and seemed very annoyed. While I was waiting on a response, I could overhear them in the background making disparaging remarks and complaining about other customers. Severe lack of professionalism.

Friendly. Employees helped me place a call to try and track down the owner of a lost dog. The dog walked across rt 77 and into the rite aid. Very helpful and compassionate
