Be aware of online orders .. I ordered formula for my son ...one of the 6 packs was taped shut , the gold seal was removed , foil removed and covered in mold . A product that is obviously tampered with , meant for a baby somehow got sent out like this .

This is my local Walmart and I pretty pleased with it. Prices are fair and there’s always deals going on. It’s nice for a quick errand to pick things up. Parking is there but it’s hard to find close parking. I usually never have a problem with the staff. It is a bit annoying that after you do self checkout they recently have started checking your receipt. I haven’t used their pharmacy so I don’t have much to say there but they usually always have the things I need in stock and the staff are WONDERFUL.

Every single time I come here, their credit card readers in self checkout have "errors" and can't read my debit or credit cards. I've gone through 3 cards, trying multiple times to use them and ultimately had to use my mothers card. They say it's an issue with Chase, and now my Discover card gets rejected too. I have money in my accounts and it's embarrassing that it makes it seem like I can't afford my groceries. I will never be shopping here again until they can fix their credit card readers.

I get my prescriptions filled at Walmart and I usually find some bargains while I am there. When I Google an item I want to purchase, many times Walmart has the lowest price among many sources. The food area has mainly basics but lower prices overall if you can find what you're looking for.

Almost all stuff I was looking for was available from apparels to cosmetics to dairy to dry fruits l.I did not get enough variety in kids wear 6-8 years.Billing queues were short and quick though it was a Sunday.

Walmart departmental store is one of the big shopping centers in short hills and we can get all the items in one place. From apparel, shoes, drinking water, kitchen utensils etc

How many Walmart employees does it take to sell a light bulb? 6, and it takes 30 minutes.I needed Sylvania 6009 bulb for my car and I walked in already knowing that it's in the isle L28. The $9 bulb was under the lock. There was nobody at the nearby employee station. After some walking around I found an associate and asked for help. He sent me to the "electronic" which was half a store across. There they were surprised that nobody was in the automotive section but instead of helping told me to go back and wait for 5 mins. I walked back, no luck. 10 mins later I walked back to the "electronic". Another page, another trip back, another wait. An associate walked by but couldn't help, he was "from another department". Back to the "electronics". One guy sends me to the next and that to the next. Finally somebody walks there with me at a walking dead pace, and unlocks the closet with noticeably annoyed expression that I bothered him trying to give Walmart money.Once at the register, I got reprimanded by a cashier for going to the staffed lane for just one bulb when there was a self-service line out there. "Are you the first time at Walmart??", he asks."No, I am the _last_ time at Walmart".

The Walmart in Boonton is a mini version of their typical stores. It has basic items and groceries that are essential. It’s a convenient store but I wish that there was more inventory there.

Both a box of Pokémon game box back in December. I went back a couple of weeks later to return it and I was rudely told that trading cards are not returnable. I told them it would have been nice if they the customer this policy before the purchase. She angrily pointed me to the sign in the customer service area that said so. I said, no customer goes to customer service dept to buy anything. She said it's posted everywhere, specifically in the area where I got it. So I went there and proved her wrong. No signs! See pictures attached!!! I don't have a problem with non returnable items. But the way I was treated was terrible!!! Walmart should train their people how to be courteous and professional. I was there yesterday. Still no signs!

I was trying to return a havor board and I did not have the receipt or the box and I get to the Walmart and they start saying that they can’t find my receipt and then they found it and said exchange for another one that was 88$ and we took 2 havor board that said that they were 88$ on the shelf were we found them we take them back to the return area and they said that they were 120$ then we asked if we could speak to the gm and the person that was Juan and they argued with us and if you have work in retail you always now that the customer is always right

Big Walmart that is very spacious with full inventory of any item that you can imagine. Seems to be very well organized, neat and clean. I have shopped here on a few locations and have always been satisfied.

The manager and fitting room attendant very nice. The cashier was rude (older gentleman with white hair and horrible attitude)Did not even answer my greeting.🤦‍♀️

It's located in a beautiful location.Very friendly staffs.Clean restroom.Ample of space in parking lot & easily accessible for wheelchair assistance people, veterans priority parking - First place I've seen this parking in Boonton walmart.They keep changing the items based on the season.

I am a big fan of Walmart. I usually frequent three of them. Today's experience was not so pleasant. While the prices were good, the customer service was not. One gentleman didn't even take the time to see if an item was in stock. The manager did not please and honor his customers. All Christmas things were 50% off. There were large storage bins which usually are not on sale, but these were in with the other Christmas items for 50%. A picture is attached. When another customer was buying the same bins, he asked if they would honor the sign. He took the sign away. They admitted to putting the bins in the wrong place. Many Christmas items were on sale, but some were not. They should have them located in separate sections. They did not honor their customers at all. The manager even said that the items we were looking at were After Christmas items.

Went here for a quick pick-up order. The pick up location is around the right side of the building (did not know that my first time and I waited 15 minutes in the Pharmacy pickup area out front).The Walmart rep who brought the groceries to my car was quick and efficient. No complaints.

I am editing my earlier rating after a pretty bad experience with the Boonton store. I have been trying to talk to someone in the Automotive dept for a query and no one seems to pick the phone after i am transferred by the operator.Frustrated by the lack of response, i tried getting my query answered by the operator. Who responded to my question but hung up on me before I got it completed clarified. SO Unprofessional.

They have big parking lot..Renovated newly which I liked a lot..Everything is sorted..They good stock of stuffs..Which I didnt like is that they got some new customer representatives and many of them are rude..
