Went there yesterday with my mom & tiny chihuahua .. we were instantly welcomed with XION aka DoubleX 😅 with arms wide open! He held my dog the entire time and even went in the back to grab her water since it's so hot. He showed us 2 units and made sure we got the best deal possible for the 1 we chose. I was upset on the ride there because I unfortunately have to move & after leaving there, I felt much better. His energy was enough to turn any1s mood into a positive 1. He held the door open for my mom every chance he got and made sure we both were comfortable with our purchase. He really deserves a raise if he hasn't gotten one in awhile. Truly a breath of fresh air!! Keep kicking butt XION, it was a pleasure !

I was in the crazy throws of life and needed to find affordable, climate-controlled storage for my things until I was able to get stable. They made this process so easy and helped alleviate some of the headaches I was experiencing during that time. The office staff was always friendly and helpful and they made sure my property was secured and safe from any harm. They were phenomenal and you will not be disappointed. Convenient location, hours and payment portal was just the cherry on top.

iStorage is awesome ... Had issues with their computer system at a critical time for us but they were able to get it resolved just in time and then their customer service on-site is top notch. Xion helped process our payments and new access/lease setup, auto payment modifications, and new locks and equipment to get started fast! Unbelievable customer service and support experience. Every business needs staff like Xion! (And a shout out to Molly/Jovarni for the assist during the technology outage!)

Was able to get my storage unit the same day I came with no hassle and they explained everything. Denise even took the time to call to even check in if everything worked with the unit. I was looking for a storage space due to my daughter moving in. I made a reservation at the storage place next door to iStorage possibly called Life Storage! As I stumbled in thinking I had a reservation I was told the place I was looking for is next door. As I looked around weighing my options. I really liked Tion in the office. He was like no problem but take a minute and tell me what you need maybe I can help. Since it was already 4:30 and both were closing at 5pm. I figured hey always get a second estimate right. Well I’m so glad and satisfied I did. I ended up doing business with Tion at iStorage, because he was very sincere and I could tell right away how clean the office and grounds were kept that I made the right choice. He showed me the storage area and it was immaculate. I feel very secure with my belongings at iStorage. The customer service was stupendous! Thanks to Tion who made everything so easy!

Stored my belongings there for a year until I moved out of state. No problems! Staff is friendly and responsive, the unit that I rented was clean and in good repair. They were extremely nice and worked with me when I had to move out on the 4th of the month. I recommend them highly!
