This review is long over due. I recently came across this business while searching Google. And I’m truly happy I did because what many people said they could not do, these two brothers were able to accomplished and the finishing product was amazing and my friend loved it. A friend of mine purchased a suit and did not realized it had minor imperfections (tears). I visited many shops to see how they can cover this up because the suit could not be returned. Everyone said they couldn’t repair it. But Embroidery Brothers did!!!!!!!!!Creativity-100, professionalism-100. I will definitely be back.

Can’t recommend this business enough!! I had a time sensitive issue where I wanted something embroidered for a loved one’s funeral. A google search led me to these guys and they were so sweet and accommodating. The embroidery was beautiful and so touching to my loved one. I can’t thank them enough for doing this in such short timing.

Joe did such an amazing job on this masterpiece. He and his brother have talent that is out of this world. They deliver quality unique pieces unlike anything you can get from somewhere else. My husband showed him a picture and he said “I got you”. We love what they are doing and love supporting a black-union owned business.

I went in with no clear idea, I just wanted my track suit customized. They were really accommodating, I felt like I was talking with old friends. I was shown different ways to bring out my vision. If I could give ten stars I would.. these guys are so talented and I’m in love with my custom made jean jacket.. I highly recommend and encourage to get anything custom made they are where you want to go to… excellent customer service from start to finish.. Amazing ❤️

Brought some Carhart sweatshirts here to be embroidered love them so much I am dropping off five more shirts to be embroidered. The guys are very nice to deal with and fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

I delayed writing this because the female owner was nice enough that I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that they would correct the issues. And maybe my case was one of one. But my order was handled horribly wrong. And since they put certain clauses in their contract that prevent a lawsuit (which wouldn’t be something I’d even entertain) or from someone complaining, but bad customer service is bad customer service. I initially placed my order in july. Had a particular type of tshirt which may have been something they were unfamiliar with but I had over 180 tshirts set to be embroidered. Initially was said about 2 weeks but no set date on how long it would really take. Cool. Wasn’t rushing but I had tshirts so even if I had it in August I would be fine. August comes around. I inquire and was told the tshirts were too fine to be embroidered. The machine was ripping them. Told only 4 shirts were done. Cool. 4 shirts that I paid 8.50 a piece for that wouldn’t be reimbursed because that’s in their contract but even that was fine. So now I’m told I can do heatpress and any extra money not used after would just be refunded. Now it’s been almost a month now. Was told it didn’t matter which colors because it was a simple swap out when it came to screenprinting. Cool. Anything to soled the process up. Another month goes by with me inquiring every few days or so about a update. Machine broke, prints didn’t come in, family emergency. Everything but a straight up answer. Finally told things are in process. Shirts being printed. Time passes. Not getting the correct responses and tell them whatever’s done I’ll pay for and what’s not I’ll take. I arrive at their establishment unexpected and nothings done. Not one shirt has been screenprinted. And not four but several shirts were worked on that ended up being messed up. Sizes of which shirts nobody knew because they were all threw into one bag. So after two months and damaged merch. I was charged $125 for a redesign fee of my artwork which I was never asked about and $25 for each color I picked. Which brought the total to $225. Was told that this was outsourced when I clearly walked in on the other owner working on my image on his computer. Blatant lies. And then in the end. When I requested to receive the jpeg images that I was told I was being charged $225 for so I could take my product elsewhere. I was sent images not in the proper format. How do I go to receive a service and end up spending money and receiving nothing in the process? Excuses after excuses. And I waited to write a review because their a black business with a new child. And that’s not a excuse but that was my reasoning but since my business was not a top priority for them, my opinion of them will be. If you need something simple from the other reviews they good but anything that requires more experience they’re not to be a option
