Amazing service!!Was looking to switch groomers as my previous groomer would take 5+ hours to groom and my dog is very anxious. I was super impressed with earthwise the first time I went there — it only took them about an hour or so and they were very friendly and even took the time to get my pup used to them before jumping in. Was my second time visiting today and love the way they groomed him! Mike was super nice. Will definitely be going here moving forward.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The owner Theresa was a lifesaver when my dog didn’t want to get in the self wash tub. Huskies are so dramatic! She helped me direct him into the tub when he protested.

What a difference 2 months makes.In February, my husband took our 5 month old bernedoodle to be groomed. When he picked him up, we were happy. Our puppy looked good/cute. We told several people about Earthwise.Fast forward 2 months: My husband brought our now 7-month bernedoodle back for his 2nd grooming. He asked them to trim him about 1 inch off. He told them no poodle cut. When he picked him up, he didn't recognize him. Also, when he texted me a picture, I thought he was kidding and sent me a picture of another dog there.I called when I got home from work. Faith said, "the owners were away, but she would be in contact with them and would call us back the next day." She didn't call back the next day. The owners called my husband today over a week later, and needless to say, we won't be going back. Several of our neighbors asked where we took our puppy because they said they wanted to make sure they don't go there.TRULY DISAPPOINTED!

Simply an amazing store with employees who listen and care! Their staff is second to none! I had the pleasure of walking around w/associate and asked a lot of questions. The associate knew the answers and wasn’t pushy for me to purchase anything! Based off one conversation, I’ll be switching my puppy food little by little as I had no idea it’s made in China! To think the breeder recommended the food I currently give (shortly changing). I’m definitely going back there again. It’s worth a try, nothing to lose!!!! 10 out of 10!!!

Went here for the first time today with my 1 yo 6.5 lb Shorkie . The staff were super friendly and it was clean . My baby had a bad experience at previous groomer . When we walked in she was ok and went right to the staff who fussed over her . Mike was her groomerand she took to him immediately. When I returned only an hour later my baby looked fantastic and smelled amazing!! She was also not stressed at all and was able to come home eat and play like nothing happened which was a shock and a huge plus . I will be returning and this will be our new spot !

Brought my Maltese to be groomed with full service. Nails weren’t clipped, pads were not trimmed, nor was her lady bits. Not sure if anals were done or teeth brushed. Not worth 65.00

First visit with my puppy Jerzie! Been bringing my older Maltese here and she loves it! Everyone is super nice, very helpful and friendly! Groomers are great with your furry baby! Jerzie is sooo handsome

Despise the self service dog wash.You don't get the shampoo to put on your dog. It goes through the water the entire time. What does that mean you may ask, it means you get EXTREMELY WATERED DOWN SHAMPOO the entire time and there is no way around it. I actually had to check 4 time to even see if the shampoo was coming out because there were no suds.The shampoo has sents but because it's so watered down they don't smell at all. I left with my dogs still dirty. In fact, when my husband got home he was confused when I said I gave the dogs a bath since they didn't smell good and still felt dirty.I have to go to my usual place PETS SUPPLIES PLus tomorrow to properly give my dogs a bath .Lastly ,$15/ dog ,on sale ,is absolutely insane! Especially for their awful shampoo! I pay $5( might be slightly more actually) a dog a pet supplies plus. I will continue to go there and will never be returning here.

I have taken my khloe to many groomers and Earthwise is by far the best. Very clean and everyone is so nice and friendly. Our groomer Mike is the best. Our khloe has a lot of anxiety and somehow he makes her feel safe and calm. Earthwise love our pets and treat them very well. I’m so happy I found them.

Helpful employees and packed with premium food for dogs and cats. I bought dog food and took advantage of one of two pet self wash stations. Comes with everything you need except brushes. No appointment needed for the self wash. Just remember your grooming tools.

This is one of the cutest stores I've ever seen. The staff was amazing. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I seen a dog come out of grooming he looked awesome. They also have one of the nicest self wash services around. They use professional products, have a bathing system and a 4.0 metro force dryer. Doodle owners will sure understand. This is my new go to place.
