I’m visiting NJ from California to see my granddaughter and great-granddaughter. We’ve stopped here a few times. Each time has been great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It seems like they all do a lot of multiple jobs with a smile. The food was excellent. My eyes were bigger than my stomach but even the leftovers were delicious. It’s so cool that they have the rewards program. My granddaughter got a 10 piece dark meal for free. If I lived closer I’d sign up for it! Maybe y’all will add some on the west coast.

I stopped yesterday for gas. I don't live in the area, but occasionally travel for both personal and business.I was very happy to meet the gas attendant at approximately 630, 7 pm.She is so sweet, and I'm glad the store hired her. More companies need to employ wonderful people with disabilities. I hope she's there the next time I stop.

So I just left this location after a terrible experience I been going here every other day for about 2 weeks. Their fountain machine has never been clean so I would normally get cups and buy drinks. Tonight I asked if there was a reason why their fountain machine is not clean and if I can have it cleaned so I can buy my beverages. The manager Mike took offense and threatened to call the cops on me be I asked for a clean machine. They promote the chewy ice but I didn't want their chewy parasites. Never raised my voice; never got aggressive and he weaponized the police bc either he doesn't have the articulation skills to be a manager or he's intimidated by black folk, either way things went too far. I don't suggest going to this location for your fountain drinks bc apparently they don't have a cleaning schedule bc Mike couldn't tell me the last time it was clean. Refer to my pictures. The associate Mike was rude as well but he looks miserable with his life anyway so I won't punch down.

Rebecca was so amazing! Her customer service from the time I walked through the door was very welcoming. Tyler ALWAYS gives a great smile & great energy. Mikey does he thing in the kitchen!!! And I ALWAYS have all of my items cooked freshed and with love.

Personally I'm a Wawa fan but my wife started working at royal farms so I've been in a few times. They're short on staff but the chicken is good and I've had no problem with getting my fuel there.

The short employee I think her name is Rebecca is super friendly and nice she is always willing to help and answer any questions you have. She should be in management, I know Mike and Bill they are great and I know Rebecca would be an asset to the management team. She works her butt off when she is there at the counter and fuel. I go here often for different items and it seems she is there everytime I go lately. What a wonderful employee she is!

Straight from the farm right into the city dumpster. The chicken is so over cooked and dry it can be used as munitions in the castle canons. The potato wedges are soggy and equivalent to eating a half baked potato in a microwave. Expect to run into pan handlers who can be found all around the business throughout the night. Food is way overpriced that is unless you know someone who works there to provide you with free food. Yes… upon my visit the noble workers of royal farms provided their comrades food without paying. For the normal travelers don’t expect “Royal” treatment for your patronage. Workers are more than happy to make you wait over 30 minutes for your food while they argue with each other about who is responsible for cooking the food. Hats off to the one young lady who handled the entire kitchen while her co-workers stand around and watched her struggling.

This worst royal farm in all chain. People’s homeless outside ask for money or tobaccos. Employee very rude almost no want to be bother to help you for gas deli or tobaccos. There many wawas close by go there for much less criminal experience. Be safe be healthy. Royal Farm very bad experience.

Overpriced gas station food plain and simple. This place would be way better ifA. It was cheaper or B. The food lived up to the price. Still have yet to be satisfied with one item on the menu. Leave wondering why I paid that much for below average quality.

I've only been to this place once, but I walked in there and needed help and the manager, Bill, dropped what he was doing and lent a hand to a complete stranger. He showed real compassion for which I will be eternally grateful...and while he was helping me, his computer systems went down and his other staff jumped to action and took care of other customers.This Royal Farms is awesome. I was going to make a joke about royalty or something, but luckily I didn't :-)

This place is literally useless. Every single person who works there is lazy and extremely rude. They seem to never have the food you order but I personally think they just don’t want to make the food. I’ll just go to wawa, no thanks. PS: if you’re trying to beat wawa coming to NJ, you never will because your employees are trashy.

All I can say is wow never have I’ve been in a more dirtier place in my life. I do not know how people can even eat here it is disgusting, dirty and no upkeep. Took 25 minutes to get a manager when there was only three people working unreal.

Changed to 1 star. They need more help. Only 16oz cups for soda. Had to wait for help. Never have my cigs. No clue how to do a money order. Hot dogs were nasty. Barely cooked. Please get more help

The one person who did work there was made because I needed cigarettes. The store associated said "you know these are bad for you rite?" I almost replied with a mean comment like so is eating fried chicken when you are overweight but did not and just said yes I do. She then started to say "then why do ----" but I stopped her and reminded her nothing is really good for us or the environment and I hope her days finishes off better than it started. They normally use self check out only and I'm not a fan of that because it kills jobs in the name of profits. Our prices do not come down the store just has higher profits. The best part is these stores start to complain and say no one wants to work. People want to work, they just want to get paid well enough while they work. No 1 should work 40 hours a week just so they can live paycheck to paycheck and require help from the state. We need to stop shopping at places like this and only shop at the places who appreciate their employee

This is the worst run Royal Farms around! I try to give them a chance but every morning I stop in for coffee and it’s like they don’t want the coffee business. Never any creamers, stirrers and today when I tried to pay, I was told again no cash accepted?? I asked if I could just leave more than I needed and I was told you can but I have no where to put it, as she was counting money. I guess everyone is right it’s a terrible store with rude employees!!

In general I like the Royal Farms chain however when I went to the Bellmawr location and ordered a 3 piece dark meal. My thighs were not done. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he mentioned it was a fresh batch and that's how the chicken will look but I disagree. Manager did offer a refund but I declined. However, current moment my stomach is hurting for eating the chicken. I won't be going back to this location. And I really dislike leaving bad reviews but by stomach uggghhhh 🤢🤢🤮🤮

We stopped in on Wednesday night, 11/23, before Thanksgiving 2022, because, while traveling, my mother, who has COPD, was going into crisis/low oxygen. We pulled in and I rushed in looking for an outlet to plug my mother's machine into and the woman behind the counter- I wish I had gotten her name! - jumped right into HELP mode. She was busy behind the counter but was so gracious and helpful!! 5 ☆'s !! I was able to get my mom on her oxygen and the woman let us camp out there for awhile until we were ready to get back on the road...and we never even bought anything! She was an angel!

The hiring manager Andrea is literally terrible. Andrea offered me the job and then retracted the offer because she couldn’t find my application again!!!! I don’t understand how you can even have a manager like that working.. as I’ve been a manager for over 6 years I couldn’t even believe how the hiring process went. Let alone the “I’ll just offer you the job bc we’re desperate for overnight staff” I quit my other job for this job and Andrea doesn’t respond, doesn’t give me directions on anything regarding my application… I’m extremely upset with this company and corporate action should be taken against your “hiring manager Andrea.” That behavior was ridiculous from someone in management honestly..and I can’t believe Royal Farms has a management team that incapable.

I’m kinda not diggin the fact that I have to wait for someone to get my cigarettes only for them to just scan them and I still have to do self checkout...if you’re standing there then just ring me up for crying out loud. I do think the chicken sandwiches and sliders are way expensive. Also they advertise that they’re OPEN 24 hrs but yet I just went there tonight after midnight and they were closed...what’s up with that!?🤔

There is a young lady in this location who is pregnant I think her name is Asia? She is outstanding and really helps the customers. I came in for a chicken meal she was so generous . I believe she should get a raise because everyone else that works there were so soulless and careless but not asia .. please give her a raise !!!!

This location, literally, never has anyone to pump gas anymore during peak hours. Between that and the undercooked chicken I’ve received twice, two months apart, and the bathrooms being uncleaned, I would only recommend going to this location if you need to do a U-Turn in their parking lot.

TERRIBLE. Store doesn’t accept cards in any fashion... only cash. Advertised obey fries have NO TASTE! Mac and cheese also tasteless. Paid for a biscuit with my meal and still received a dinner roll. Store is located DIRECTLY in front of a motel 🏨 with an open gate in the back... all drug addicts walking back and forth to the store and back to the motel.GET YOUR GAS AND GO!!!!!

So I used to live near the one in Manville and I never had bad service so I decided to go to the one in Bellmawr on the way to my moms. The location should of been thought of more carefully. However, this as the Manville location is very clean. I don’t buy the chicken anymore but it’s great on a drunk night. Would I buy it all the time, no. I personally think the chicken and Mac is very salty. Biscuits, gravy, mash potatoes, sandwiches, and wraps a very good. They even have a rewards program that saves you money way faster then the Wawa app.

This place just opened up here in Bellmawr. This is the first place I have been where the people are very friendly, say hello and work hard. Normally I don't like this type of person, but here it is nice. One thing if you love fried chicken this is the place to go to. A little more cost per piece but it is really really great. Did I say how great their chicken is. No matter how many people are in the store this place has more than enough workers to get you in and out fast and are friendly. This place also sells subs, burgers and other food but for now I am stuck on their chicken. O by the way they also see gas.

5/1: Open 24 Hours ........ Or not! Arrived at location (11p-1a), and they were closed. Gas and inside. No sign on the door.This review is based solely on my experience as a DoorDash-Type Driver, I will take into account the following, but not limited to; friendliness, cleanliness, speediness ...
