Ordered fish from here 3-4 years ago electric blue jack Dempsey. They were 1in big.They came 2 days later healthy and they are still surviving, both about 5-6 inches now. Great place to order fish from. I would definitely order again.

This place is amazing. I get 4 black piranha, about 6 to 7 inches they have many options, and not only that, they have a lot of fish of many different sizes. I love ❤️ this place. I like that they have large fish from 1 inches up to 30 inches long of different kinds of fish.i am very happy with AquaScapeOnline. I really recommend you go there and if you can't you can purchase online no matter where you live they will deliver it to you

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered the two bowl set, the finish on the top bowl started to chip and flake off in under a year and the bottom bowl started cracking on the inside just over a year. Since the bottom bowl crack after the year AquaScape will not replace the bowl. Over $1000. For the set and $800. For installation. It was a waste of money. STAY AWAY!!!!

Paige at AquaScapeOnline went above and beyond with follow up messages and calls over many weeks to help me get one of my most favorite fish. My little Festae arrived next day in excellent health and to my surprise still had some color and bars in the bag. It's been over two weeks now and she is not shy at all, exploring the tank, eating like a pig and absolutely beautiful. 5 star review!

Absolutely great place to order fish. The shipping was indeed very expensive but I don't mind for the fish I ordered was beautiful. 12 hours after being placed in the tank all the fish are eating wonderfully. I was so happy to see my gar chase a guppy. I spoke to both Mike and Pedro and I love how they answered my questions I had about my fish as well as my community tanks at home.. I can't wait for these guys to get big!! Thanks again!! I'll definitely order from you again!!

I paid $95 for a Red Ruby Spilo Piranha 2' - 3'. No one contacted me with a shipping amount so I called them and spoke to Mr. Washington, who stated he would let the owner know to call me. I called the owner, after 3 days of no one calling me after the message was left. I asked how much would shipping be. I was told $100. The owner followed up by saying since my total was now $195, He would send me a bigger fish, one that was more developed and had color already. the fish was supposed to be red and yellow. Instead, I received an 1 inch silver baby fish with no colors. I called to shop to inquire why I didn't receive the fish that I purchased nor the fish he promised. I left a voicemail with Mr. Washington, his assistant and NEVER received a response or replay. It's been 3 weeks now. Very, very unprofessional. I purchased some piranhas from AquaScapeOnline. Within the hour I had talked to an employee and had a tracking confirmation. My fish arrived the next day and were all healthy! This seems to be a dying hobby. Cause, most pet stores don't have a nice selection of South Central American Fish. But, AquaScape has the largest and the Best fish around the Tri-state area, fresh water, salt water, African Cichlids, Central America fish, South Central American fish 🐠 they have it.. I'll be back soon. Keep up the great work. Amen..

Now this place is cool. Tbey have all kinds of exotic fish. I saw an electric eel, sting rays, alligator gars and piranhas! The guy working there was very knowledgeable and helped us pick a fish that would do well in our betta tank. I prefer this spot over petsmart or petco!

I ordered a pretty expensive fish from this place (aquascapeonline). When it showed up it was upside down missing most of its scales and dead in the bag. Ive e-mailed with pictures twice and called 8 times over the last 4 weeks. Every time they tell me the manager just left and he will call me as soon as he gets back. Still haven't heard anything back.

I wanted 4 baby red bellied piranhas for my new 75 gallon tank and even though they are legal in my state no pet store had them and looked at me like I was crazy when I asked. I was upset and looked online only to find dead end sites and un reputable dealers that had low prices but no phone numbers or anyway to ask questions. I went with Aquascape online because they had them and actually returned my phone calls and were very polite and knowledgeable about my order I placed with them. They called me back within 15 minutes with a tracking number and they arrived perfectly safe and healthy the next day within 18 hours after I ordered them. They used FedEx overnight and even though it’s not as cheap as it used to be it was worth it to me. I would do business again with this establishment.

Great experience in past dealing with them but I recently ordered 10 1 inch red bellies and it's been a week with no word from them we reached out several times and called the store and was told they don't know what's going on the manager does the orders and he wasn't in. In the past the entire process from placing the order to arrival took 3 or 4 days especially because it's overnight shipping sitting here with a preped tank and wondering what's going on?

Ordered a gold diamond rhom from them in Aug shipping was fast and fish was nice and healthy. There is literally no one to order piranha from other than these guys unless you want red bellies. They have a great selection of piranhas that you can’t get anywhere else. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in keeping piranhas. Just got another tank and will buying from them again. I live in the Scranton Pa area and will be making the drive this time just to check out the store!

If you are looking for a serious review of this company, look no further.I have been in aquarist since 2011 and as my collection grew so did my aquarium. This in turn means that I would have to purchase larger fish that I could not get from the local pet store. One fish that I have wanted for a long time was a larger peacock bass. I was not able to find any close by and took my search to the Internet. I found this company and immediately made a phone call after finding a beautiful peacock bass.I had so many concerns about how to actually ship a fish down the East Coast and also questions about good care. The owner Pedro and the manager Mike answered countless phone calls and text messages politely and professionally.The night before I was ready to order, I had an issue with one of the water parameters and Mike was able to hold the fish for me with Pedro‘s permission to make sure that the water got back to normal. Once it did they got everything packed up and send out. They even stayed well after closing hours to capture the fish and properly box it for me.As a business owner, I can attest to good customer service and to say that they went above and beyond is a huge understatement. The fish arrived at the airport and when I picked it up to check it, the associate said he has never seen such care taken to box up live fish.Aqua scape online has my business from here on out! They will be my only source for monster fish!

Such a big selection of piranha. The customer service was super informative and even gave us a few tips about the red spilo we wanted. We drove 3 hours and it was most definitely worth it. Hard to find a reputable piranha supplier. These guys are it!

I must say there're the best place to get all of your exotic freshwater fish. There prices are reasonable and the customer service is up to par. Most importantly if any issues were to occur, which I have not experienced, there is a number for you to call to speak to a live representative. They are friendly and the receptionist is very patient and has great communication skills. I'm glad I found out about this place.

I called and asked to speak with a specific employee who helped me earlier regarding a fish he was quite knowledgeable about previously but the store refused to refer me to him. Instead the person who answers the phone assumed they could help me which is not what I asked for. This store isn’t very trusting of its workers. It’s a shame because the workers have great talent. 10/10 will not be returning here. Great fish, poor customer service.

AquaScape Online or Aquarium Paradise as they are also known is a great place if your interested in predator fish. They have a nice selection at fair prices.I was also recently told they are expanding the store and took over the neighboring space.
