Horrible female manager threw a fit about breaking a $100 bill at 8pm because she already counted the drawer 2hrs before the store closes. Lunacy. Very rude and spoke down to her employee, a nice lady at the register who was patient and kind throughout this frustrating interaction. I've had good experiences with numerous other employees in the past here, but this is ridiculous.

Absolute terrible customer service. I had called recently to ask about a Store Associate position, and a male manager promised that he would post it in the next day or two. I call again over a week later, and a female manager tells me maybe they have changed their mind. Usually I expect an "apologies, we really hope you find a job elsewhere" or something along those lines. Not in this case. Just a curt "thanks, bye." She thought she hung up the phone but I could actually still hear her mutter "Wow, that was a lot of pressure about a job." Female manager at Hillsborough was much nicer.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Can never get their notification system to work, refill prescriptions when I explicitly request not to, my medication is always out of stock. Kept going there for convenience. Now they literally lost my prescription after telling me to come pick it up the next day. It's like it never even existed. I'm done with them.

Currently, the pharmacy phone line isn't working. When I called there was first an announcement saying no one was available and to call back later. I called back later and was given the prompt to explain what I needed but the machine didn't understand me. It then gave me the option to say yes or no vocally or by pressing 1 or 2, which I said yes. Then pressed 1. Then said yes more clearly. Said yes off of speaker phone. Pressed 1 again. Basically, it's not working and I hope this review will help them address the issue. Otherwise, my experience with this pharmacy has been uneventful with no issues. The employees there are pretty friendly, too.

Truly a horrible customer experience. 10 mins in drive through waiting to be told to come inside, meanwhile car before me got serviced. I went inside to wait 20 more minutes to be told they’re out of stock of the medication (which I don’t understand as I got a phone call and text saying the medicine is ready). They didn’t even try to help to see if they had the medication at other local cvs pharmacies, instead they just said “can’t do anything”. The two ladies there tried their best to keep up with the volume of people and seemed very flustered and aggravated themselves (I would have been too). I felt bad for them but also for the many people who waited 30 mins plus for simple medicine pick up. It should not be this hard nor take this long for simple transactions. I sincerely hope cvs corporate sees this message and does better with staffing this pharmacy appropriately while also investing in systems that make sense for the customer not just their bottom line. CVS you should be ashamed. In a day and age that we currently live in, you have to get these basic fundamentals right.

I scheduled an appointment for a vaccination. I showed up on time on the correct date and was told that they couldn't give me the vaccine because they couldn't find the necessary materials, but that I should come back tomorrow. I was told I didn't need a new appointment. I come back the next day and I explain the situation to a different pharmacist. She just looks at me and tells me they don't have any more vaccine and that I need to make a new appointment for a different day. No sorry, no how can we fix this. I could barely get a dismissive glance. After pushing the issue she then blamed the situation on the fact that the pharmacist the day before was "new" and "didn't know what he was doing." Is that supposed to make anyone feel better? That basically they were employing an incompetent pharmacist. Eventually she grudgingly pulled herself away from whatever she was doing on her computer to schedule another appointment for me. We'll see if they can't actually follow thru, but I'm not holding my breath.

RUDE staff this morning!!! When you're not feeling well you should expect kindness and professionalism. However, that was not the case this morning. Two young men, caucasian and african were EXTREMELY Rude! They hung up on me through the drive through when I finally received assistance... When I called back asking to speak to a manager the young man said, "that's me" and I said you do not sound like a manager and he HUNG UP on me confirming he was not a manager! EXTREMELY Dissatisfied with this kind of treatment... Why do you have people working at your store like this!?!?!?

Had multiple bottles of hair products that were filled with the wrong product?? I went to exchange and they said it was now $4 more than last night. I hadn’t gotten a receipt originally so I couldn’t get my money back but wouldn’t let me just get the correct product. Didn’t have apology for selling me a fake product and when I asked why it would cost me more now he said “its how it is, we changed the prices last night” when I went to grab a new bottle I checked them just to make sure they were correct and only one of the ones they had on the shelf was all the other ones were filled with the wrong product. There’s no change in formula of the product (I checked) the bottles with the wrong product are filled less and scented with a very bad powdery scent not at all similar to what it is supposed to be or labeled as being scented I’ve been using this product for well over a year and I’ve never had this issue anywhere else. :( when I explain the issue he had absolutely no sense of confusion or upset that a product they sold was incorrect he just seemed very annoyed that I was wanting to exchange it

Strongly recommend checking that the right medication and dose are received, and price used before leaving. Always get a receipt. Timely planned refills delayed because of lack of stock.

I transferred all of my meds to this CVS and my life has been so MUCH easier. Walgreens in Hillsborough was the worst experience of my life. I get my meds weekly and it's absolutely stressful but the pharmacists are very kind! They don't addict shame for taking an opiate blocker (you'd be surprised how many pharmacists judge addicts but the staff is so kind and even called the pharmacist when he had already left trying to see if they could help me get my medication because I was late and it was closed. They have a nice selection of food, cosmetics and general necessity items! I give them 5 stars because they treat me with respect and are always very helpful.

I have come here sporadically different days and times. This review is not based on one visit/encounter. Pre-pandemic the store was great and the employees are kind. Now during pandemic times each and every time I come I have seen 1-2 employees without their mask on and/or are improperly wearing it (under their nose). I used to be a frequent customer until I noticed this pattern for the last 3 or more months.

There's never a big crowd in here. All the employees are friendly. The pharmacy will work with you if you don't have insurance to get you the best price for your prescription. This place is so much better than the Walgreens down the street.

I needed help finding items for a trip I was taking to Boston. A young man working there helped me find each and every item on my list! He didn't just tell me, he SHOWED me. Because of him my preparation for the trip was much easier.

I recommend getting vaccinated here. 👍Professionals work here. The injections are generally painless - it's some kind of magic. The employees are friendly and try to help if you have any questions or difficulties. 👍

The pharmacy service is terrible. The nurse who does the Covid vaccination was chatting with someone in the vaccination restricted area for 15 minutes, and made several people waiting.

Don't do the covid19 test at the drive thru. It's been 7 days and still no results. They say 2 to 4 days. CVS try a different testing facility other than the minute clinic.
