If I could give them a negative zero star I would. This place is a complete waste of your time! I have been waiting over 24 hours to get a simple prescription for standard antibiotics. I called and waited over an hour and no one picked up the phone. I went there in person and waited for at least 20 minutes in line for them to tell me it's still not ready and to come back in an hour. I came back and it's still not ready. I am now on day 2 and no change in status. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again! They have a sign that says due to severe staff shortages there will be delays but this is absolutely unacceptable! You do not want your RX's coming to this location! I would gladly drive farther for better servcie!

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. You wait week(s) for prescription refills, there is no update on status, and they NEVER answer the phones. This is a horrible way to run a business, especially during a pandemic. When you go in, in person, you stand there while they ignore you, so you will wait inside or even at the drive thru for up to 45 minutes. After all of this frustration, the women there are incredibly rude. I gave a star because I had to, not because they deserve it.

Since the switch from RiteAid this store has plummeted in all aspects. The store itself is dirty, not just a little, it is really gross. The dust overhead and on the shelves is too much to accept. The pharmacy no longer answers calls as they are short staffed. Check your bag before leaving as I recently went in to pick up 2 prescriptions and came home with one. Calling was futile, I tried several times and was never connected after minutes on hold.Go somewhere else at any costs to avoid this nightmare.

They are so understaffed here! There is never anyone at the check out counter, apparently no one answers the phones and now, we have been waiting here for nearly an hour for our Covid vaccines...why did we make an appointment? Go to the Port Monmouth Walgreens...they are Great!!! (Wish they had availability for vaccines that worked with my schedule...now I know why Belford had so many time slots!)

I’m very aware that times are difficult right now with employment etc but to leave customers without their medication for days on end without any care is just unacceptable to me.. I honestly feel like a bother to the employees. I will be switching pharmacies after 15 years of being a customer.

I’m on hold fir 25 minutes waiting for a prescription from yesterday morning that I was told they couldn’t retrieve from my doctors call from 2 days ago because their voicemail is not working!! After this prescription I’m changing pharmacies..

I've been waiting a week and a half for a prescription refill without any information about why it's delayed. No one answers the phones, so I can't get any answers unless I go to the store and wait in line for 45 minutes.

terrible!! kept on hold 45 minutes, seems to be common with Walgreens. I seem to always kept on hold for longer than acceptable times. I never want to deal with them again

I've been trying to call he pharmacy as the app directed me. I've been trying for a few days to get thru to any human. No one ever answers the phone. Hold times over 15 minutes each time.

Pharmacy NEVER has anything in stock and they won't call you if they don't have it even though your enrolled in the call/text list. Horrible service. Save yourself the headache and go to CVS.

take a week to fullfill a refill on a medication i need to survive thankfully i had extra and 3 and a half hours on hold. switch your pharmacy or steer clear
