This visit was a disaster start to finish. The receptionist was unnecessarily rude and condescending to both myself and my mother. Dr. Sinko did not even so much as introduce herself before she began insulting my mother and her dog. She spent a total of 2 minutes with us... no explanation of diagnostics she wanted but made it clear she wouldn't provide care without it. The vet techs however were absolutely wonderful and handled our dog with care.

After losing our last dog to cancer we waited about a year to adopt a rescue puppy. This vet has been great; no unnecessary testing when he is sick. My last vet was over priced and in it for the money. These ladies really know their stuff, love the animals, and are reasonably priced. They don’t try to sell themselves as emergency care by using the word “Hospital” in their name like one vet located on route 35 does.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED, my mom has been going here for over 20 YEARS but because our dog wasn’t a “patient” there, they REFUSED any type of after death services. The NASTY receptionist totally dismissed my family and said “you need to go somewhere else, she’s not our patient”. Our dog literally just passed away at home and all we want is cremation services. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional, I will NEVER use Home Vet services in Belford EVER again and I highly recommend you don’t either.

Always a good experience here… I’ve had two very emotional euthanasias at this office and they couldn’t have been more professional. Was at the office yesterday with my loving but obnoxiously strong dog for a boo boo and Dr Drozd was thorough and to the point. And understood my old pups needs. I’m still lol over “he’s strong for an old fart” bc he is! Less than 24 hours later my strong maniac is showing off his boo boo to me and how much better it is already. It’s got to be tough dealing with animals who are scared and try to defend themselves out of instinct when being restrained for treatment and they do it fabulously. Big thank you from us and Rome

We love it here! The receptionist Christine is wonderful and Dr Drozd is too. She's fixed 2 of our dogs and one of our cats and all turned out fine. She is also very honest, kind, and knows what she is doing. Been coming here for over 20 years. They care about the animals here. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using this vet for the last 15 years with my pets and they are great! Reasonably priced and wont over charge you. Yes they are busy so you may have to wait a little while but they will always take you for an emergency last minute. Dr. Drozd Is the best, she is very knowledgeable, sensible, and compassionate. Hopefully they can start home visits again, but until then I will drive 25 minutes. It’s worth it!

Such a wonderful practice! I’m so grateful for each and everyone of them who keep the place working like a well oiled machine- they’re all so patient, kind and caring... the front end/reception girls are always happy to help when I need that extra minute or two to find an appointment to fit MY schedule, every tech/nurse and every Dr. my little man has had the pleasure of seeing there has been so sweet and compassionate. I have seen the check out window & area a bit congested but it’s never been a very long wait there and I always make a friend or two while we wait 🐾 My boy has been a patient there for over 4 years and I have been very pleased with them. He’s had a teeth cleaning and I only this past fall had him neutered there. When I showed up at their door 1/2 hour after hours on a Thursday evening my baby in arms sobbing because I was certain he had injured himself near his incision- they took us to a room no questions! The Dr. came and did an exam and assured us everything was perfect and healing excellent! I left feeling so relieved and relaxed. It was counted as his follow up visit, a service that would have cost me $$hundreds$$ had I gone somewhere else. I have only had good experiences here, they have very reasonable prices as well and the location for me is very convenient. We appreciate the extra you do for your humans and your patients Home Vet, thank you!!

I wudnt even give this vet a star. This vet has more turnover in staff and vets then any practice I have ever dealt with. If that doesn't tell you something, wait till your pet is really sick. Many have walked in her door with their super old pet after using her service for years only for her or another vet to hand you back your pet and tell you to go to RED BANK, they can't help. Not to mention how many pets.. my own included that she misdiagnosed. I dont know how anyone uses this vet. I hear the vet that now works there along Dzod has an attitude. There are a few people I know that worked for her that also told me horror stories. Be careful folks.

Dr Beverly and Home Vet team are the best. Period. We have trusted her implicitly for at least 13 years with dogs and cats; from adoptions to end of life. I drive by probably 10 other vets to go to Home Vet because they are smart, knowledgeable, excellent communicators, patient, experienced, clean, trustworthy, fairly priced, aware of all new medical trends, intuitive, compassionate... I could go on and on. Seriously. Also, most of the staff has been there for years. Which to me speaks volumes about the culture behind the scenes - important when you are leaving your pet in their hands. I can’t possibly more highly recommend Home Vet. AAA THE BEST. I have to leave this review before I even pull out of the parking lot. I was a bit nervous to bring my dog here. He is aggressive and very big. I am so happy with the professionalism they used handling my dog. The staff and doctor were wonderful! Highly recommend. And the price was very fair!
