I expected better from a place so well reviewed. We booked an appointment two weeks in advance. We came at 11 sharp for an 11am appointment. There was a line of 50 people all the way through the YMCA building attached. Apparently Riverwalk decided to service both walk ins and appointments. Lo and behold, by 11:15 they were just beginning to service the appointments at 10:15, one whole hour behind schedule and the line getting bigger and bigger.I don't know why you'd accept both walk ins and appointments if you can't service either of them. Compare this to the average Walgreens or CVS drive-thru where it's in-and-out in 10 minutes? It's bad. Why even book appointments at all if you're going to make people wait an hour or more in what's become a plague den? Even if my test comes out negative I probably was exposed to Covid just by waiting so long in a room full of symptomatic people.I guess they were better a few weeks back. This is not good and reeks of poor management.

Simply The Best! Look no further this pharmacy is hands down the best in the area. They answer the phone promptly unlike other corporate pharmacies that keep you on hold forever. Everyone that works there has a pleasant disposition and are extremely knowledgeable. They fill the rx quickly and they deliver the same-day and sometimes within an hour or two of the rx being filled. You can leave a credit card on file so they can charge it as they fill and deliver. This pharmacy honestly improved my quality of life so much - I am so grateful for the riverwalk If you are thinking of switching pharmacies, do it today - you will not regret it. The Pharmacist Marwa is extremely helpful and very smart!

Absolutely wonderful staff and owner! I had some issues with consistency, communication, and access to medications at Walgreens in town. I was hesitant initially about switching to a new pharmacy. However, Marwah personally called me and discussed my concerns. Not only did she empathize with my experiences, but explained the struggles a chain pharmacy had and how she had structured her business to overcome those obstacles. 10/10 recommend—you will have zero regrets if you give her business a chance!

We started using Riverwalk Pharmacy when we needed to get a COVID test and they were the only pharmacy that would take us that day. The staff is wonderful. Since that first test we have moved all of our prescriptions here. It's so nice to work with a locally owned pharmacy where they know about their customers and take great care to make sure everyone is happy. Marwa, who is the owner and pharmacist, does an amazing job and makes sure that everything is done well. My family are very happy customers.

BEST pharmacy by far!!! The entire staff at Riverwalk pharmacy is absolutely wonderful and caring. Took my daughter to get a Covid test immediately. The scheduling was easy and painless to do online. A chance meeting at a street fair years ago has turn into a friendship. It is such a great feeling to have a pharmacist who is also a neighbor and a friend. I have gone to pharmacies all over the country and all of the chain pharmacies locally. I have never walked into a pharmacy that I have used repeatedly and had the personnel recognize me by face or name. Yet I am amazed at how the people at Riverwalk Pharmacy treat their customers like old friends and neighbors. I have watched the pharmacist, Marwa, remember names of parents and even their children. She asks about their health, chat briefly about their kids, and patiently listens to their health issues.You will not get such treatment at any chain pharmacy. If you need to consult about any medication she is very knowledgeable about the best treatments and latest CDC and state health department recommendations. She goes out of her way to find the best treatment and costs to customers. I see why she receives so many small gifts of appreciation. I highly recommend this family owned neighborhood pharmacy.

In this age of corporate owned pharmacies, it is a rarity to find a family owned pharmacy right in town! Staffed by kind and compassionate people, this customer feels seen, heard and helped. My family is so very grateful for the ease and availability with which we could get covid tests when they were difficult to get and we are grateful for the abundance of knowledge and thoughtful input when picking up prescriptions. I came here for Covid tested today and expected a simple in and out service. To my surprise I was greeted with very enthusiastic staff that show immaculate commitment to the roles, and work establishment. Sammy had the highest of quality services provided to me, and those around me. There was a wait, but it is expected through this new pandemic surge. They made the wait worth while. My only problem is that this pharmacy isn’t local, as I would use this establishment more frequently. Happy holidays Sammy, and staff of Riverwalk Pharmacy!

This pharmacy is beyond amazing. The pharmacist, Marwa knows everyone’s names. She makes it super easy to move your prescriptions over. She will find discounts to give you on prescription medications. You feel like a part of a small special community if you are a customer at this pharmacy. You are not a stranger. I have had awful experiences at the chain pharmacies nearby like CVS and Walgreens and will never go back. This small pharmacy is a lot more agile, flexible and better than large pharmacy chains like Walgreen and CVS. Back in December 2021 when I need a COVID PCR test, Walgreen and CVS were unavailable until 1 - 2 weeks later (who would need COVID test after 2 weeks?), but Riverwalk was open for test on the same day.Tonight my pediatrician prescribed antibiotic that my kid need badly, but Walgreen didn’t have it, and I immediately thought about Riverwalk. Even though it was a little past their close hour, they waited for me to pick up the prescription. They even found the doctor’s prescription dose was inaccurate, and worked with the doctor to resolve the difference.
