The Hope Depot app on Smart Phones is one of the better apps I have seen in terms of locating products on the shelves in such a huge store. And if not knowing what all you are looking for or have questions, personnel their whom all specialize in particular area are helpful. Again, easy to find products and seek help/guidance from personnel there.

This Home Depot is the very best of all the other Home Depots, I think! I just got a generator that costs a lot of money, but thank you, Shay and Robert, for your help in getting me a 220.00 discount on this unit! These two very nice employees are one of the reasons that I keep coming back to this Home Depot location!

I will NOT RETURN.With product SKU /item/model number Home Depot, 3 associates could not find an item that was in stock at the store. Their answer was to order online and do store pick up because they have a special team dedicated to find stuff in their store for online orders and come back later lolDid not get product

Update 5/1/21Here now to purchase shelves and we have no clue what to buy. We just came with a video of one we have at my in-laws to show someone to assists us. Well, the help was amazing. We walked to the 2nd aisle and there 3 employees there. We asked Jordan and he told us one moment and asked Joe. Joe took us to a section that had what we thought we needed. We ended up seeing something else that looked easier. After Joe took us there we went back to the initial aisle and asked about that item. Joe then asked Anthony(supervisor), who then assisted us. He helped us measure and figure out the right wood we needed. We asked if we can bid for a discount and he said yes. He told us to go to the desk with Kevin who helped us bid on the item since we are pro members. Kevin had some assistance form the Manager of the garden club which was so nice. In the end we bid and did get a discount and was very happy since we were buying so many of that one item. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING AND NEED A HOME-DEPOT TO GO TO, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE. THEY ARE HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR CUSTOMERS. THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Home Depot failed to deliver 56 bags of concrete some how and then told me I’d have to wait another 7 days for delivery. Manager then delivers in a pick up truck and tosses it on my drive way breaking bags. So now I have a mess to clean up and am short on concrete. Very unprofessional on the phone as well.

This place had a lot of help walking around and talking to each other but it took over 20 minutes to find some to help us with our shelving. Nobody wanted to do it and some even said “ oh no, we don’t do that anymore “

Ordered a toilet...had it shipped. The driver was dropping it off I heard loud crunching noises. I told the driver I hope its not broken. He looked at me as if I was speaking a different language and he could not understand. I looked inside and the toilet was in pieces literally. I told the driver I will not except this it is broken. There reply was raising his hands in the air and saying I just drop things off. I said it again please I won't accept this dropoff. Driver just kept his hands in the air and repeated "I just drop things off". Then spoke with home depot customer representative. They were like "gee-golly" we are sorry. But you have to wait for shipper to contact you for return pick up..and then stated i will not recieve refund until shipper has returned item and then another 7 to 10 business days (estimated). But would i like to buy another toilet...so i get one broken toilet and pay for another so in the meantime i have no toilet but have to fork over $500 (estimated). I want to express some holiday thanks to home depot, home depot.com and the shipper. Thanks so much 😃

Great customer service, Most of the employees knew where to find things. One older employee was too busy talking to a customer to help me find the right water hose sprayer. I waited after his long conversation,then he decided to try to explain about sizes of sprayers.

As soon as I walked in, a very helpful and pleasant young man, John, asked if he could help me. Since I'm unfamiliar with tools and supplies, I told him my predicament and he immediately explained to me the process to get my project completed. I felt so relieved that someone understood my dilemma. It was a very nice experience.

William from the pro desk should have been fired a long time ago but is still there I avoid him at all costs but when I have to go through him I knkw I’m due to stand there for 15 minutes while he talks on the phone and then gives attitude. If it was my business I would’ve fired him months and months ago.

Never had a bad experience, but truck rental is quite confusing. Don't get me wrong, super easy to actually rent it and drive out, but after the initial fee it's really unclear. Also the length of time needed or if notification of another day to someone really wasn't addressed. I'm still confused about all the details after leaving the store with a truck, and still waiting for them to whack my card for some undetermined amount...I'll update when and if anything crazy happens...stay tuned.

I love going to home depot. The employees there always go out of their way to help me. I had purchased some plants back in May and they did not make it. I pulled them up took them back to home depot and they happy refunded me my money. Their plants have a 1 year warranty. Most people don't know that and just toss them, me Included. These plants I paid $40 each so I said let me give it a whirl. If you don't have a record problem just bring g the card that you paid with and they can find it that way.

Of course you can find everything you need and those you don't. Whether a contractor or home improvement DIY enthusiast..... everything is here. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here over the past several years as they are close and prices are usually good. Customer service is always great. Main drawback is there is NEVER a sales associate available. If you you are lucky enough to find one they are always too busy to help ...like you are annoying them. Best bet is to have your phone ready and look up the item or the solution online.

The lady Michelle that works register number two on the contractor's end is absolutely useless. She does more talking to the employees around her than even acknowledging the customers. If you would just take her out of the mix it's amazing how much productivity would happen down at the contractors ends register. Also the Indian man that works down that end is fantastic. Customers who go to your store almost every single day as contractors see this stuff all the time. It's amazing how there's never a manager around to speak to about any issues in store. I hope corporate pays attention to customers and please eliminate Michelle on register number two. Absolutely a waste of your money. Thank you for listening

Worst customer service in the Absecon location is the worst. Ordered appliances and waited over a month for delivery after several ness ups on their part. When they finally said they were coming after talking to customer service I waited all day to find that the appliances were never put in the deliver truck. No one bothered to call or tell me. Then I have to reschedule the delivery at their convenience. The worst thing is that they don’t seem to see a problem with this. The manager on duty’s reply was “I’ll escalate this, we can’t guarantee delivery because another company delivers”. I would give zero stars but that’s not an option.

As a contractor I'm frequently in home depot and absecon is ridiculous. There's no available lumber carts because the aisles are flooded with them packed full customers orders for pickup. Seems that a majority of the employees (excluding a few) would rather stand around and have conversations not related to work then help anyone

Ordered a refrigerator from here, good price. Had a little issue with the customer service representative from the store, gave me attitude when I was giving him my order and confirmation number. Called the customer service number and spoke to an excellent representative, she helped me and gave me a discount.
