He answered all of our questions and was very respectful of our home and pets. We are so happy with our new, beautiful pellet stove. I had an exceptional experience at The Stove Shoppe, and I can't recommend them enough.When we initially sought a pellet stove insert elsewhere, we were met with pushy, inconsistent and unreliable service, leaving us feeling frustrated. Fortunately, our mason suggested The Stove Shoppe in Windham, and it was the best advice we could have received.From the moment I walked in, Jack, the salesman, provided me with impeccable service. There were no pushy sales tactics, just genuine assistance. I swiftly purchased the exact insert we wanted, scheduled delivery, and was on my way within 15 minutes.We opted for installation through The Stove Shoppe as well, and the two outstanding gentlemen, Alan and Matt, who arrived were exceptional. They were not only friendly but also displayed the utmost professionalism and trustworthiness. Unlike a recent experience with another service provider who made me uncomfortable by wandering around my house and making inappropriate comments, The Stove Shoppe’s team was a breath of fresh air.At the end of installation, Alan took the time to show me how to use the insert, go over all questions and provided valuable advice on which Ash Vacuum to purchase to make my life easier and better care for the pellet stove insert. Stove Shoppe installed our Regency insert last fall and we used it heavily through the winter (it did a great job of heating our home) and wanted to get it serviced again before this winter. Travis and Bill came out today and were great. They were on time, professional, and cleaned everything including the blower. The stove basically looks brand new again. They also gave us some pointers on how to reduce our creosote build up. Will definitely call the Stove Shoppe again next spring for another cleaning.

Sue came to our house for measurements as well as met us at the store to go over all our options with the gas stove we were looking to purchase. After many back and forths regarding options, we are very happy with the decisions of our gas stove. The day of installation Tim and Alan were very professional and knowledgeable about the product. If I could not give any stars i would. My father purchased a glass with gasket kit and instead of them replacing the glass like they were suppose to they just put a new rope over the old one and charged him full price. He has tried getting ahold of customer service who will “ call back” but never do. I highly recommend going anywhere else

Stephanie (sales) and Sean (installation) were personable, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The Windham location also had everything I wanted to look at on display, and being able to see and operate these stoves in person made a world of difference.On the sales side, the only downside was being told that the particular model of Heathstone stove I was looking at (Manchester) was in stock, only to learn after making the 45 minute drive to the store that it was actually backordered by a few months. But in the end, it was delivered when promised.The installation process was organized and professional. Sean and his assistant were friendly, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable in their trade. They paid enormous detail to everything from being conscientious about keeping everything protected from scratches and bumps, to keeping the work area clean, to following the installation process to the letter, ensuring a trouble-free final inspection after the installation. Sean was detailed in everything he did, whether it was ensuring all the pipes were horizontally and vertically level, to making sure the stove was within a 1/16th of an inch of being perfectly centered on the pad it was standing on (and this is a near 500 lb stove, so every change in location required considerable effort). He also pointed me to the break-in procedure in the manual, and made sure I knew what each control did on the stove. All of this, on top of having to haul this stove up a flight of stairs to get it from the driveway into the house.Could not be happier with my overall experience with the Stove Shoppe in Windham, NH!

I feel like I got a good deal here. I saved some by buying a floor model at one of their sidewalk sales. Installation was completed this morning by Travis and Jake. These guys were outstanding. Installation of this kind is always going to be a little messy, but these guys made sure to clean as they worked and left the installation area spotless. Travis was very knowledgeable and professional, you can really tell he is passionate about stoves. He seemed to know everything and answered all of my questions. Good job, Stove Shoppe!

We ordered a gas stove heating unit and worked with Jack Corriveau. When the stove was being installed, one of the parts had a factory defect. The part wasn't in stock at the store and the factory said that it would take 6 weeks to replace which would mean we wouldn't have heat in that room until after Christmas. Jack took the extra time and effort to track down a replacement part the next day so that we ended up being able to have the stove installed for Thanksgiving.

For my first complete cleaning of my Harman pellet stove I was lucky enough to have Travis and Joe be the techs to come out to my house. They were actually early and extremely professional and friendly. They took great pains in making sure the area remained clean. I purchased a pellet stove from The Stove Shoppe during their yearly sale. Purchasing was a very nice experience with no stress. Steve, the saleman, gave me a good tour of my options and explained the features well.Sales is the easy part, where I wanted to see how they did was service and installation.I'm really happy to say Mario and Tim did a fantastic job installing my Harman 52i. They cleaned out the firebox/place first, installed the liner, explained the process to me and what they were doing, they kept the area clean and cleaned up perfectly when they left. Mario gave me a tour of the unit and some recommendations and also explained other services they had for yearly cleanings as well as that he recommended a chimney cap for the other part of the chimney (which was good since I knew I needed that but glad he took the time to note that).Overall I was very pleased with my purchase and the installation crew. I felt they were all being very honest and never once felt I was being oversold things I didn't need. Would highly recommend this company because of their service and staff.A++
