My go to store for tools and home project needs. This store in particular I enjoy because they play good music, none of that rap/pop stuff. The Staff are very helpful. My only complaint and this applies to all stores is that they have self check out, customer shouldn't have to work. The girls just standing there greeting you could be running a register very frustrating that I have to go to lumber to check out. Lastly I love the home delivery service for 79.00.

Think twice before using Home Depot for new carpet. They outsource the installation and if there is an issue Home Depot does not do anything other than refer you to the installer. Another little tidbit of information if you purchase carpet with say a 10 or 15 year warranty that does not include warranty on the installation process. ACS installed my carpet and they only warranty their installation for 3 years. Just because you receive a quoted layout of the installation showing where seems may be does not guarantee that is what you will end up with. Also we had issue with ACS reinstalling closet doors, they actually lost the hardware they TOOK OFF. The Home Depot in Tilton is on of my favorite . This store is a tad bit smaller than some of the others but seems to always have good help. I always find what I am looking for and scored on the much sought after Halloween items this year. If they don’t have what you are looking for they will call around to the other stores or send you a link. The parking lot is huge and has plenty of Handicap parking.

The employees at this Home Depot store in Tilton Nh were very helpful with finding several items we needed. One employee was on his lunch break but walked us around to several different departments and made certain we were satisfied and had found everything we were looking for.

They are the best! When you can always go inside the store and find someone to help you with something or find something. Most associates are pleasant and friendly. You can’t get that from Lowe’s ! If You call Lowe’s the phone rings and rings and associates aren’t even around when you need them. So ya Home Depot is definitely #1 choice to shop for all home needs. 😊

If I could give a 0 star I would. Went to get roofing supplies and couldn't even get help with it whenever we asked for help we would get rushed like we we're a bother. Heather at the service was extremely rude when placing a order kept snapping at us, was sent to pro service to get the right item for the roof and Brian I couldn't even tell u rude as hell was told he had to show us the right item and he showed us and didn't even k ow the answers to any questions asked. Tham goes back to his computer and comes back saying I can't help u I have other things to do and walks off.. this place is horrible and lost our business..

I would like to give a great big thanks to the customer service lady who helped me with a return, yesterday She was very pleasant and efficient. I would also like to give a great big Thank you to Jim( the manager) who helped us purchase an air conditioner - loading, bringing it up to register, waiting while we paid, and then bringing out and loading it in my vehicle - all with a smile and being so pleasant.

A tale of 2 Depots. The store itself is fine. The employees are nice; they have what you need. My problem is with Home Services. We paid them a substantial amount of money for a kitchen remodel in July of 2021, our kitchen was to be done by Sept of 2021. We never heard a word from anyone and the store had zero answers. One woman lied to my face. So in December (around then it's been awhile) I speak to the store manager. He gets in touch with the contractors, they send someone. Finally. They don't start until Febuary. Problems getting everything. Jacked up warped cabinets. They fix some. More shipping problems, more warped cabinets. They get 95% and apparently they've stopped. I have incomplete stuff and a warped cabinet. I've had 3 other projects started and completed during this time. Awful experience overall. Will they ever finish? Only time will tell.

A young man helped me today get the bags of stones and brick walkway pads I needed. He was pleasant, respectful and very helpful and friendly. He told me it was his second day of work. He sure is an asset. I shopped at noon in Tilton, NH

Has been nothing but issues from day one of starting our house build. Losing orders, ordering wrong large items (windows, etc), just a mess. Home Depot as a whole is unhelpful and ridiculous to deal with.

This 5 star review is for a specific employee only. Brian in the paint department went above and beyond to right a wrong and offered me outstanding customer service. I have spent tens of thousands at this location over the past 2 years and was ready to never shop here again after a poor experience with another employee that cost me $300 in unusable paint. Because of Brian, I will most likely be back. He is knowledgeable, considerate, and extremely professional. I hope this company values exceptional employees like Brian, I know I would!

My partner and I recently moved back to the area and decided to re-do the bathroom in our new place. We wanted to rip out the tub and create a tile oasis. This is our first time doing a shower complete with tiles, my partner did extensive research online and we were lucky enough to run into Bob in the plumbing isle. Bob did a fantastic job at helping us locate all of the various materials and tools we would need to complete the job, in addition to helping us figure out the logistics of the project. He easily spent an hour, if not more, helping us out. We felt like we got thousands of dollars in advice and felt completely reassured after going over our plans with a professional like Bob. We were lucky to run into Mark S. on our way out who helped us save a few bucks! Great experience overall.

Just visited this store in Tilton NH and I can honestly say they are the perfect example of what customer service should be every single person in the store was friendly and helpful! We purchased a large amount of lumber and the staff helped us load the wood onto the cart and again a young gentleman Gauvin C jumped in to help us load our truck. Thank you to the entire team and management for setting such a great example and bringing customer service back to the retail establishment!!

I've been waiting since July 21 for a $350 refund. I made an online order and decided it would be faster to just run into the store and buy my items, so I cancelled the order 2 minutes later. After countless hours spent on the phone with customer service, I was told I would receive my refund at the beginning of November. I think waiting over 3 months for a refund on a cancelled order is ridiculous. I was told there was a glitch in the system, which is exactly what my bank told me, but you would expect that they would make resolving this issue a priority seeing how it was a glitch in THEIR system. Very disappointed with the resolution offered and frustrated by how much time I've spent on the phone with customer service convincing them that I never received a refund. Don't order online because resolving issues for their clients doesn't seem to be high on the priority list for Home Depot.

I believe this location is a large store (unlike 'small' location like the one in Hooksett).That being said, I don't like the idea that ALL Home Depot locations don't have the same items in each. I go to a fast food franchise expecting the same food and, for the most part, deals no matter what part of the country I'm in.The same thing should hold true when I go to a Home Depot store.I went into this location to find a 20W bulb for my lavalamp-type light to replace the one that burnt out months ago. I wasn't able to find one. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to find one at the Hooksett location, an hour away.The staff was very accommodating and prompt in listening to my requests providing the required store experts I needed. The staff was prompt and knowledgeable in handling the situation when I dropped the damaged bulb I brought in to replace making sure no other patrons would be harmed by the glass pieces until they could be properly removed.Since the Tilton location is the closest, I will probably check them first, but it would be great if I could be certain it carried the same merchandise as all the others.

Seems to me Homedepot has the upper hand on lowes for sure! I don't get hounded by Homedepot employees but at the same time if I need help they are easy to get ahold of. Organization is great here and have had the things I need stocked regularly as not to have issues.

The customer service could have been much better. The lady working on the construction check out was very snappy and rude. My sister asked about the vets discount (hey husband is a veteran), had her card ready and got attitude from the cashier. My sister is spending a boat load of money to remodel her home, making several trips today to get everything she needed and didn't need the attitude from the cashier just because she asked to use the veterans discount!! Maybe lowes will appreciate that more! Very disappointed!!

Came in to buy a dryer, 3 employees just sat their offering no assistance (not that needed it looking) but then when found what wanted to buy go up and ask if we can see if an item was in stock, lady acted like we were an inconvenience interrupting their conversation, rudely asks what it is that I want, told her a dryer and want to see if it's in stock, she gets up doesn't even look at what I want and tells me the only thing instore in the cheapest dryer they sell, that she could possibly see about getting one delivered, I need the dryer now which is why I was their, usually I'd see if could buy the store model but her attitude made me leave and go straight to lowes where they had what I wanted and was glad to help. So my $10000 went to them instead all because an employee apparently hates her job and acts like the guests who pay her paycheck are a hassle

Just not a fan of the way I've been treated in the past by some of the employees here. I had thousands of dollars worth of pressure treated wood I literally had to pull right off one of their delivery trucks because pressure treated lumber was very hard to come by in August. I loaded up a couple carts, paid for them and asked if I could leave it there while I ran and grabbed my trailer 5 minutes away. They told me it would be safe next to the pro desk. I came back 15 minutes later and both carts were gone. They couldn't tell me where it was and spent 30 minutes figuring it out. Finally they grabbed the lumber manager and he says they thought I didn't want the lumber so they put it on the racks. By the time they figured it out and I went to the racks to get the lumber AGAIN most of what I paid for was gone. The floor manager laughed at me when I said I wanted a discount on the lumber I paid for when they get more in. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. Asked for his manager, explained what happened and told him this was the second time. He gave me 5% off. This cost me a whole day. I had guys standing around for 6 hours getting paid $25, $35 an hour. Plus, I had removed a homeowners main entrance way thinking I had the materials. Go to Lowes
