Nice clean store,wood quality is better than home depot. Plenty of parking handicapped accessible entrance. Good service 👍 pricey on some stuff. The tool selection is really nice.

The sales people are very helpful especially in the Gilford NH store. I was looking for a certain style refrigerator and stove. I was explained about certain stainless finishes and quality of the brands. Right now most products at on back order and they explain that . Delivery was a little tedious. My first refrigerator was damaged during delivery. They let me use it till a new one came in. The delivery men were very nice but don’t let them leave till you have inspected everything.

I unfortunately didn't think of asking for his name, however earlier this morning I received wonderful help from the man at self checkout. I was buying some plants, soil and a couple pots. He put in the code for something that wasn't scanning and offered to watch my items while I went to get a different plant pot that had a barcode on it. While I was gone he got a cart for me and put all my items in it. Overall he was a very friendly and good worker, and I believe his employers should be proud.

Was pricing washers. Bought one there 2 years ago and stopped working. They didn't carry rubber wedge door stops. Had to go to home Depot. Rather give Lowe business but you don't carry it not much I can do. Friendly and helpful staff.

Now I remember why I stopped shopping Lowe's....Self checkout! Hire cashier's way faster and I know the person in the front didn't scan half of her cart full. Cashier's are more efficient and scan 100% of the items. I waited for 20 minutes for one item I thought would be quick in and out. Should have gone to home Depot but got off the highway heading to tractor supply. Lowe's needs to wake up......just having self checkout is ridiculous.

Lowe's has been my go-to for years. The people are helpful, the goods are quality and fairly priced, and they have a good returns policy.Really, what else are you looking for?

Kevin Waterhouse was super helpful in helping me get the flooring that I needed, and get it loaded into my car. Maria at the customer service counter was also OUTSTANDING! They both provided some of this best customer service I’ve received in while.

Staff can be a little aggressive with wanting to help. Honestly if I want help I'll ask. Don't come rushing up to people. Other than that the store is pretty stocked most of the time and has what I need. I do not agree with there military/ veteran's discount policy.

Do not purchase large appliance with install. I have been waiting 5 months. The salesman wrote the order wrong. I got upcharged after the fact with "additional charges". I wasted 5 days sitting around waiting for scheduled installs. Sometimes it was a NO SHOW/NO CALL, sometimes it was the installer calling to say he couldn't do it, wasn't the right person. I have probably made 50 phone calls about all of this. Beware.

When you place a large order, plan for delivery, move everything to receive order, take off work to be there, driver goes by your home twice, house number in big red numbers at street, you chase down driver who won't stop, you call their number and they won't answer you call customer service and they say they will call you back and DONT. Now yhats NOT a good business practice!

Flowers were fresh and beautiful. They offered free delivery which is great. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get and tool selection is great. I was in and out if there. Friendly place and I would recommend it to a friend

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We went to a workshop to build a raised garden and learn what to do with the garden. Sadly 2 men were putting them together. My daughter wanted to build one so they said i can take the wood home to build ... ummm sorry but no . I didn't have all the tools at my house that i needed. So they said pre-assembled then, no building, no class to teach my daughter. This is what they advertised. I wont go back ill attend home depot ones over this. No chairs to sit around to gain knowledge. Actually nothing was said, just asked us if we had questions.

I'm starting to go off this place a bit. I used to shop here because it was close. Their new return policy makes it so difficult I will drive another five minutes to HD. When fixing things I often buy a selection of parts knowing I can use the one I need and return the rest, not anymore.Also their lumber is not the greatest.

The big box experience can vary largely due to the people at the location. The people at Lowes in Tilton make it truly north of the typical. I appreciated the assistance with getting my veteran's discount activated and the excellent online (easy as 123) registration. It's more than just lip service, it's a solid, tangible "Thank you."

My wife and I went in to buy vinyl floor. We waited for 10 min before we pressed the help button then waited another 20 min before the over head pages for flooring help stopped. Went to the counter where there was a "pro" sitting in a chair next to another associate that was actually helping a person. We asked for help and were told as soon as the one associate helping people was do e he would be right over. Another 20 min later we go back to the desk and no one is there and never came to even say hey we are busy but we will be over. 20 plus years in customer service and I would have been held accountable for such poor customer service.

The lowes in Tilton NH is nothing but a joke! Arrogant workers who act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job.. useless mangers that offer zero customer service and thats if you can even find one! No wonder online shopping is taking over!

This store is hot or miss. One on occasion an employee may walk you to your desired item. For another they may send you on a search and rescue mission on your own. Not enough consistency.

Large selection of home improvement items at competitive prices. My favorite feature is their nursery. Every year I go with my mother and fill at least a pallet of flowers, fruits, and vegetables to plant for the season. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Store is always clean and well stocked.

The guy who was running both Electric and Plumbing on Monday, July 18, 2022 was knowledgeable, helpfu and cheerful. He helped me choose a hot water heater and provided me with a different approach to the installation than I planned. I ended up with a better installation.

DO NOT COME HERE AND DO NOT BUY FROM RANDI. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life, as someone who’s been in retail and customer service for 10+ years it’s astonishing to me that in 2020 we still have associates who talk to people the way we were spoken to today. We inquired about Progressive leasing and when asked about paying the difference on a product we were immediately informed “no” by someone who clearly didn’t understand Progressive. Instead of seeking another reps help, she repeatedly gave us attitude and told us that it would be a “lie” if we paid the difference in price?When asked for a manager she was snarky, rude, and took our paperwork and stormed off. About 10 minutes later she comes back and says “thanks” sarcastically and my father asked her if she got a manager. She replied “yes I certainly did” again sarcastically and walked away. As we were about to leave the store because there was no manager in sight and she stormed off again we overheard her talking about us to another rep. She then takes her mask off just to smirk at us and is not spoken to at all.We spoke to the rep, who began defending the associate and wouldn’t even hear our side. He told us how customers drive from Concord (20 minutes away) to buy from her. When we told our side he still continued to defend her. The supervisor also told us that he did not like Progressive and wished they wouldn’t use it. We’ve had nothing but great service with Progressive. All we were looking to do was buy a refrigerator. That’s it. We took our business to another Lowe’s location and will continue to do so.
