Very professional workmanship and the results cameout fantastic. The before and after made me very happy. Thank you Jeff Buzzell and your crew. Started working on both of my chimneys one is for furnace the other is for woodstove. Starting working on March, 5 2024. Worked all morning until rainy weather blow in. Retu4ned the next day and finished the job. The cement and mortar looks amazing. Even went above and beyond with the flashing around each chimney down to the metal standing seam roof. The custom stainless steel caps. Are awesome. I definitely would recommend Fire and Stone excellent communication step by step throughout all construction.

Jeff inspired my confidence in him as soon as he arrived. He explained the task ahead of him and the goal he set to achieve. Working as a team with Ryan there was rarely an idle moment. I was amazed at the [short] time it took for the demo and construction! Considerable time and care was taken to pickup and clean the entire area afterwards. Fire N' Stone just completed replacing my chimney and old stove and added shiplap and a mantle along the walls behind the new stove. Rob, from the sales office, was just great helping me spec out what I wanted. Kevin and Ryan did a flawless job installing everything. The entire staff was wonderful through the whole process and what an amazing and very clean installation! It's beautiful, and I could not be happier!!

The two gentlemen that came to my home where very polite. They made one trip in and had everything they needed to clean our propane wood stove. I was informed about the Honeywell igniter that is no longer made for our stove if this one ever goes on us. They took it apart with care and consideration of my home and not to get anything dirty. You could tell they new what they were doing. Half hour, start to finish they where in and out. Great job well done by this great Company. 👍

I was very impressed with his mentoring of the young man, showing the best method for mixing mortar and flashing with lead sheeting. IN RESPONSE TO FIRE N' STONE'S RESPONSE: Two sets of workers came over on March 1st. The first set took the old cap off and cleaned the exterior of the chimney (the cleaning is what I was originally told could not be done until spring). If they could get up on the roof of the house to remove the old cap, there should have been nothing stopping them from installing the new one.First, the installation guys themselves are / were great. They arrive on time, clearly know what they are doing, clean any mess up afterwards, etc. Too, the quality of my new gas fireplace is top notch. HOWEVER, something is clearly lacking on the ordering of parts and scheduling side of things. Despite the fireplace installation happening a full 5-6 weeks later than originally estimated, a key part (the new cap for my chimney) hadn't arrived so couldn't be installed. It's over 4 weeks later and I've heard nothing from them about the last piece getting installed so suspect someone forgot to order it. In the meantime, while my new fireplace vent has a cap on it to keep moisture out, my old one does not. Evidently I'm not supposed to worry about this because "people use their boilers this time of year which should dry out the inside of the vent...." The schedulers also don't respond to emails at all, which is the only way you can get in touch with them.

Jeff and his team did an outstanding job. The chimney looks great. It was done in a timely manner and they really cleaned up afterwards. More than exceeded our expections. Price was fair compared with the other quotes. The only issue I had with Fire N'Stone LLC was their policy of not providing updates on when the job would be started until the Friday before the project is scheduled. That said the communication once the project was scheduled was excellent.

We were not present during install. But all went well and I am very pleased with our new cozy heat gas stove. All was cleaned up and tidy, doors locked, nothing to do but turn on the remote and check it out. The new flu pipe is nice and tight, well assembled and athletically lined up with the ceiling flu entrance. The fake log flames are amazingly realistic. And the stove gives off enough heat to make the room cozy
