This lady working here is the rudest person I've ever met, she talks to people with no respect and is super nasty. The store closed in 5 minutes but refused to let me buy a package of pens which would've taken me 2 min while they were still cashing people out. I can not even express how nasty she yelled at me that they were closed when there was 5 min left. I'll be calling management!!!!

Not too bad. I didn't see everything I wanted, but workers were pretty speedy with opening a new register when it got busy. That was good. They did have some things that I don't find too often as well. All in all, it was a decent trip to DT.

Went to the store for work-related purchases and asked for a receipt of my purchase and was denied? He literally said no and when I explained I needed it to account for money taken out at work he said "Sorry." Odd experience overall.

I love my dollar tree. Not going to lie. I just got 97$ Worth of stuff. Something not unusual for me. Every single person at the store was working hard to restock. Quick to help and offering. Super polite despite being super busy and didn't even bat an eye that I was buying 6-10 (like mac and cheese) of many of my most used items. I only go about once a month or so but seriously when they don't glare and get snooty cause you buy more than a handful of items it is a huge stress reliever. Especially for those of us that are trying not to go shopping more than we must or have large families. Huge props to all of the employee's working today. Thank you. :)

Place ran like a zoo night manager is rude as hell . So is the young girl Victoria that works there . People there always rude . B.o. smelling manger is rude to everyone not be a manger . Miserable swine

Well stocked. Found a few items not available at other Dollar Trees. Good service. Cannot enter store without mask. Only Dollar Tree with automatic doors that I have visited. Big store in good shape with isles marked for customer traffic.

1 star because everything's a dollar and yes that's wonderful but the customer service sucks, they never restock and I've seen Mouse poop on the shelves along with live traps where their food is kept. When I went in today my card was declined twice and the cashier nicely told everybody about 5 to 6 other customers and an employee that I did not have the money. Authentic the other employee 10 minutes to help me on a different register where my transaction was successful Showing that I did have the money on my card. I thought they were both very rude and unprofessional

I hadn't been in this store in a few months and was so surprised at how much it's changed. Not only was it messy and the shelves were empty but at the register the cashier informed me that I needed to put the empty basket back on the rack where I got it from when I came in. Really? Lol...what ever happened to "I'll take that for you"?..if she wanted my help in making her job easier she could've at least ask nicely!

I can literally live off of Dollar Tree. If you are on a tight budget, this is the place. They always have something new and they are getting better with their craft selection. I do not recommend going to the Fort Eddy one. They are very small and limited selection. Try to find one that offers the frozen food section.

The people who work there need some teaching not to be on the phone when customer are at the register. I find this in bad customer service. This place needs a good cleaning

I love the idea of The Dollar Tree and usually go to shop frequently. However the Franklin/Tilton Dollar Tree NEVER restock the shelves! It drives me insane that they are always out of at least 2 or 3 things that I'm needing to buy. Meanwhile you can see into the back room where it's stocked with unopen boxes to practically the ceiling. Also there will be unopened boxes of merchandise right next to something that's sold out! They seriously need to close the store while they restock it's insane!!

Actually I love this store ! It has a large crafts section and your bound to find candles and cute little contemporary decor for home which is really nice , I’m never disappointed when I come in and the staff ...all the staff are really nice polite people, I travel the extra distance to get to this location

I really like Dollar Tree stores but the Franklin location is often out of numerous items and always messy/dirty. When I have time I travel to the Gilford NH location because they always have an A++ store.

I had a hand basket on the belt and before I could empty it out the lady cashier took my hand basket and dumped everything out of my hand basket on belt. I'm glad I didn't have any glass it would of been broken.

This store is great. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and they absolutely do follow the mandatory mask policy.

my local store but not my 1st choice of the other near by ones. plymouth location seems the best as well as gilford for choice. franklin is usually dirty and not exactly always stocked.

Decent dollar store with unique items and decorations not found at places like Walmart. Usually go there for odd or last minute things/ideas and am seldom disappointed.

Great place for bargains. Sometimes an item is not worth getting, as it's a smaller size and you can save money by getting a larger quantity else where.

The Dollar Tree is great for very inexpensive vases but it is not a florist. They are listed in the wrong category.

Theres a lot of good stuff you can get for under a dollar such as silverware and gallon milk, cashers where funny and nice.
