I have purchased several Items here and had several packages shipped as this is a fed ex hub. I began shipping here due to fact I’m on a class 6 road which can be bad in winter weather. Being new to NH I do not quite have the hang of shipping to the different hubs from the various carriers. In any event I never expected an employee to throw a 22 lb bag of dog food at me landing on the front counter. In addition, she told me if I shipped UPS there again she was sending it back. I agree it was my mistake and I would be happy to apologize for the mistake. However, I believe the disrespectful way I was treated may not be the way dollar general wants to represent itself to the community especially someone new to it. I will not be shopping at this store again.

Understaffed and under cleaned. To no fault of the staff, mind you. The staff are doing what they can, but the management only has 1-2 people on duty at a time, meaning there's staff running to the registers to check out folks then running to isles to clean or stock, then back again. I pity the staff who have to put up with outdated equipment and no help. Only reason I give 3 stars instead of 2 is because the staff have been friendly and nice, despite their situations on shift.

The store has just about everything you need at good prices, however the staff needs to be cleared out and more people friendly and helpful employees need to be hired. I don't like going shopping in a store and feel like I am bothering the employees. The staff rarely seems to have any knowledge of what products they carry nor do they ever know what is on sale. You have to constantly check your reciepts to see if you were charged the sale price because 9 out 0f 10 times you are not receiving the discounted price.

I shopped at your store 8 31 2020 went to the check out and the woman in front of me who clearly!!!! Was On drugs or drunk. Who forgot several items and kept going to Get them. Then told the teller I have the virus and have more than 1 Dartmouth told me. She still had the dartmouth wrist band on.and showed us.Mind you she has no mask gloves nothing the teller was fine with this. Knew her by her first name!!!. No cleaning after or anything. sooo sooo wrong this woman walked around the whole store with the teller touches every thing. And says I have the virus. Are you kidding me. I am not!!!! A germafob not at all. But this was sooo soo irresponsible act from a employee not to protect customers. I Will never ever go there again. And strongly suggest no one else does either. Her last response was I'll see tomorrow #$%$#$

Cleanest and most organized DG I've ever been in! Very friendly and a large store with lots of choices from clothing and footwear to shampoo candy, cookies and milk. Great prices on everything!

Love the deals. Had a clearance display when you first walk in and had a 2pack of Old Spice Figi deodorant for 2.95. Usually retails for 4 bucks a stick. Got cookies, dishwashing pods, bar soap, above mentioned deodorant, beef jerky, a diet Pepsi and some sleep aid for under 30 bucks.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They even made suggestions about something we wanted but they didn't have. Prices and sales were good. Stock was a little low, however it was a busy day.

They asked for an Id for my 63 year old grandmother.😑 They said it was company policy and honesty that is the dumbest thing iv ever heard. The elderly shouldn't have to show an id for a pack of cigarettes.

They asked me to take off my vest because I had tag on it. It was Christmas gift from old navy I forgot to take off tag. It was pretty embarrassing!
