Never in my life did a think I'd buy a car over the phone from an online post. I traveled 7 states north from Virginia to get my Subaru and it was an incredibly smooth experience. Nate was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made, what I assumed would be an impossible process, smooth and simple. The 2 day trip was totally worth it and I couldn't be happier. I had been searching for a particular model for about a month. Checking various websites daily. I found the one I was looking for here. I had not purchased a new car in quite some time, and was very stressed. I met Eric Natal! Exceptional! My experience was better than I could have expected. Justin, in the finance department was just as excellent!I was super relaxed during the process, they made it very easy and walked me through all the steps. I Love my new Crosstrek! I went in with an exhaust leak and they immediately took it in to check it out. Determined that it was unsafe to drive. I was given a loaner until they could get the parts and fix it. This was at no charge and the loaner was a new car, not an old used one. I felt valued and appreciated.

This dealership is incredible. Very nice people. They worked well with my warranty, offered me a loaner car when I needed it, quickly and efficiently diagnosed any issues on my WRX.Edit: So unfortunately, although the gentleman I interacted with over the last week, Tyler, was an awesome guy and provided truly fantastic customer service; moving forward they are declining to work with my warranty company for future repairs. I find this truly a bummer for both them, charging dealership rates because other shops will do the job for a cheaper cost, and me, the customer. Vehicle was also returned without fluids topped off which I find kind of silly. I mean, your car leaves a dealership you expect these little things. Prior Subaru dealerships not only topped fluids but also would wash my car for me and go above and beyond to make sure I was content.

My recent service appointment went as planned, both on time and done efficiently. Service personnel also were friendly and courteous.However, I had asked that an inconsistent break noise be evaluated. I was told that there was no issue other than some rust. In the weeks since the service visit the frequency and severity of the break noise has increased. It appears I will have to have this repaired at some other service center.

Dave Elliot has sold us several cars. He is knowledgeable, friendly, HONEST and over-all wonderful with helping us purchase the car best for us. I actually enjoy buying the car. All the paperwork is organized and complete. We don’t waste time. David goes out of his way to mAke this process easy and enjoyable. I have found Belknap Subaru to be a 10/10 best in all respects, the service, the sales, the fact they off coffee, tea, water and snacks. While on vacation, suddenly there was a dysfunction with the trunk. Upon opening it there was an extremely loud, startling sound. One of the stays had rusted and snapped off so the trunk couldn’t stay open on its own. Not a good situation while on vacation. 🤦‍♀️ Called Belknap Subaru and got an appointment the following day. Bill OConnell assessed the situation upon arrival, researched the best possible solution and the cost of the repair. We agreed on it and the work was completed in less than a half hour of our arrival. There was no delay in the service. This was one of the best appointments I’ve ever had in my 8 years of enjoying my Subaru. Bill graciously welcomed us, was efficient, calming, positive and gentlemanly throughout what had been a sudden stressful and possibly costly repair while away from home. Instead of replacing one stay, we replaced the pair of them for what was first quoted as a possible cost of one. Thank you, Bill. You really made our day. Wish we lived closer so that Belknap Subaru could routinely maintain this almost 9 year old vehicle. 👍

Great people to work with. The staff was fantastic. They make you feel right at home.I traveled over an hour from the Boston area and it was well worth it. Subaru dealers in my area were all price gouging, adding additional equipment and had inflated dealer prep fees.Well worth the drive from anywhere.

I would like to share my experience of my 8th purchase of a Subaru that I was involved with since 2017. I remember the very 1st purchase of a new 2017 Forester walking into Mark's office and telling him." I have purchased many cars in my life, and I would just like to say that this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had!". And after 7 more purchases, it only continues to get better! From the very first time meeting Nate Barnett in the parking lot looking for our 1st Subaru, he has been nothing but a true "no Pressure" salesman that I really respect. And Mark the manager has always gone out of his way to help myself and my family members get the best deal possible. And it continues with Bill O'Connell and his service team getting our vehicles in and out with prompt friendly service. I feel like part of their family when I am there and strongly recommend there dealership.

Great dealership and service department! I took my car there for its annual inspection since it is free as I bought the car from them. They informed me the rear brake pads were below the minimum to pass inspection and the rotors were warped, but they went ahead and replaced them FOR FREE even though my vehicle was 2,000 miles over the manufacturers warranty.

The whole process of purchasing the car is painless. David explains all the new features on the Outback. What more can you ask for !!! Subaru is a quality car, the gas mileage is phenomenal !!! It's the only car for me.

I have been a Subaru owner since 2009 and have had my cars serviced at Belknap Subaru. Owning anything that needs upkeep and service; you need a Service Department that is friendly, honest and dependable. I have found that along with the Sales Representative that I have worked with since 2009! If I have any issues I don't hesitate to call and ALWAYS receive a positive answer to my questions. When rating anything the highest number for being the best is usually a 10. If I could I would give Belknap Subaru a 15!

Great shout out to the service dept, Ricky and bill, who went all out to install a set of running boards on my ascent. It was complicated and time consuming but they stuck with it with smiles on their faces and now it's just perfect for me to get in and out. It's looks good too. Love Belknap Subaru. Have always had great experiences and high quality work.
