Went in for a harness, left with a harness, sweater, costume, and two toys (new favorite in picture)! Great selection of food, toys, treats, clothes, and lots of accessories. I didn't catch the young lady's name who was at the store on 9/24 in the afternoon but she was super sweet and helpful. She even helped us wrangle our crazy nine month old Boston Terrier into trying on clothes! I've since setup an online account and scheduled a nail trimming. Highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus!

Lisa was super helpful and knowledgeable when we wanted to change our dogs food. She listened to our concerns and offered great suggestions. Every time we come in all the employees are welcoming and polite, but especially Lisa. She has always gone above and beyond for us and truly cares about her customer’s needs. Best store to shop for your pet. This store alway has what I need and if they don't Lisa dose her best to get me what I need. She had helped me threw my 8 year old dog mis Marshall and now I have a 5 month old Frenchie. This store has such good vibes and good brands of food for your pets, they make you feel like family. Always willing to help you out, if you have any concerns about what you are feeding your pet someone is always willing to take the time to help you pick somethingout that your pet will love. I enjoy shopping at this store because they are very personal with you and your pet. When I come into the store I'm always greated. I know when I walk it to this store I feel like family, Especially when LIsa is working. She is an awsome person and I love to go there and shop for my pet and see her. She makes the time I have to shop enjoyable She always calls me by name and she is in love with my new French bulldog HEMI.. She took a picture of my puppy Hemi an she put him on the page for the pet store and on Google. I'm so grateful to have a person like her in the world. All her employees are very pleasant to. Great selection of dog food. They always have what I need and the staff, today it was Lisa, who was amazing, ate always helpful. Prior to me going into the store they were out of the food I was looking for. However, a pallet of assorted dog food had just come in and Lisa stripped down the pallet to get to what I was looking for and it was at the bottom. She was awesome. Great store

Lisa has poor customer services. She has always seemed overwhelmed and complains often. Even when it was loyal Companion. Usually, I’ve been understanding but today she was very rude and made me feel unwelcome. I always got treated with respect with other staff and they always tried to help. I wish I knew the women’s name of the other staff because she was always welcoming and helpful.. BUT Lisa was extremely rude and tried to justify it by saying she was tired and when I asked for a manager or someone above she said it that it was her but couldn’t help me with anyone else. After stating she was a supervisor. Making unnecessary comments to make the situation worse and her facial expressions were also rude. I will never return to this store again as long as she is working.Now I’ve been coming to this location that has been changed 3x but now I’m all set and just as the products I needed were starting to be in stock too but at this point I am all set with Lisa. Lisa get some rest no one wants to hear you complain.

I have always had the best service with the staff here. Lisa was always super nice and even helped me accommodate to my cats diet needs. And for what she has given me for these ideas, has actually helped withmy cats feeding issues.I will never go to another place, but here for anything for my cat!
