We called ahead of time for the staff to set aside specialty chicken food for us of which they were very accommodating. This was the same day that even at 9 PM we were still without electrical power even though they stop filling propane tanks at 8:50 at night. We called a few minutes ahead of time and Haley went out of her way to make sure that our propane tanks were filled before the deadline. Thanks to her we were able to have electricity and heat for the remainder of the night and next morning. It is staff like her that make that specific store one of the better run stores that gives the company the patronage and reputation they deserve.

We were looking for chicken feed and as we were about to pick up a bag a kind worker came and offered to help. After being told we picked this brand because our usual wasn’t there, he offered to check in the back for us and found some! When we were at the check out we saw him kindly helping another customer too. The name tag said “Nate”, wonderful person!

Went to three workers for help buying something and one man hit on me and gave me the creeps, two women just looked at me and didn't say anything or help at all?? So I walked out without buying anything. No one can even give a simple, "okay let me go out back and grab the box, let me check on that, or one moment..". That was awful and ruined my mood for the afternoon. Was really looking forward to buying a $300+ item and walked out with nothing because people apparently don't have simple manners

We just moved to the area and, I went in this evening to get horse grain and found myself covered in grain mites after picking up a bag. I didn't realize at the time what they were and bought the bags but figured I'd let people know before they bought grain here. I'll shop for other things here but will never buy grain here again. Clarks grain in Chichester is where I'll stick to.

I’m a truck driver and I delivered a load of cargo trailers to this location… They were very helpful and also cut some lengths of chain for me at no charge. Thank y’all for that! Also the young lady who unloaded my truck via forklift, Kendra, she’s really something special, lots of energy and a never ending willingness to be helpful! Give her a raise! Thanks again Tractor Supply!

Went to check propane price.Was pleased to find it at $2.79 a gallon on 1/17/19 the banner out side said 2.89 I was also pleased with the guy who filled my tanks. Not often will anyone purge the tanks unless they are new. I asked and he had no problem.I will go back so long as price stays with in reason.

The cashier was nice to me (I had a quick transaction just picking up a gift card) but was rolling her eyes and outwardly rude to the customers before me when they asked about some clothing not ringing up as clearance since they got it from the clearance rack. She did end up giving them the discount but not without huffing and puffing...

I went for a sale item and was the third person in when they opened the door.. i asked for the item And was told that they were already sold out. .. they only had two in stock for the big sale... happened again 2 weeks later when i went for a gun safe that was on sale. Seems like they put out a great sale price in the flyer and then have just a couple in stock just to get you in the store.

I have no problem with the store. It is the only place I purchase propane at due to the fact that you pay by gallon and they actually know how to fill a propane tank. The issue is I drive 30 minutes to tractor supply for forklift tanks, and my tanks used for my heat and cooking. But 75% of the time they cannot fill them due to not having someone there qualified or it being too dark, or out of propane. Its always something.

I have done side-by-side comparisons of comparable items and the quality and price is always better at Tractor Supply. We are fortunate to have one nearby. The store is always well stocked and the associates are always willing to help. I recently purchased a trailer for my tractor and they pre-assembled it, loaded it in my car, free of charge.

This place has EVERYTHING. Unbelievable. The service is like no other; the store is so friendly. People bring their dogs with them occasionally, and it's not even a big deal. Quickly turning into my favorite retail store haha

Used to love coming here. Staff has changed and is not friendly or helpful anymore. Went the other morning at 8am which is the time they open, walked up to the door at 8:05 and it was still locked. No one would come open the door. Watched another customer drive in after, walk to the door and it was still locked. Both myself and that customer ended up leaving. Very disappointing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cashier also asked if I needed help loading things in my car. Bathroom could have been taken care of better, and there was no toilet paper :(

The woman who was trying to help us with a large purchase did not seem very well trained. Said she had to put in a rain check for the compressor we wanted to buy...rain checks are for items normally sold from within the store that are out of stock. This was an item never stocked in the store because it is a special order due to its size. She tried at least.

Pretty good Tractor supply. Normally I would put 4 star because helpful staff and variety of goods, but to buy a gas for chainsaw you need to show your ID? Quite unusual don't you think. Especially when next door Walmart sell it without asking.

A great Tractor supply location. Very helpful associates. You can not beat buying grade 8 bolts by the pound. And the trailer section has anything you need to haul safely.

I have always had good service from this location. They lost a star because the distribution center crew who packed my dura trays loaded the pallet incorrectly and warped the trays, forcing this store to discount the damaged product.

It's an okay store. Other locations seem to have better stock and quantities. Usually don't find what I need here and may have to go to another location to get it. Service can sometimes be non existent.

We got great customer service from nate and Susan. We purchased a new lawn mower and had a small problem when putting it together. We called and they told us to bring it in. They brought out tools and nate had same problem as us. He got Susan, the small engine expert and with seconds she found issue.. They were very helpful with questions and very friendly.
