Such a great training class and graduation day with Jenn..! Buttons did so well! We are looking forward to Intermediate class and continuing to learn from Jenn. Jenn is a brilliant trainer who has provided tons of methods to assist with my fluffy angel's training. Jenn doesn't simply offer one way to do things...she adapts to your dog to ensure your pup is getting the one-on-one acknowledgement they need to learn. I cannot recommend Jenn at PetSmart enough. She is the best!!

Rochester location has great groomers. We always had a great experience when we take our big boy for a bath, brush or grooming. Especially Meaghan, she takes such good care of coco and knows best how to take care of large dog. He always comes out looking great, smelling great and, happy!In general they are great in accommodating requests even if it is last minute, make good suggestions about your pooch and even follow up for any feedback.Great job guys!We would recommend their service anytime to anyone.

I have not run into a question about any of my pets needs that couldn't be answered by the knowledgeable staff. I have been buying my live feeder crickets from this store forever it seems and my toads and Gecko couldn't be happier or healthier.

Best place I took my dog her groomer ally was amazing she explained everything to me help me with some things since I just adopted my new little friend Penny she did an amazing job with her and showed her lots of love and attention th e place was clean the people were amazing at the rochester petsmart I'll definitely be back soon ❤️

I used to come here almost every week, got all of my guinea pigs from here up until the last one I bought was sold to me sick. She looked a lot skinnier than my other ones ever had been when I first adopted them but I thought maybe she was just younger than my other ones were, but no she would not eat at all she only survived 10 days after I adopted her and I am 99% sure the employees knew the poor thing was sick and didn’t care. They wanted me to bring her dead body to the store to show proof she was actually dead for me to even get a refund or a replacement. The employee looked at me like I was lying about my poor guinea pig dying so I will never be going back and spending my money here ever again.

Update Always have issues with stock / I constantly have to drive to Newington or go to Petco to get half my stuff also they have a bunch of new grooming staff and have no longer been satisfied getting my pet groomed there and have begun looking for a new groomer-we used to love our groomers here but now not so muchYou guys jumped down a few stars in my book, if you are going to close the store early you need to call people who have order pickups and not just post a signon the door, I finally dug out my car and went to go get it and you were closed, seriously Petsmart? You could have alerted everyone about your closing time. Called corporate and am upset and couldn't even get a refund because you guys picked the order then shut down, bad weather I understand but you need to alert customers who have order pick ups, we live in NH it snows people still need their stuff. Now I'musing soil as cat litter until tomorrow

Completely Angry and heartbroken! I have spent thousands of Dollars at your stores trying to save the animals or reptiles that are poorly housed and neglected by workers that know absolutely nothing about the animals care or living conditions when talking to them! There negligence this week has cost a baby Chamaeleon its life !!!!! I Was going to buy it last week but I spent 100$ buying a tarantula that was poorly housed only to come back this week to buy and save this baby chameleon only to find it dead on display. When confronting the employees about it I was told it was like that when They came in this morning….. yet you left it on display for all to see from the beginning of her shift till 5 at night ! I wanted this Chamaeleon to save but also for my daughters and sadly I had to come home and show them the picture and explain to them why I buy so many animals and pets from there is because I am saving them I will be posting the picture. I sincerely hope that their negligence makes you guys actually hire people who actually know about how To take care of the Animals and reptiles that are there.

Everyone here is super friendly, there is one manager she is blonde, and unfortunately every time I have come into contact with her she's pretty rude. Other than that, everytime I go in for crickets, or cat/dog supplies I am able to strike up great conversations with the other employees.

This particular PetSmart location is awesome! The employees are knowledgeable on the creatures they sell. They ask you if you'd like help without trying to sell you things you don't need. The store and the creature enclosures are clean. They never seem to be out of anything I need. If you need anything for your pet than this is your new favorite location 🤗

Do not get your dogs groomed here!! They do a horrible job, horrible customer service and overall horrible experience.I had been taking dogs here for years with no major complaints. But my latest visit was my last. They didn't do a good job on one of them (weird tufts of hair sticking out , hair not trimmed on paws etc) and refused to clip the other because he had some matts.Found another local groomer to take care of the second dog and she was fantastic. Will never cross the threshold of Petsmart again.

The grooming staff is amazing! They always treat my two black labs with lots of love, plus they do a great job grooming. I think the thing that stands out the most is how much the staff love their jobs. It's remarkable and I wouldn't trust my pups to any other groomers than my Rochester, NH peeps! ❤🙏🐶

Staff is always very friendly, inviting, and ready to assist! Shelves are well stocked, with fun seasonal displays to find the latest and greatest pet stuffs. My only gripe, is the automatic door opens a little to slow for my pace, and I have almost run into it 😂
