I’ve gotten multiple pets from this shop, including my amazing bun Aria who sadly passed last year at 6 years old. I recently purchased another bun, Eevee, who is now 8 months old and doing great. Love this shop!

Great little mom & pop pet store. They have just about everything you could need when you need something quick and maybe not so simple. They offer live feeders for reptiles, birds and amphibians. They also have small reptiles often such as bearded dragons and geckos. They carry rabbits, birds and fish as well. This is a great little place that has been in business for many years.

if I could give 20 stars I would. Scott has been my go to guy for fish and small pet needs. I went in a week ago because my new acrylic tank was cloudy. I asked him what can I do to fix it and I did what he said and now it's crystal clear. I also get some of my saltwater fish from here and he's fair priced. never had an issue with Scott or the location.

I've been shopping here for close to 20 years. Started back when they were in downtown Lowell. Over that time I have purchased birds, hamsters, frogs, lizards, hermit crabs, and many many fish as well as supplies for the critters as well as cat and dog supplies too. The owner has always been friendly and courteous. He is also very knowledgeable, especially about his birds. He cares about quality also. He sometimes has angelfish in stock, and that sometimes it's a good thing because he only has then when he gets a good healthy batch from a trusted supplier, this bed is notorious for being bred poorly and having fish that are sick and dead within a month. Our finches lasted years and the chick they hatched lived for yesterday also. Had a goodish that (properly cared for) made it well beyond 5 years. I have never and will likely never buy a pet from a big box store with stores like North East Pet around. If you want a quality pet or supplies at a reasonable price from a true local business, North East Discount Pet is the place to go, and that discount does not mean low quality either.

Pelham New Hampshire Bridge Street way too expensive stuff's covered in dust so I'm assuming it's been there for quite some time it has a large variety of items but very expensive ferret treats were $8 hamster food $20

Great little place in town, they have fish and birds, sometimes small animals. I sometimes run in when I need something for my birds or dogs. They also do small dog grooming.The owner is very nice.

I started at North east pet 12 years ago and will never go any place else Scott and Sharon are 2 of the greatest people in the world Scott is there to help you in the store or on the phone any way he can and Sharon the greatest dog groomer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with I have 3 dogs but one is a challenge with skin issues and have had to call on Sharon many times and she is always there for us. They are both Kind Understanding caring and very knowledgeable and if they do not have the answer they they try to find it Just love this pet store 5 Stars is not enough in my eyes Thank you for many great years of your service Scott and Sharon 👍🐋🐠🦐🐟🦈 🐰🐰🐰🐰 🐶🐶🐶🐶🦎🦎🦎🦎🦎🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅

There was hamsters with injuries for sale and a guinea pig with a large growth on it’s neck that was for sale. Single Parakeets in cages. Prices were high and items were outdated.

Coworker suggested this store to me when I was looking for a place to clip bird wings and nails. The man who works here is super nice and friendly, and the prices are extremely cheap/reasonable! Definitely recommend him!

For a small location they have a great stock. I have large and smaller birds. He make a fantastic food mix for them in house. Absolutely affordable.

This is one of my favorite places to go to to get fish Evey single one of my fish have not died when I have gotten them here the tanks are super clean and the animals are well fed and the guy who owns it is super helpful he helped me with a few questions I had very experienced he is also very nice and it's cheap to and its better than one of those other pet stores like PetSmart and Petco 10/10 would highly recommend
