This place is perfect for a visit any season. We went there in the summer and returned in the winter, enjoying both visits a lot. In winter, there's more than just skiing: you can go snow tubing, ride the mountain coaster, try the eagle zip line, or even take a turn on the giant swing. For skiing, they've got three lifts and two magic carpets, making it great for any level of skier. They offer a variety of lessons, including private ones, group classes, and a kids' ski camp. The camp for kids is especially good. It runs from 10 am to 3 pm and includes lunch and snacks. For our kids, the student-to-instructor ratio was 1:1, which was fantastic for learning and fun. We also tried private lessons, which were excellent. The instructors are friendly and make the experience very enjoyable.Just remember, you need to book the camp and group classes at least 48 hours in advance. However, if you're interested in private lessons, you can sign up for those just 24 hours ahead.

One of the best winter adventure of our family at Cranmore Mountain resort. The place was awesome, snow tubing was so fun which our family really enjoyed. The staffs above the slide are always assisting and making sure everyone is safe before letting another batch slide. But the ground staff at the end, a few were not paying much attention of people crossing as tubes comes flying by towards the safety balloon wall. The rides, all are super enjoyable. Loved the mountain coaster and their staff, always on point with safety and downhill is filled with fun and good scenery. Soaring eagle zip ride was a surprise in the end, nice view of the whole park and mountain at the top and chilling feel going down. The giant swing, which my daughter loved which she rode for many times. Our family had fun, it was memorable for us as our first timers for winter fun activities, it’s a long drives worth and awesome experience. Hope to be back again next year.

Cranmore used to be one of my favorite places on earth. It felt like home. The new lodges to be built were hyped up for years and one of them was built after I moved away three years ago. I was absolutely thrilled to see the new lodge that promised to be absolutely beautiful. No joke, it is the worst ski lodge I've ever stepped foot in. The old lodge was pretty decent with a beautiful fireplace and overall functional, though tight on space. This new lodge is an uncreative shoebox that is already falling apart (the staircase is a complete disaster) and was covered in trash. It looks like a run-down lodge from the 1970s even though it was just built. I feel downright depressed over it (along with many other locals). This isn't the beautiful homely mountain I grew up on anymore. I can only hope the other lodges to be constructed will be better, but seeing that monstrosity has zapped all my hope. I miss you Cranmore 💕 I really hope whoever created this "lodge" can do a better job with the next one and make it actually functional.

Normally the conditions are very good for skiing and snowboarding, even snow tubing. But as of now, they absolutely suck. I know it will eventually get better conditions. Lots of parking options. Over all, a great place to ski. (Update) The conditions have well improved and have opened almost all there trails.

Had an amazing experience with an instructor named Ray:One of my friends and I brought our other friend here for his first time on skis (we did not buy coaching). We spent the first half of the day at the bunny hill teaching him the basics and he seemed to be doing well so we went up the far looker's right chairlift after lunch. The terrain proved to be too challenging for someone in his first day on skis, and he was obviously struggling to ski without posing a danger to himself and other skiers. Ray realized this and intercepted us about 1/3 of the way down the trail. Ray gave our friend a short lesson (~8 minutes), teaching him how to turn properly while supporting him in front to make sure his speed was kept under control. My friend improved 10 times as much as he had the entire earlier half of the day in those 8 minutes. I took note of what Ray was doing and was able to replicate it enough to get us safely the rest of the way down the mountain. We returned to the bunny slope for the remainder of the day where my friend was able to make respectable, mostly controlled turns by the end. Just thought that Ray should be recognized for his efforts to keep the mountain safe and his obvious instructing prowess.

This place was wonderful . However they have a ton of workers that do nothing at the bottom of the hills. Standing around and talking to each other . Same for the top. My sister in law was sent down tubing without anyone checking that the lane was clear. She crashed into her 5 year old daughter. We were told this was happening a lot.

My tweens did two days of the Kids Rule ski camp as beginner skiers and they had the time of their lives. They went from having never been on skis to getting on the chair lift with ease and gliding down beginner trails. The group lessons program runs for five hours and includes lunch. There were instructors and staff everywhere, all clearly identifiable. I felt very comfortable leaving my children at the mountain after seeing the number of staff members around the program. At the end of both days the instructor gave a recap for each kid and suggested next steps. There was no hard sales pitch for more lessons; it was genuine advice for their development.Every person I interacted with was friendly and seemed invested in my experience with the program. My kids finished each day with rave reviews for their instructors (special shoutouts to Tom T. and Vincente) and I could not be happier with this program.

This place is a Marriott disaster....does not live up to Bonvoy standards....just all the little things....no lids for morning coffee, NO gluten free options in restaurant, no lettuce for the one salad available, were given a different room upon check in than promised and paid for, mattress was way to hard and linens were almost corrosive on the skin...will bypass a return here....the scenery was dynamic, that is a given...avoid if possible

I've been here twice, and this time was the second. Last winter, my best friend and I went here for a few hrs. We had a good time and enjoyed it. Fast forward to 2024, this time around, since the weather and outdoor temperatures played a big impact the black mats at the other end of the tubing hill didn't really prevent kids and the adults from slowing them down. The only and best way to slow down would be to layer the black mats, not align them in a row, and expect guest to show down immediately! The young staff/ employees working should really consider putting sand where it's icy/ hard to walk or salt (meant for ice) there. Icy or not, they should do that vs. repeatedly reminding guests to quickly move out of the way. *How about putting themselves in our shoes and showing a little emotion or concern when someone accidentally falls. Instead, they look/ stare and expect nothing else. As if, when a person falls, you expect them to be okay?! If it's their job to monitor the guest, part of their job description should be the safety of guests when visiting. One would honestly think that for the sake of the employees working outside (in freezing cold temps), and knowing how important it is to keep their jobs, they'd actually have a bit of care, self awareness, and be more attentive. You don't get to stand and chit-chat!!One of the younger guys working at the top of the hill did his job, but I would rate him a D+. He wasn't an A for effort type of guy. Regardless of who he was, being an introvert or extrovert, his mood/ demeanor/ attitude/ or behavior, etc, imagine how nice he and talkative he would've been. Now I know it's nice to judge, but come on, live a little!! The huge downfall that I don't like one bit (and I know won't change) is being charged close to $50 per person for 2 hrs. That's a bit of a stretch. How about 35 to 40 per person for 2 hours. Maybe even do an hour session somewhere between $20 to $30 per person. While some may not mind spending that money, others may think differently and not like that one bit! Such as myself. The one thing my best friend and I saw in person was a family tubing down altogether. Now, this wasn't a 2-person chain. It was a big family going down in 7 separate snow tubes. First of all, that was obviously not the best idea. Secondly, it wasn't safe, and lastly, one of the family members who "on his own" being careless and not waiting patiently pushed them down within getting ok or approved by a staff member. Actions aside I would've given that family member a good honest talk and safety check! If I was on the job and saw that, I definitely would've had a talk!

Decently priced. Kids loved the mountain coaster, summer tube slide, bungee trampoline and other stuff. Restaurant was a bit pricey.

Great mountain. Be very careful on the trail cutover to the triple. Very thin cover and I fell hard yesterday. Wish there was more signage — but honestly, should’ve been closed. Other than that, conditions were great with what little snow we’ve had!

Came here after the snow storm. The lift ticket sales person was very friendly. Short lines and fast lifts. The snow was good but the trails were not well groomed, with many bumpy spots and muguls on almost all the trails.

We just took a trip North to go snow tubing, this happeds to be the place we went and I'm happy with our choice. I haven't been skiing in years but their trails looked well groomed. It was so much fun and I definitely feel like our money was well spent. So much faster than I thought it would be. And be prepared for a sharp wind at the top of the hill. Can't wait to go back during the summer months and go to their other attractions. Don't buy food here, way over priced and not good at all.

A great place for some outdoor activities to do in North Conway! We did not stay overnight at this resort but there were plenty activities to do for all ages. There is a mountain coaster, a giant swing, a tube slide, a bike path, hiking trails, a zip line and a ski lift that brings you to the top of the mountain. On the top of the mountain there is a snack shack with lots of food options to grab a snack or a meal. Plus the view at the top is priceless seeing the whole view of the mountains. We just went during the Fall with all the leaves changing color and the view was incredible. Based on the past experiences I've had, I promise you this is a great place to get outdoors and enjoy the mountains!

We went to Cranmore for tubing. The staff was friendly, the actual tubing was fun, but it would have been great if we didn’t spend more time waiting at the top than actually going down the hill. We booked a 2 hour tubing window, and we only went down the hill 6 or 7 times. We would get to the top of the hill and we’d have to wait 10 minutes for the last group of tubers to clear out at the bottom since the line went across the lanes. They either need to find a better way to line people up, or book less people so there isn’t a line across the lanes. Or maybe get second conveyor belt so the line moves faster. I probably won’t be back since it cost my family of 3 people $135 to mostly stand around for 2 hours.

Family tubing weekend getaway, great weather perfect family hills/lanes. A lot of miscommunication with the workers together, figuring out who was in charge of what lane a lot of time people were waiting to go down. For being “limited” tickets for covid. It was packed and we were only able to go down maybe 5 times in 2 hours due to long lines/and waiting for employees.Other than that everyone was super nice and facility was beautiful will back for another winter/summer activities.

Great skiing at the edge of town. Views of Mt Washington. Mostly moderate trails with good snow making. Kids ski school is good with separate lodge and own chair lift, magic carpet before they go to other parts of the mountain.

This resort has so many fun activities to do and I really had a great time here. I went on the chairlift and the sight on top of the mountain was beautiful. They serve some basic snacks and ice cream up there as well.

Great place for skiing, but also fantastic for summer fun. Families can rent a two bedroom condo, with a large, comfortable master bed and bath and the second bedroom with a double-single bunk bed and a double foldout futon. Plenty of room for five children. The second bedroom has a full bath and a comfortable sitting area. The unit has a dining room seating six, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave and a dishwasher. There also is a washer and dryer. And that is before you get to the activities, from the tube slide to the Alpine style rollercoaster to the bungee jump and the Zipline. Plenty to do without leaving the grounds. But this is Conway, and leaving the grounds takes you to a great variety of restaurants, hiking trails, Storyland or Santa's Village.

Great family mountain. Excellent kids ski school! Great trails, well groomed. Even though there can be a lot of people sometimes, it never feels that overcrowded.

We were here for the haunted house and for the rides(was a packaged deal).. Was definitely worth the money, which was $45 per person.. The mountain coaster was beyond exciting and so naturally, we had to ride it a few times. Will be making this our yearly Halloween trip!

It’s wild what they’ve done with Cranmore over the years. The new lodging and property enhancements are great but frankly I don’t think the terrain is worth the price of admission.

Snow tubing was a hit with the family. We went 4-6pm. Closer to 4 was busy with long lines at the top of the hill but when the group left at 5 the last hour was nice with shorter lines.

A fun medium sized moutain. The condition where good ( Cranmore also offers a condition guarantee ) plenty of blues, blacks, and several progression terrain parks. Free baggage check. The tune/repair shop does quality work. Pack a lunch or buy one there. This mountain is a fun day trip nestled in the white mountains of New Hampshire.
