I’m currently on crutches but had to stop in for some essentials, I was nervous about getting out of my car and into the but the parking lot had minimal snow and ice. Once inside there’s was not a scooter for me to use… two employees noticed this and offered me a chair until the scooter was available. I was slightly impatient because I had to get pick up my kids soon. I mentioned I only needed to get milk, bread, and a few snacks. One of the young man employees said he would go see how much longer for the scooter and when he came back, he had the scooter and already had bread and milk! I was able to quickly finish shopping and checking out in less than 15 mins.Those two young men went above and beyond, and I am so very grateful! Thank you for your help and kindness!!!

Why do you bother to utilize special "peel here" sealing stickers on deli item bags and never put them on correctly so they actually work? Just seal it with duct tape at this point. At least it will make sense why I have to rip every bag apart to get a piece of cheese...

Store that I frequent on a daily basis. Only now I can't seem to purchase anything I need there as the deli is never open no matter what time of day I go.

Purchased some frozen meals, canned soups, chicken sausages, Knorr pasta packages & apples. Vegan protein items in produce aisle: Seitan, tofu, baked tofu block... There's a whole aisle of wine too. Lots of beer to pick from. Self check out easy to do. Staff is always nice here if you need any help. Bathrooms available and are always clean. One male & one female. Normal grocery store experience. They seem to still be low on a lot of things and out of stock on a lot of things. The people that work there are friendly and helpful

The staff was friendly but you don't have a variety of food for people that want to cook Hispanic food and Indian food. At least have the basics and it's a shame because now I need to drive over an hour away to get simple products. The price doesn't match the quality. Mostly spoiled peppers and veggies

I love the store for the convenience of living so close to it. The main issue I have is the fact that the deli as well as the meat and fish counter close before 5pm. Anyone who works a 9-5 job is out of luck. I can understand being short staffed but adjust the hours so people who work can still get what they need!

Thank you, Hannaford, for your consistency. Each day is a new opportunity for you to run out of another food item. You always push me to be creative when you are out of common dinner foods like ground beef, potatoes, or rotisserie chicken (all of which you did not have available today). Other days, it has been pie crust, rotini, broccoli, or boxed macaroni. I can always count on you to not have what I need. Your produce section gives me a sense of adventure as I navigate through moldy berries, weeks old grapes, and bruised apples. Just when I think I've gotten to the other side unscathed, your baggers pack cans and boxes on top of my tomatoes. Cold items that were all together on the belt go in the insulated, reusable bag? No, much better to separate them all and use the insulated bag for a single loaf of bread and some chips. Highly recommend for those seeking overpriced, only sometimes available groceries. 10/10 experience every time.

Always a very clean store. The employees are friendly and honestly interested in helping you. Their aisles are clearly marked and always organized. The bakery has fresh bread twice a day and the deli will always make sure you sample before you make a decision. The produce section is fresh and one of the few stores where the salad hasn't gotten so cold that the lettuce has that disgusting see through freezer burnt taste. The carts are always orderly and never in parking spots. I've witnessed baggers especially offer to help you when you have a full cart to your car. The sidewalks are adequately salted and cared for during the winter season. One of the cleanest and friendliest grocery stores I have encountered. I have even forgotten my debit card at closing and have had the manager allow me to go back into the store to retrieve my merchandise that they had kindly stored in the cooler while I drove home to get it. Excellent service!!

My typical experience is items at Hannaford's are generally a dollar more than Market Basket. One can of Progresso soup is more than $3.50 at Hannaford's, but only $2.50 at Market Basket. Shopping at Hannaford's is like throwing your hard earned money away.

Been going here for years for the convenience, but it’s gone downhill over the last year or so. It’s always very busy. Shelves are frequently low or out of stock. Never enough registers open. Everything is overpriced and the quality of the fruit and produce is fit for my compost. And now the cashier gets mad at me for going the the express lane with 15 items while the only other 3 registers open have multiple people in each line. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Hannaford is always clean. Has good quality products and a good variety to choose from. Very good quality meat. On a good day you can find good deals. The staff is very friendly. This is the store that I go to pick up random stuff that I'm missing from the pantry. I dont do monthly shopping here cause it's to expensive for my budget. The App is easy to use. We love using the Hannaford to Go.

Store always has Help Wanted signs up which may signal something.Bad wages or high turnover. Or both.One cashier does not a bad experience make except this particular one was extremely rude during 1 visit.Lousy attitude and I called her on it and her response.." If you don't like it don't shop here".I suggest some customer training in customer courtesy.I agree with many that some prices are very high and the produce dept. is looking shoddy more often.And many items that I and others have bought are now discontinued.

I love going to this store. Today my friend and I were treated terribly at the register. I had my groceries thrown at the girl bagging. The flowers thrown. Then the receipt slammed in the tray. Raelyn was having a bad day and decided to take it out in two senior citizens. Never had any problems there ever. Sad the way you get treated nowadays.

What I like best is the Hannafords app. Quite often, I'm able to clip a coupon for $10 off $25.. (and I buy just over $25). That's a heck of a savings at an otherwise pricy place to shop.Hannafords to Go is nice as well when in a hurry, especially with that coupon!!

Normally I love this store bit this time, no so much. Hannaford sent out, via mail a coupon for $8 off of any meat purchase of 8$ or more. There were zero exclusions except for gift cards and the like. I went to the deli counter and requested 3/4lb of corned beef which priced out at about $10. When I went to check out the cashier said the the coupon was "poorly worded" and that meat from the deli counter wasn't included. I let them keep their corned beef.

I go to this store multiple times a week. I know places are short staffed, but some of the employees here need to be talked to. There are some decent ones, but there are some VERY rude ones. I just had a cashier named Catie. I went through her long before, and she refused to start ringing me up because it was 2 minutes after she was supposed to leave, so she never even made eye contact, and yelled to get someone to come over. Tonight she was very very rude, and made comments. Hannafords....I get you need the help, but people who act like that towards customers should not be allowed to work up front. It's gross.

Well stocked store with lots of all natural and organic selections. In the spring through fall the potted plant selections are marvelous all top quality and long lasting! The fuscia I bought last year is still blooming in my kitchen windows!

Never really leave Hannafords entirely satisfied. More often than not their inventory is seriously depleted or disorganized. If you have any allergies or special food requirements go somewhere else. The best I can say about the store is meh.Update: 2 weeks later- I would avoid this store at whatever cost. This store has rearranged and in the process eliminated a VAST amount of their selection in favor of making it look... Nice? If you have any food restrictions, this store will make it more difficult for you to find food than just about any other grocery store I've encountered this far. Used to love this store, now... Disappointed.

Seems that shopping at Hannafords is always lacking something. Empty shelves are the norm for many products including cream and frozen potatoes. Staff is friendly at checkout. That's the good news.

Order and pick up your groceries. We went inside. They have everything we needed to make homemade noodles and shrimp/scallops with lemon cream sauce.
