This Walmart reminds me of the TARDIS, bigger on the inside than what appears on the outside! When I pulled into the parking 🅿️ lot, I thought this was going to be a small Walmart. It was much bigger than I expected!The setup is similar to the design of the Newington Walmart with a grocery section that is about the same size. There isn't a franchise located here, such as Dunkin or Subway. Self serve checkout registers. When I checked Google Maps, there was a long list of services listed with their own spot on Google Maps.The associates I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I found great clearance prices on shoes 👟 for my son. The store was in good shape. The bathroom was a little beaten but usable.The bags at the self checkout registers are thicker but smaller than the usual bags that are used at other Wal-Marts or grocery stores. The bags don't fit as much merchandise and it seems like you will have to use more of them. You can't even reuse them for small trash 🗑️ cans.This Walmart was better than I expected even with the smaller grocery section.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. If you are disabled or need help, they will carry heavy stuff for you. They will also get items off of high shelves. It wasn't hard finding someone to ask, it seems like they have a lot of employees on the floor. They were also helpful over the phone as well when I had to call about a specific car part. Reasonable prices and good service.

They just stop carrying things without any warning! Trying to make choices that protect the environment & then they just stop carrying Hand Soap Tabs, Dental Floss Refills, OB Tampons & Crystal Deodorant...... Disappointing!

The store was not customer busy, yet the individual working electronics today was far from friendly or helpful. When asked about a charger cord, simply pointed, stated "Aisle 11" & walked away. Was happy to pay $33.99 at Staples to get what I needed.

If it's cat food or litter you seek, don't go to #Walmart Keene. Plus the price of every brand of wet cat food they carry has increased by 0.10 cents. as it has everywhere. PC is most overpriced. I found a great deal(honestly I don't want to share) but FF Petites are 0.98 cents! This price increased o.12 cents in 5 days. I found a great clearance deal from $29.95 to $5.00 for N.H. hooded long sleeves. Thinner material, perfect for spring. The gentleman at express check-out was very friendly when I asked him to confirm price as they were marked $15.00. $5.00 was correct. I thanked him, stating wow what a great deal. He was very friendly & it was busy at self check-out. He never made me feel rushed & was happy to assist me. My visit to Keene Walmart was a last minute decision. I had to have replacements for all my cards. I was panicked about certain bills. My bank has a feature where you can either deposit or withdraw funds at Walmart. My bank provides me with a bar code that the customer service desk scans to complete your transaction with no fee! Janet was working the customer service desk at 7:47pm. Janet is a very kind, friendly and knowledgeable employee. Between my call to inquire if I was able to complete my transaction & when I arrived, that system went down. Janet said it could work again in 5 minutes. While she assisted other customers, I was reviewing my banks App as to other options and Janet pulls me out of my trance to its working, hurry before it goes down!! I had no idea that she was checking the system continuously while helping others. Janet is a valued employee. I also posted a photo of a Sell your phone machine in the entrance. A fairly new option.

I went in to the store in Keene to get some items, I went to the self check out and since Walmart is so into saving a buck and creating their own digital way to pay (which by the way is super flawed) once a card declines you can’t use it again on the same machine cause I accidentally used the wrong card to begin with. So your lovely helper (who sucks at customer service) came over…already frustrated I asked her to just move my transaction to another self checkout to which she replied “I’ve already got a line piling up” ok I also work in customer service and those who are in line first should get serviced first…now Walmart please fix your way of doing things cause I’m hating this company more and more by the day.

I am so tired of always being stopped at the door for my stupid receipt. I'm not even using self checkout. I go straight to the door from a regular register and still get stopped every freaking time. Sometimes they just kind of glance at the receipt but this one person (I think they are slow, no disrespect, just an observation) they literally want to look inside every single bag and check every item. If I were coming from self checkout that would be fine. I would understand that. But not when I was an employee who rang up my stuff and bagged it. It's getting worse. I'm ready to file for harassment. I've never stolen from Walmart. But they make me want to. I mean if I'm going to constantly be accused of something....

I have been in that Walmart store many years ago. I was surprised how much better it is now. Their assortment of merchandise is much better to the point they are clearly up in par with what you would expect from a Super Walmart. The only thing that confused me was that the layout was different. Most Walmart have a similar layout so you can easily find what you are looking for. Here the layout is different. For example, the dairy products are located in a corner not that close to where you find other food products. I also had a little, very little though, problem finding my way out. Good store. I will have no problems returning.

I went for 2 money orders but the machine was down. I was able to withdraw the cash with no fee. My financial institutions App will provide a barcode for Walmart if you forget your debit card or don't want ATM fees! I also automatically get cash back at Walmart when I use debit card. I had to check out clearance! Nothing but junk. Clearance always lands me in sewing! I actually didn't have to wait 40 min. The young man in electronics came right over to assist me! That was a nice change. I also promised the cats presents. As I strolled around I did notice that all the customers were in a really good mood. That really added to the stores atmosphere. I found really great deals on grocery items. I do save a lot of $ by getting certain staples at Walmart.

While it was a reasonably acceptable shopping experience, I was a bit put off by the clutter that I found in the sporting department. Two aisles were completely blocked, so you could not reach the shelves. It reminded me of a poorly staffed dollar store.

Had a lady working in clothing yell at me when I asked for help and then proceed to tell me the beanies were not in stock. I found them 10 ft away after she left. There was also an extremely passive aggressive woman working at the customer service desk that repeatedly made insulting remarks throughout the entire conversation. These are just two miserable older women though and the rest of the staff is always helpful and welcoming.

I was there today with my partner . We were in the process of picking out a game my elderly mom could play with her caretakers. We were literally there for this reason . We were there for like 3 minutes and getting ready to grab something when an employee came up with a cart full of stuff and asked us to move because she had to stock shelves...No game for mom today .

best prices. I wish they had groceries. I shop at Walmart in FL.. My store has an incredible selection of groceries, produce, some meat products ,lots of packages cheese, sausage and hot dogs at great prices.

Cant look at sport/trading cards at this store without waiting for the whole lay away line to be waited on….. other stores they are on a normally accessible isle without needing associate “approval”.

Ok this is the smallest Walmart you will ever visit but it's close to home and worth stopping at for the necessities.Despite it's small size food is sold here, but just staples and some canned and frozen meals no produce or prepared foods.The automotive section is decent, again limited choices, but should have that filter or oil type you need.

I loved when the bigger Walmarts began operating the food Markets a few years ago. I am very much a believer in the lower food prices that I am repeadedly finding at Walmart. What'snot to like? Admittedly in this time of coronavirus, it's becaome personally scarey to step into Walmart, even all with facemasks ...because many Walmart shoppers are NOT wearing facemasks!

I like the fact that it opens early, around 6 a.m. before I have to go to work. I can get snacks for my kids and myself for work. Get new scrubs and have it as a backup if anything happens. It was great going in that early no line, not a lot of people in the store. It was a good trip in and out. 10 min max.

I have nothing to complain about the storeI went to this place late night to make some purchases. All the employees helped me very well. I spent some money and I got back to my truck.Somebody came to me with a black Chevy pick up truck. Driving crazy at the parking lot. Honk the horn a lot of times. He got out of his truck and start to smash my trucks door/windows. Very aggressively. In the next moment I realized he work for the mall cleaning the parking lot…He started to drive around his truck gesticulating until I left the parking lot.be careful with the people you’re hiding to help your business

I went there and accidentally had diarrhea in the toothpaste department. George Washington helped me buy a tarp for my new tent and we played hopscotch together in the month of may. And they sell Mac and cheese in the freezer department. Just watch out for the people dressed as wizards they tend to run around the store preaching about world war two.

Honestly I’m im very disappointed. My mother and I went to Walmart to buy a tv, we purchased a 50 inch Vizio tv. They didn’t have anyone to carry it out, so I had to carry it myself. We got home and it was too small for the spot we wanted it. We went back the next day not even 24 hours later to return it and buy a bigger one. (It was in the box and the cardboard piece wasn’t even taken off the screen) The lady at the return desk made me feel like a criminal by returning. Her firsts words were what’s going on. Umm we’re returning it what do you think we’re doing??? We’re going to spend more money. Okay putting that aside we then proceed to electronics, nobody was there. Had to hunt down and associate to get the lady. Then we waited another 5 minutes for her. Okay she rings us out. A guy comes to help us out, whom I had to help get it into the car. Not a very friendly or social person at all. We spent almost 400 dollars for terrible service associates who honestly have no urgency at all. I work in retail myself and honestly would prob get sent home with the attitude most of these associates have.

Great employee (a young man i was told is the asst mgr) helped me find the right battery for my boat...which was great..but then as he was walking away he saw a disabled shoper and proactively went over and started helping them shop without being asked.Great! World needs more people like that.
