Extremely clean store with uncluttered aisles. We found most everything we went there for. The produce section was missing some basic items like tomatoes. Bathrooms (at least the men's) were clean with handsoap and paper towels. Very large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces available.

This shopping experience was fine until the end. My sister and I were checking out separately but had shared a basket. ALL of the self checkouts were open with no lines so we placed the basket between us and proceeded to start checking out. The cashier at register 5 completely stopped helping the customer she was checking out to yell at us because it's 10 items or less. Each of us had less than 10 items... when we explained this to her she stood there for what felt like years, rolled her eyes at us, and said "ugh whatever." This entire interaction, she could have been helping the other customer and we would have been done in the still empty self checkouts. Not a great experience.

Shopped at Target in Keene yesterday. I found the items I needed and proceeded to check out. What a horrendous experience that was. The line was backed up halfway down the store. There were a few full service cashiers and of the 4 self serve registers, two of them were closed. I suggest that Target get some immediate solution to this problem. I have been getting text messages from Target telling me that I have not used my Target Red card recently. Well it will be a long time before I use it again. The Keene Walmart is a much better alternative. No checkout lines, pleasant employees, and an overall great experience...

Had a great experience! We purchased a 70 inch TV online and we drove up to the customer pick up area and they were very quick to assist us and got it loaded up and everything for us. Very happy all around with the customer service! Keep it up :-) We love shopping here!

2 cashiers open at 11:30/12 and self checkout closed and saying “closed between 8-10” so I got to hang out behind people with 20-30 items while I had 3. I’d rather hand make cotton swabs and bar soaps then ever have to shop here again. Sooner drive to hadley’s target 😂

Self checkout limit 10 items is an extremely stupid policy. Makes checkout very frustrating when you have just a few over and have to wait behind people with 30 items.

Never enough cashiers open, then they have 2 people in self check out directing people where to go but you can’t use self check out with more than 10 items. Maybe one person should be helping to check out larger orders?? I hate cashing out here, always an unorganized mess. Bathrooms are terrible.

Annoyed to say the least, I placed a drive up order because I had my son in the car and he was sick. I was ordering medicene for him. Well we pull up and I had to bring him because your curb side wasn’t being used. Which that’s fine but don’t let me place the order because I would have sent someone else to get it so I didn’t have to drag him in the store. I was not notified at any time that I wasn’t going ti be able to do curb side until I pulled up in a spot. I love target but this experience was less than thrilling.

Target is an all in one store. It's filled with beautiful people with good personalities, and are all willing to help you find what you need. It seems that once you enter Target, you never seem to find what you're trying to look for, but you always find something else you didn't know you needed. Amazing place and would visit again in the near future.

I have called 11 times and counting. 7 trying to connect with electronics and 4 for guest service. I would like to know if an item is in stock before driving 35 minutes to the store to find out it is not. I choose target over walmart for the customer service but that is no longer the case. It is the same now as walmart just more expensive.

Didn't have hardly any men's shoes. Son needed some nice shoes dir homecoming and even the employees didn't seem to understand that there were no shoes dor men... only slippers. 🙄

I do a lot of grocery shopping at this store because it has the BEST drive up service in the area. As an immunocompromised person, it is a huge relief to me to be able to get everything I need without putting my health at risk. The order is always correct, and I almost never end up with cancelled items. And it's really obvious that the team members are working really hard, but they are always friendly and polite. Thank you!

I had the worst return experience I have ever had at Target. They don't do exchanges anymore. So my item was returned back to my card. However it wasn't the full amount that I paid. So, instead of getting 2.99 I only got 2.84. I bought the same item again and I know it's only change but to not get the original amount ... ridiculous. He said sometimes returns don't give you the full amount back??? How does that work.

Downloaded the app.After the horrible experience at Walmart, we went to Target for Halloween.It was not only clean, accessable, but it was fun, lively and we found so many great things for our holiday needs, and their card scanners work.Can't wait to go back or order online. This Target knows what it is doing. And they have Shushies.

I made a pick up order yesterday. Under a different name, for privacy. Anyways, they said my order was all set to go so I drive over an hour to get there and over an hour back home only to find out they didn’t give me four of the items I purchased…save your time and money and just don’t come here.

I’m one to usually give good reviews after going to a store. Unfortunately this isn’t the case. Firstly I ask for directions for an item I was looking for and the best I got from an employee was a point to the general direction it was in. Next I go to buy my son a video game that is 17+ and the employee who must’ve been doing something way more important than helping me continues to do what he’s doing after I try to purchase it. He asks if I’m over 17 and my license after I don’t leave. Of course I forgot to take out my license from my car so I tell him I’m over 17 and I left my liscence in my car. He stands up from whatever he is doing on the shelf says “sorry can’t I can’t get it then” and walks away without looking at me. I looked up the rules and they only have to ask for liscence if the person looks to young. I don’t think a 17 year old can grow Grey hair. I ended up giving up and buying the items I needed elsewhere. Really disappointed because most of the targets I’ve been to have had great customer service. I guess this is why everything is starting to get bought online.

Wish i could leave zero stars. I purchased a game add-on for a nintendo game. The sales associate asked if i wanted a receipt, I said no as most would do and she tossed it. Come to find out that my game add-on is useless without a code that comes on the receipt. It took five people and over 30 minutes to find a copy of this receipt even though I had the physical item i bought with me, knew the date of the transactions and the approximate time, had the card, and knew the exact amount of the transaction. Once they finally found the receipt, it did not have the code i needed on it. I asked if i could exchange it for the same item and i could not, so i asked for a gift card. The woman implied that she could not do that because I could be lying. Very unprofessional to say that to a customer. I called target corporate and they informed me that there was actually a problem with TARGETS system that was making it so the code was not printing on receipts and she could not find it through lookup. Within five minutes on the phone with corporate i was emailed a gift card to buy another game add-on. The call center woman even agreed that the store associates handled this wrong. They also hang up on you when you try to call the store.

We were helped by a lovely young man named Coda in the electronics section as we were choosing a TV. He did everything he could to assist us in our selection. There were many TVs not in stock - and we might have just gone to another store - but he was trying so hard to help us make a good selection that we did buy one at Target. He is definitely an asset to the store and deserves recognition for going out of his way to assist customers.

As far as Target stores go, this is a pretty good one. Clean and bright, usually well stocked, friendly staff. I haven't had a bad experience there, and it's the best option in Keene for lots of things.

I used the pickup option for the first time and was extremely pleased by how easy and fast it was. This was a great option for a shopping experience to surprise my husband with a Christmas present that he won't "accidentally" see.

Target Drive Up service is wonderful! I do my shopping online and after I receive my notice that my order is ready I drive to the store, at my convenience, and tap in the app on my phone. A few minutes later a store employee brings out my order and puts it in my car for me. The staff at the Keene, NH Target have been very pleasant and they handle my purchases with care. Recently this store started making perishables available via Drive Up so I now try to do as much of my grocery shopping as I can via Drive Up. Unlike home delivery services there is no fee and no upcharge on the product prices. Not every item available in the store is available for Drive Up service but most things are. Last year I purchased my new television via Drive Up and now I buy most of my groceries this way as well.

Electronics and toys were trashed. There were tons of empty spots all over the store. The younger guy running the self checkouts with red blonde hair was rude, as was the woman at the service desk. My cashier named Jordan was amazing though, very upbeat and friendly. I will return because I like the cartwheel and gift card deals, however the store needs a ton of work!

Target pretends to be this amazing company with friendly people, but trust me they are not. I was hired as a seasonal worker and then told of a possibility that I would be add to the year round group. Instead, I was taken off the schedule, never emailed, called, or even spoke to about it. Just silently kicked under the rug. Their HR are awful people and if you are to work there seasonally think again. There are many better opportunities out there. I relied on the paycheck that I received there and am now left struggling to pay insurance and find a new job. Think twice before you shop or apply here. I will never work at a target again. I still have not received anything on being let off. Disgusted and disappointed. Would give zero stars if possible.

I live this Target. It's our go to store in town. Many of the brand names are comparable or cheaper even without the cartwheel app. Usually I would give this store a 5 but today's visit was a 3 because of the behavior we witnessed from a cashier. So I will even it out at a 4 for today. In general the staff here is really friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile to help customers out. The managers are always very helpful.

Where to begin. The staff are always super friendly and nice, they go out of their way to help you.The managers actually do have a sense of humor because they're always joking with me whenever the self checkout has a disagreement with me or when something else happens that's just absolutely absurd.they dont give you the generic answer of "if it's not on the shelf or you dont see it then we dont have it".The store is always clean and for the most part fairly well stocked, the lines aren't too bad, even if there is a wait the staff try to get the lines moving faster.If they dont have what your looking for they'll stick around and help you find something close to what you want or they'll run out back to see if it's there.The prices are also fairly good, most if not all of the time I've come here to buy what I need I've found it to be cheaper then anywhere else.
