A great place to shop, not only for what you need and want at a decent price, but the customer service there is second to none. From the fitting rooms to the cashier and all in-between just very easy going and helpful. Such awesome people.

Good finds on this trip. Can be hit or miss. It might take more than one visit to find what you want. Last minute shoppers for a dress and or shoes might want a backup plan. Jackets, active wear always good finds. Fun accessories and oddities. Great house items. Purses are on the expensive side but nice quality. Foodie surprises.

Large store with a good variety from home goods and cookware to clothing of all ages.I find that the clothing is hit-or-miss each time I go in, otherwise the prices are pretty good for most things.

Had a fun time shopping here. Lots of good deals and each tj Maxx seems to be a little different. It's fun to stop into different ones and look around. This one seemed to be a little cleaner than others. The men's selection here was a little smaller than others but had lots of home goods to look at.

It's hit or miss for me, a plus sized woman. There's usually only a rack or two of plus sized women's clothes, so I buy stuff for my daughter, who's a size 12 pants / Large shirt. I always check the clearance racks and the size 12 women's shoes. Last time I found a bargain on Nine West riding boots! It's a fun place to shop!

Most TJ Max stores are a great place to find decent quality items at a low price. Like their sister stores, the selections vary from clothing, to home goods, to health and beauty products.

I usually love TJ Max. Maybe it’s just the Keene store, but I’ve had the worst customer service this week. I received a gift card for Christmas and went to shop the sales. I tried to ask if they could check the price for a coat that was in the clearance section. They (and by they I mean the cashier and another who just chimed in without being asked) flat out and rudely refused to check saying it just wasn’t on clearance and, I quote “people just love to put things where they don’t belong”. I tried to tell them that there were at least 4 other of the same jackets on the clearance rack so it can’t just be that all of them were put there by mistake. They still refused to help so I walked out. I came back the next day as there was something there that I wanted. While shopping I saw 4 sets of small mugs on the Christmas clearance table saying that the 50% would be taken off at the register. When I got to the register again they were apparently not included, but 4 sets magically appeared on a clearance table that weren’t legitimately clearance. So I decided to just grab one of the two I had picked out. I showed the cashier which one. He then looked at me and said “so which one would you like”. It’s not like I was speaking Russian. It is very apparent that they do not care enough to train their staff or organize their store.

Never had a problem going here. Got a winter jacket that fitted me perfectly and kept me warm, bought it for around $30. Plus got a nice navy blue parrott bird shirt for a good price.

Don't know the woman's name but an employee saw me looking at squishmallows and asked if I was looking for any specific ones and brought out two big boxes of them for me to look through. I found two I really really wanted she made my day :)

Always hit or miss but you can get great deals here! I always go about once a week just to see what has been added to stock or what is going on sale. I recommend the same thing. Small selection for the men's department in this tjmaxx. Women have many options, and men have a sparse section. If you are a man looking for a variety, your best bet would be khols in Keene.

What happened Wed 1/30, check-out lines were long with only 2 registers open, just like the dollar store next door. Good store, good people, bad day, almost left, and other people were not happy either.

I walked in to get a stainless steel boiling pot, for backyard sugaring, busy Friday afternoon, and I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price! good looking people and a clean building, hopefully I'll get the bigger pot next time for more sugaring.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE T.J. Maxx, they have great merchandise and great prices! They also have a few spots in the back for clearance. Also, they carry a variety of kitchen accessories. The employees are always super helpful and upbeat. I highly reccomend!

I think you can find a few things with a good price. But many many things are still overpriced for a 'discount' store. Also, I just got back from there and we were looking for shoes. Whilst looking, we found shoes that had literally BEEN WORN. No joke, toes completely faded and worn, stank but still retagged! They had clearly been returned because they didn't have the original tag on them, had a printed off one. It was disgusting to see. A couple of pairs were like that. And still marked as upwards of 30 dollars! Appalling. Makes you wonder if what your getting has been worn or used for a while and just put back on the shelves.Also, most of their sections are a trashed mess. No organization whatsoever. Hangers were snapped, makeup literally dumps out on you because most are broken, nothing is tagged right or always in the wrong section. I don't trust their clearance section because mostly everything was 'put there by mistake' and they will not adjust prices. Really really disappointed.

If you like shopping for the fun of finding new and unique things, this is the place. Discount prices on top name bands and so much more. But, if you shop with a plan in mind, you will leave here frustrated and disappointed.

Pretty average TJ Maxx. It's usually pretty hit or miss. I wish the men's section was larger. There is a decent sized home goods section in the rear of the store. The staff has been friendly and the store is well kept.

This is a great store. Product quality is very high. Service is far above average. This particular T.J. Maxx has never disappointed me. Every day product from homegoods to clothes and personal care items are available. Never have I been in this store to find empty shelves or no new products. There is always new discoveries available for purchase. The shelves and items for sale are kept clean from dust, which for me is an important factor when shopping. I'd highly recommend this store and all other T.J. Maxx and Marshall stores, but fear if I do everyone will start shopping here more and get some of the many prizesd products leaving less for me to choose from. It is so nice to have stores like these close by . As shopping online is a great resource for me to be able to go in to a store and have great buys of so many quality products is equally a rewarding experience. Thank you T.J. Maxx for keeping such a great place available and accessible.

I won't ever not like TJ's, but the vibe is so schizophrenic and chilling. One second you're talking to an underpaid mannequin with the charisma of a houseplant and the critical thinking prowess of a moth, only to be face to face with a Deepwater Karen who surfaced only to scream racial slurs at high school students and fume at young cashiers for not honoring an expired coupon.

This T.J maxx being a small store to me and being out of state, the staff was very helpful. I had accidentally broken a little fake flower pot and handed it to one of the associates who was so nice and understanding. Having worked for tjx companies before i can say this was a nice, good organized store, the only issue i had is that the shoes were a bit confusing to navigate because, the sizing like where to find each size waa harder because each rack was not labeled. But other than that, good store!

T.J. Maxx is a good place to go for new clothes and also has plenty of miscellaneous items, such as massage rollers for post workouts. There are also fitting rooms to try stuff on. The staff there were also friendly, so if you need something, just let 'em know! The only downside was that not all sizes were there at the time for what I needed. Other than that, T.J. Maxx is a great store to get some clothes!

I was shocked by the AMAZING dog collection here!! Same toys and treats at PetSmart are almost $10 bucks more!! Such great products and extremely nice staff!
