(Please read entire review. Owner(s) made the situation right in the end)I ordered sorbet looking to try something different (first time here) and ordered 2 kiddies. Both myself and the person I went with took a few bites and didn’t like it so we were unable to finish it. However, what lead to my dissatisfaction is we both got sick from the sorbet and have very upset stomach’s just a half hour after eating it.EDIT: Our money was refunded the same night I originally posted this review without me having to call and ask. This leads me to believe that this occurrence is not normal and the owner(s) is an honest individual. I would absolutely do business with them again. The other customers appeared to be thoroughly enjoying their ice cream. And again, the customer service was excellent. I’m happy to see there are business owners who are still honest.

After a week countdown with my grandson. For the opening of the Piazza ice cream. We went for dessert before dinner. We all had different kinds. Each one of us ate it all. The new ice cream they have there is so good. The staff was great! So nice to see young kids wanting to work. They had smiles and very friendly. So many kinds of ice cream to try. Great place for great ice cream!🍦

Their Ice cream menu is extravagant and their staff is friendly. I always look forward to trying new flavors or sundaes. My favorite menu item there is a limited time item for our local Harry Potter week which is a Butterscotch themed frappe. Absolutely delicious and something to look forward to.I highly recommend the piazza.

What more could you hope for? Lots of mixed flavors of soft serve, malted milk shakes, lots of nice places to sit outside, and amazing service. Today was our first visit for the Maple Creme (so good), but it won't be our last. Highly recommended.

I'm going to preface here this happened a few weeks ago, everything was great but we had a bit of a hazard. Someone in my group had ordered a sundae strictly without nuts, godforbid if he had a peanut allergy. Thank god he doesn't but- it seemed to have been a screw up as it looked like there was an attempt to remove the nuts but there were still quite a few in the sundae. It could've been bad if someone with said allergy had recieved something like that.

This place is so awesome, the ice cream was absolutely delicious,, what's them over the top, is there cupcakes, all I can do is tell you to go in staff is great and try a cupcake ❤️

Great ice cream, great atmosphere! My wife and I travel a good distance and pass many ice cream shops to treat ourselves out. Outdoor seating offers clean tables with umbrellas for shade on sunny days. We brought our daughter this year and an employee came out to entertain her with bubbles. Always have a great experience at the Piazza!

Great locally owned small business! Tons (sometimes too many to decide!) of choices and delicious, quality ice cream. My favorite treat after shopping. Everyone is so nice and they will get you whatever combo of ice cream and toppings you want. Love The Piazza!!

The Piazza is the best ice cream spot in town. The homemade brownies and PB cups from Eat More Cake are what really set them apart in my opinion. Nothing like homemade toppings and these ones are gooey, perfect, and delicious! Wish I had a photo to share but I ate it already!

The piazza is my favorite ice cream place. The vegan options are so delicious. My favorite is the vegan cookie dough ice cream. They also offer vegan smoothies and milkshakes which I can’t wait to try on my next visit! Friendly staff and great service.

The best ice cream in town, outdoor seating, super friendly service and a menu filled with delicious treats. Our favorites are the black raspberry ice cream, blue goo soft serve and boba tea! A nice refreshing stop after a ride on the bike trails or a nice stroll down Main St.

Friendly and fun! This place has tons of delicious dessert options ranging from brain freeze slushes to blue goo flavor blasted soft serve. There are a ton of flavors and so many sweet treats to choose from. Very popular with the locals!

Amazing local ice cream shop with so much to offer. I had a hard time deciding what to get off their menu, from sundaes, milkshakes, blizzards, smoothies, frozen yogurt it was a hard decision. I went with the new frozen hot chocolate milkshake and it was so yummy!

I went there with my huband and i am lactose intolerant. I was a bit worried about having the vegan ice cream. But...i shouldn't have been. I haven't been able to enjoy an ice cream in over 15 years. This ice cream was so enjoyable. I so recommend this to anyone who hasn't been able to enjoy an ice cream...no matter what the reason. Definitely cant wait to get more.

The Piazza is by far my favorite ice cream place in the area. There is so many options to choose from so there is something for everyone! My favorite is the new almond joy dream sundae. I’m excited to come back and try it as a blizzard.

Usually their oreo nor'easter is made with real Oreos, but today it was not Oreo, but some other chocolate sandwich cookie. Hopefully it was a supply issue today,and next time it will be Oreos!

Literally best twist in the dish ever. Thick and very very creamy !!Danni loves the fact you have a vegan option as she cannot have dairy, and sorbert isn’t that fun after a while she was so happy. And it tasted amazing !!!It was really great!!

I grew up in New York. Soft serve to me was Carvel. Intense vanilla and chocolate flavor. I’ve tried soft serves in NH, MA & VT. They were all bland. This is the closest I’ve found to Carvel. Great soft serve flavor. And you can work out at TheY before you have your soft serve! Guilt free ice cream, can’t beat that.

I got the mount monadnock sundae. It was so delicious. This was my first time at the piazza and I’m happy to have gone. I’m excited to come back and try more items of their very large menu!

THANK YOU for moving into Cow Licks old location! They were good BUT you have so many more different and yummy flavors and concoctions! It would take forever to try everything on your menu! 😋

While I love the ice cream at piazza the customer service was/is poor. I was asked what I wanted I gave the girl my order and then she said anything else and my mom said yes and she continued to look at what she wanted. Someone asked the counter girl a question and then she looked back over at us again and asked us again what we wanted when CLEARLY my mother was still looking at the menu. There was also no one behind us so it wasn’t like there was a rush to get the order in and get out of the way. This is not the only poor customer service encounter I have had there. If I’m being completely honest having a group of high schoolers isn’t the best way to serve your guest. I think at least one adult should be there to supervise and make sure things like this don’t happen.

I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered a hot fudge sundae, I normally get one from Life is Sweet but the hot fudge is always cold and it's expensive.The hot fudge sundae I got from the Piazza was exactly how a hot fudge sundae should taste!!

Crazy good ice cream and sundaes. It’s perfectly located right on Main Street and wicked easy to find. Ask about the homemade rhubarb sauce in the summer it’s crazy good. Help is friendly and fast. It’s a must stop

communication behind the counter is lacking. I noticed they rush to be fast rather then accurate. I ordered two soft serves that came out to be 10 dollars in change. I moved to the side and waited for my ice cream, they called out one of my soft serves and i waited for the other. After a few minutes and a few weird looks from the girl behind the counter, I walked up to the window asking where the second cone was; I was greeted with a "did you order two?"once again they rushed it and got it wrong.overall I think if they took the time to slow down and talked to each other maybe they would get it right the first time
