Both of our little French bulldogs, 11 mos and 4 months came out smelling fantastic, the staff was considerate of our girls slight fear of the blow dryer. Both pups paws were soft and nails were buffed beautifully! We will be making their next appointments soon!

It says on the website that you can't make an appointment online at all for a nail trim and to just walk in... so of course I figured they'd end up doing it as a walk in and there wouldn't be a problem, right? Wrong. First off, the employees don't know that you can't book an appointment for the nail trim because that's the first thing that they asked when I told them what I wanted. Second, they refused to do it at all that day because it was too busy and I should have called first.. makes sense when it takes 2 minutes to do it but silly me to think that I shouldn't call anyway and make an appointment for a walk in service. Third, they were rude and told me to come back the next day as if they didnt just watch me being dragged by thisb100 pound adrenaline raging animal as soon we got out of the car.Thanks petco for being so kind and considerate

Puppy was happy to go in & was happy to come out... very nice people & very well trained to handle all different types of 4 legged fur babies... our German Shepherd was way-over due for her grooming, they took the time to get her looking pretty again & smelling great... we thank them so much ❤

Gabby was amazing with grooming my Afghan Hound. She was able to get mats out my previous groomer was not able to. His hair was cut better than ever. She even showed me the right brush to use for at home daily brushing. From now on, I will be having Gabby do all Zeuf’s grooming.

My wife called the day before about getting our dog's nails trimmed. She was told it could be done as a walk-in. Today I walked in with my dog and was told I had to have an appointment. There were two people working and only one dog there. They refused to cut my dog's nails and asked if I wanted an appointment instead.Either we were lied to or the staff in incompetent. Will never go there again. Poor customer service.

Willow hadn't been groomed in quite a while. The night before she got loose and rolled in something nasty. I bathed her right after but the day of her grooming she smelled awful! When I picked her up she smelled beautiful and looked beautiful too! Hopefully the constant shedding will ease up a bit. Great job!

New young lady, new to me anyway, with tattoo sleeves did an AWESOME JOB on my two dogs nails. Very patient with them, beautifully cut,sanded smooth, and in a jiffy. I wish I remembered her name so I can always ask for her.

Karen our groomer at Petco is the best.She really cares about her clients - both canine and human. My dog doesn't like to ride in the car, but if I tell her we are going to see Karen she jumps right in.

Gabby. The person who did my dogs cut was abrupt and my dog was terrified of her. I thought my dog would be okay once she settled in. That was NOT the case. I will NEVER bring her back there again. I recommend that owners stay right there while their dog gets its haircut. This was not an experience we will ever repeat.

Their advertisement says they have a self wash dog wash. .get there and the salesperson, who was rather rude, informed me that they don't have one. When told it's still on their website....oh well!
