They gave me wrongful information on how to feed a bearded dragon which ended in her dying before she was 8 months and she was the size of a 3 month old bearded dragon. Go to one stop if you get a bearded dragon they will give you all the information you need to properly care for your bearded dragon however it was already to late for mine the damage was done and they refused to replace her. Never going here again. They don’t care about the animals well enough to make sure the info they give people is correct.

We bought a set of three mice for my daughter on Christmas from Petco. We also bought four for ourselves, but a different location which is where our problem stems from. We needed to neuter one of our mice, but the person we called at Petco could not recommend a veterinary clinic for neutering a small rodent. However…. they did give us a lot of information regarding other aspects dealing with the situation like isolating the male. Petco was helpful and helped me choose a larger enclosure for the mice we have.

Wish I could remember the nice young redheaded lady that helped me get my 60 gallon feeder tank for my turtle Mr Noodle she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and would definitely go back to the store again to get things my son was extremely proud of his new fish tank for his turtle

I went to Petco recently and the employee was excellent who helped me find toys and perches for my parakeets.Petco has been low in stock many times as I need certain type of wood perches. Sand perches aren't good for their feet.I hope with any Petco in general more stock will be available.

They have a good selection of what I need, and the staff is friendly. Only thing I don't like is how dark and dismal the store looks, but that's easy to ignore.

The filter on a tank kit I bought 2 months ago stopped working. Petco doesn't carry the filter so replaced the whole kit.

My Newfoundland needed a bath before we went to our Newfoundland Rescue reunion. Our groomer had to cancel so we went to Petco to see if they could help and they were wonderful. They fit her into their schedule, knew how to work with her size and fears and did a beautiful job. I recommend Petco Grooming 100%.

The handful of times we've been in, they have had what we are looking for. The staff is friendly and patient with our puppy we are socializing and is a bit timid. They were all super sweet with her.They always seem to have a large amount of pet apparel on sale, which worked great for us as we got some great deals and added discounts.

Went to get my daughters water tested so she could get fish. Arlyn was fantastic and helped my girls pick out fish made sure he had the ones they wanted and was very knowledgeable. I wanted to share how happy we were with the fish department

This is a very decent Petco. The place is clean and doesn't have a smell that you usually smell in bad pet stores. The animals look well taken care of. The sections are pretty well stocked. The aquarium section is large and well stocked. They carry reptile and amphibian support items. They have decent discounts.The parking lot is meh, they could use more cart returns and carts in general. The spaces are not super well marked but it doesn't matter too much.The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is a lovely guy there that is the manager of reptiles. Absolutely amazing. Gave me the most knowledge took his time showing me things and explaining. I wish I caught his name but sweetest understanding and patient! If I ever have questions or interested in anything I will definitely specifically be going for him. My husband and I were beyond impressed and look forward to seeing him in the future

My pups and I love Kaitlyn!!! She is so great with my dogs and she does a beautiful job grooming them!Three doodles every 7 weeks is a big deal and I’m so happy to have found her!Also, thank goodness for the Petco Vital Care program!

Very happy with our local Petco grooming center. I brought my cats in for claw trimming. The lab techs were efficient, friendly and flexible (one cat is particularly tough). I also saw all the dogs getting groomed and even though it's a busy place everyone (including the pups) looked happy.

If you own fish, skip this place. Substrate is limited and over priced, plants always look terrible along with its limited supply. Shelves were half empty and most of the things you’ll need to properly take care of your fish will have to be ordered online and shipped. Waste of time to even go in the store. Amazon has a lot of the same products and brands for much cheaper. Honestly, I don’t think I’m ever coming back here. Support your local fish stores and. It these big chain stores. Just not worth it.

They have FINALLY changed their pet purchasing policies and the size of available cages. These larger size cages are bare minimum and should be bigger.Please understand that "pocket pets" need ample room to run and play and not be in little fish tanks. It is fine short term but not long term.Many of the staff are very well informed. They work here vecause they live their own animal babies.Always adopt first, and they have a great adoption program for different pocket perts.

Do not bring your dogs here to be groomed.To start the groomer was very rude when i came to pickup my dog, before i even had a chance to see her.My beautiful girl is a bernadoodle & is supposed to get doodle cuts. whoever this lady was shaved my dog completely and without any consent from us. NOT OKAY. To top it off when i called the manager to ask why my dog looked horrible both her and this groomers response was “you can come dig through the trash and look for her hair” or “you can go somewhere else” like no duh we are going somewhere where there are professional groomers not someone you hired from off the streets.do not bring your animals here, very unprofessional & treats animals horribly!
