Panera is not for those counting carbs because you don't want to pass up a bread bowl for your soup, or the mac 'n cheese, or a baguette with your salad, or a sandwich on a baguette... Panera's bread is what you want when you crave bread! Love their broccoli cheddar soup!!! They have some good drink options, too. And their flatbread pizza is delightful. Service is interesting because it is cafeteria style, so you order and then wait for your food to be ready and take it from the counter, then you scrape off your dishes and throw away your garbage, and leave your dishes at the disposal station. There's not a lot of support or interaction with the staff. The atmosphere is clean and has a warm café vibe. Unfortunately, I've found that Panera has become really expensive, so it isn't a place I can go to often.

This was a $7 bacon breakfast sandwich. Half a slice a bacon is pretty pathetic. Contacted support and they said “sorry. Not going. To do anything but hope you come back” definitely will never be back. We ordered 4 sandwiches and all were messed up in some way. My mothers a vegetarian and there was a piece of the skimpy bacon on her veggie breakfast sandwich.

The food was mediocre on the border of not good. The service was ok, but I always feel like being there is an inconvenience to the staff. It's got a pretty decent atmosphere, but I looked around and most of the people didn't have food, just hanging out for a workspace. What I got was way overpriced and it's hard to walk out of there without feeling like you didn't just get ripped off. It used to be good, I think this company is on its way out. The menu is pretty sparse, I opened google to see if there was anything else, but that's really it for options.

You know what to expect when you go to a Panera, and this particular franchise delivers just that; decent and fresh food served hot and quickly.They were out of the quinoa bowl which was disappointing and the place was a little cluttered and disheveled because of the crowd, but it was still a satisfactory lunch. I would call this upscale fast food.Kudos to Panera for offering a variety of craft beverages with fancy ice teas from 0 to 300 cal.

Serving microwaved honey and almonds for breakfast. I am sorry to report that this once reliable Panera has fallen to the wolves. The first sign of its demise was the employee reading a magazine behind the register. When asked if he was working? "No, I am on break." When the oatmeal qinoa honey power bowl arrived it was covered with cinnamon crunch brown sugar, not honey. A replacement was requested. The replacement was cold. A replacment was requested. The replacement was the same bowl microwaved to excessive temperatures, including the almonds and the honey/ Who microwaves almonds and honey? It was disgusting. The replacement came back with no spoon. You can see in the photo one tray for each replacement requested. Plus the spoon makes 4 trips to the counter to get an inferior product. When I asked what was going on back there, what happened to the quality control? "We're just bouncing around." Time to stop bouncing and shape up. Next time I want a quinoa power bowl I will go to The Works, a locally owned chain with a branch on Main Street in downtown Keene.

I ordered an ice tea for $3.60 expensive! I asked for lemon and was told "we don't have lemons". Really a restaurant that does not have lemons.No bagels available at the store.Staff was loud and juvenile preparing the orders.Not going back to this store.

I just got an order via Door Dash. Soup, cookie, bread bowl and frozen coffee drink. I am NOT disappointed! The soup was hot, bread bowl warm and my drink was frozen. Tomato soup is one of my favorites, I have gotten it from MANY places in the state but this one is my ABSOLUTE favorite! I never tried this Frozen Caramel Coffee before and I will definitely be ordering it again! I used to go in all the time, 5 years ago, and the employees were ALWAYS very polite and helpful and kind. Can't imagine that changed. I absolutely LOVE the soups and drinks and cookies and I have NOTHING negative to say. Wonderful experiences and wonderful food.

The fresh new environment and happy employees makes this new adventure a real positive outlook for the community, the patrons and its employees.
