I Love One Stop CPS, but more importantly, I trust them! We have a menagerie of misfit (rescue and special needs) animals, and we truly enjoy our visits. We have never had any issues with the insects for the reptiles or any of the treats/ food for everyone else. We have a spotted leopard Geecko, a release Dove, and several fish from them, too. Great expertise advice, too.

They carry Barworthies smoked bones. I bought six of them for my huskies. When they chewed them, the bones broke into knife like shards. I brought them back to the store, the clerks were incredulous. They assured me they would take them off the shelf. They didn't. I complained a second time, no action. It's reasonable to expect that they curate products that will protect the health and safety of our animals. Clearly they have no interest in protecting your dogs.

This pet store is great and I only gave it 3 stars because their reptile section is lacking quite a bit. If you have a dog or cat this is definitely the place to go they also have a good small animal section but they only had the bare minimum for reptiles.

There are two pet stores in Keene NH that sell fish. I had been shopping at the national chain, but had an outbreak of disease that decimated my tank. The employee who caught my fish didn't respect them. So after a long decontamination, I visited OneStop. There I found a knowledgeable caretaker who understood the fish, invertebrates and plants. He told me the water parameters of his tanks and understood little details about the species of invertebrates in the tanks. That is someone with whom I want to do business. I have had fish all my life and usually found that I know more than the store staff. But I learned something at OneStop, and that's where I'm shopping now.

I have been here many times but this was the first time in the past year. I am unsure if it was a staff change over or maybe it just isn't the same in general but I was not impressed. They had no exotic fish like they usually do and the staff were not as friendly. They did not know the name of one of the fish I was inquiring about, which was off putting. I dont think we will be back for a while which is disappointing considering how often we used to go here.

Decent little pet store. Popped in to get our daughter a fish and some fish food for her dorm room. I'm sure we will be back the next time we come to visit her at the college. The 2 young ladies working yesterday were very nice.

I really wanted to love this place, but the condition of their beta fish is heartbreaking to say the least. Several were pale and sitting on the bottom of their tiny little bowls, not moving. For people who know anything at all about fish, it’s obvious that they’re in bad condition and will die very soon. It’s a shame to see a local business that people rave about caring so little for the animals they sell.

I believe they recently changed ownership. The new employees are incredibly rude, and they also refuse to honor the loyalty program free bag of dog food. It’s too bad, they used to have great customer service, but we’ve had several bad experiences since it changed hands. We’ll be getting our dog food and treats from Agway from now on

Love this place! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All the products I've tried are very good quality. They offer a frequent-customer rewards program, with which you earn free products (buy 10 bags of pet food, get the 11th free, for example). Overall, a nice change-of-pace from the bigger chain stores.

One Stop should be the go to place for all your pet supply needs, from the vast variety of high quality foods, toys, equipment and accessory items. If they don't have it, you probably don't need it. The staff is always helpful with there product knowledge and service. I have always found the store neat and clean with a pleasant atmosphere. And the pricing is always on point too, even compared to the online retailers like Chewy's or Amazon. I really enjoy supporting this local business, my cat does too . . .

The staff at One Stop are all very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel it's very important to support One Stop because they not only carry the highest quality products but they donate very large quantities of high quality products to Monadnock Humane society(our local shelter). The prices are great but I'd pay more there simply to assist w/their involvement in our community. Local businesses supporting other local businesses deserve our support. I really feel it's our duty to help when we are able. One Stop sets the best example for local businesses. Amazing service, friendly staff, knowledgeable in every aspect. There is nothing that could improve them as they are already at the very top!!

Clean pace fish look well cared for and so do aquatic plants. Prices were decent. However I was there for approximately 25 to 30 minutes and no one showed in the aquarium area which isn't huge enough to not be seen or be lost in. planning on purchasing a little over $100 worth of stuff but no one came around. Store had very few customers in it. so I went elsewhere.

Today was my first time going in here, as I live over an hour away and rarely visit the Keene area. I gotta say...it was magical. The store is just the right size. They have LOTS of pet supplies, pretty much everything you could ever want and need. They have a lot of quality dog and cat foods, small animal and reptile supplies, and tons of aquaria-related stuff which is my cup o tea. I really enjoyed my time in there. The prices are pretty decent, about what you would expect but they have a lot of harder-to-find species of freshwater fish. Many more than most anywhere else will carry. A few rare aquariums that no one else stocks and has to be special ordered, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning! You should check it out if you haven't yet.

Great selection of aquatic plants! Impressed with the customer service, specifically in the fish department. Unlike most pet stores the employees here actually take the time to set up the aquariums with plants and driftwood; providing the ideal environment and best example possible. It's worth the 45min drive past the other location because the Keene store in the BEST!

I love this place, they've got some of the best pet food, treats and toys that you can't find in any other store.The staff that works here is great, they're more knowledgeable then some staff at other places, not only do they care about your pet's wellbeing, they always give great advice.The pup I rescued needed a lot of help and when he wouldn't pack on the weight like I wanted him to along with having some unruly puppy issues, I immediately came here and they took the time out to help and not just say some rubbish that makes absolutely no sense.they gave me their recommendations and yet once again without failure they were spot on, for those who say it's to expensive I've got exactly one thing and one thing only to say and that is its worth the money.What really, really has me sold is how clean it is and they don't dog discriminate unlike so many other stores.

Excellently maintained. The fish section in particular was superb. Tanks were clean, organized, and the fish seemed healthy. I was impressed with the care taken of the Bettas. Staff was knowledgeable about the aquarium fish available, and the animals were very well priced compared to local competitors. Can you find cheaper fish food elsewhere? Probably. But for the kind and useful service provided here, I'd never go anywhere else in the Keene area again. Wonderful experience.

I have been in two times since I left (my rating has nothing to do with being an ex employee) two people of management (marketing and finance) both times they didn't know what to do, it is what it is the store has recently sold owners. Both times not one of them actually tried to learn how to do what I needed help with (return and store credit) they immediately turned around and started messing with phones..... To bad this store used to have such a knowledgeable staff......

Lots of good items. I usually tend to go to Bratt, but stopped in at Keene location to test it out. All staff are nice besides the Keene newer lady up front. Was not impressed, and she was very rude and short. I'll avoid Keene store unfortunately.
