This is no longer a dollar store! Everything is now $1.25. They were always so busy, I cant see why they would need to increase their prices. They should change their name as well. Update from visit 11/2/23, they are reorganizing the aisles. This made it rather difficult to find items. Along w/the shelves were mostly empty! If they are letting items run out to make rearranging aisles easier, it's a poor decision. If they have adequate employees then offer a bonus(or like) for employees to work 3rd shift & get the store in order. It's normally a mess but this was ridiculous!! The cashier was warm, didn't respond to kindness or otherwise. Maybe new employee but seemed to know her job very well. Anyways as usual I purchased more than the 3 items I went in for. 2 of the items were not available, again empty shelves. I'll wait to go in again. I'd rather pay the extra(or not) where my shopping experience is satisfying.

I love this place! Everything's $1! It has always been YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Every body that I have come in contact with there has been very polite and caring. I will always bring my business there and if someone was ever to ask I would point them in them in the direction to the dollar tree! Thank you Dollar Tree for you service.

This is a very large Dollar Tree with an impressive selection of $1.25 merchandise. The one downside is the disrepair of the building. It is typical to see buckets on the floor to catch drips from the ceiling - it has been so for years. If you can overlook the bulldog conditions, you will find a great selection in a convenient location with ample parking.

I brought my children (4 and 6) tonight to shop for our camping trip. We were running a little behind so the trip was rushed. The woman who was closing the store gracefully helped my children cash out and told me not to worry about the time. She went the extra mile for my family! We made memories here today that is incredibly valuable. The experience was more professional and personable than I have experienced in any store in a very long time. I am looking forward to seeing this woman again.. the only thing I would have changed is getting her name so I could thank her during regular business hours.Thank you Keene Dollar Tree for this!

The usual messy store. Could not find what i was looking for. Staff was clueless. Most items are low quality, but what do you expect for $1..... sorry $1.25.

What could be better than EVERYTHING being a dollar. So many things to choose from. Love going here. Need to stop more often. Friendly staff. Good time. Things went up to $1.25 but still a bargain.

I've gotten a few good deals at the Dollar Tree, including dish soap, sponges, a coloring book, pot holders, and gift bags. Personally, I would not purchase things like big plastic bins and glasses from China. I don't trust those products.

So they had 1 cashier, 3 Managers on duty. I know because I asked. They opened a 2nd register and closed down the 1st, making the guy directly in front of me and myself move to the back of the line. We spent about 20 mins or so in line grand total. About 15 in the 1st and roughly 5 or so in the second. Definitely not customer centric.

Went in with my husband and some one had two carts full of stuff. The poor cashier (who was there alone besides the assistant manager, I asked) called for help. The ASM took one customer then retreated back to the office after coping an attitude with my husband because his "light wasnt on" (and obviously we should have known better)There were three people ahead of us and 8-10 people behind us. Horrible customer service. Cant make money without your customer, maybe make them a priority next time.

Boxes blocking the aisle and shelves were not stocked. I was very disappointed could not find anything that I was looking for that I know they carry and have in stock most of the time. Only one cashier on the register & the line was crazy. Was very disappointed. The one good thing about the visit the cashier was very pleasant even though people were complaining about the long line and the store being very messy.

Dollar tree is the Dollar tree. Consistently mediocre. It's amazing sometimes when you think about what they actually sell, but you don't go there for things that will last. You go there for temporary solutions :-)

It's time to get with the reality of our current health issues. Came into a isle where there was at least 8 people all in the same 8 ft area and only 2 were wearing mask. If people aren't respecting the rules inside then you need set rules at the door. Tjmax 2 doors down had a line outside so it's obvious that their rules are not hurting the business. 1 comes out 1 goes in limiting the number of people inside. Most people realize it is the new norm and will continue to come to a business that sets standards and shows their concern for your safety. I suggest that this company should stop thinking about profit 1st and look at what the competition is doing for their customers. We will soon find out who will survive and who will sink as business grasp the concept or not.

Not as dirty as usual. Bought some $1 plastic table cloths seemed like a 4 / a dollar table cloth. So thin you could see through it!

Everything really is $1. If your needs can be met by lesser quality Goods it works out really well.
