They are the best! The veterinarian is so kind and gentle with my animals and so thorough. The staff is amazing and thoughtful when dealing with the difficult times we go through with our pets. They have her medicine every time I call to refill it, and they are not overpriced. The prices for everything are very reasonable and worth every penny. The office and rooms are extremely clean and pet friendly. I'm so happy that I found this veterinarian!

I love Dr Jill. She is great with all my dogs, and each dog has unique problems. She has made my extremely anxious dog fear the vet less with her amazing vet tech staff. My dog was petrified of the vet and now he is far more comfortable. Will continue going for a long time!

We recently moved here, and were lucky to have this place recommended by a coworker. They couldn't have been more right! Dr. Jill is professional and really cares about her patients, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic is small, but that also makes for a really personal experience. I had a few questions after my appointment, and they got right back to me, even my doctor doesn't do that. I'll definitely be back.

My Lab loves Dr. Jill. When the poor fur baby got sick, the staff helped us through the whole process. Even the surgery. Highly recommend as they are very professional and good at what they do, they not only make your pet feel at ease, but they help you understand everything.

The staff here has been very helpful in all of our visits. We have a young and old dog that they take great care of when visiting. I never feel rushed when asking questions, and they're very receptive to asking about other options (especially in the case of our older dog). They have also pointed out cheaper options outside of their practice when it comes to medication, which I appreciate!

My Molly has visited Dr. Jill and her team a few times now. I am truly happy with this facility. Mollys previous vet gave us a crazy treatment plan for a cleaning. They said she would need extractions because some of her teeth were loose.I am glad I didn't take them for their word. I went to Dr. Jill for a second opinion, she stated that there would be no need for extractions and she would give Molly a cleaning.Molly had her cleaning today and she came home happy. The staff are exceptional and took good care of Molly. Kenyon and Kerry were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this veterinary practice!

I unfortunately had to bring our dog here due to development of bruises on his belly, it was cancer and very aggressive form at that. They were very compassionate and took care to make sure he was treated with respect. would recommend.

This is such an absolute gem of a place! We've been taking our super senior (18, almost 19 years old) dog to see them for probably the last 5 or 6 years now? so this review is long overdue. While our old girl is in pretty good shape for her age, her senior status makes her obviously more intense to care for than a younger dog. We'vve had a few serious medical situations that have had us needing last minute appointments, walking in right at end of day to pick up meds, or calling several times in a weekend to ask questions/get advice, and the staff has always been so supportive and compassionate. She can be finicky, anxious, and uncooperative, but they work with her without being rough they do everything in their power to help you. Dr Jill is professional without being cold, explains things in detail but in such a way that it can be understood, and never makes us feel badly about any decisions we make for our pet's care. When she makes a recommendation to us, its always with a focus on what we can realistically expect, not making us go through lots of testing/procedures that would be unnecessary or expensive. I cant recommend them enough for veterinary care!

I have been bringing my entire pack of dogs to Hollis Veterinary Hospital for over 2 years. I chose Dr. Jill because I prefer a more holistic approach, when it comes to core vaccines and the overall wellbeing of my dog’s health. Dr. Jill takes the time to listen, offer excellent advice and treats my dogs as if they are her own. Dr. Jill and her staff is top notch. I am able to call the office, explain what my concern is and I am given an appointment within a reasonable time frame. The staff is always so positive and helpful.Recently, one of my dogs went missing. Due to the power of social media (facebook!) they knew that my dog was missing and how upset I was. Later that day, I received a phone call from one of the staff at Dr. Jill’s office. --She asked if my dog had returned and that she was safe. ---How many vets do you know that would do that?Bottom line; your pets are not a number or a folder in the office. Dr. Jill treats with compassion, understanding and knowledge. I would highly recommend you stop in and meet Dr. Jill and her staff. I promise you will be very happy you did!

Our family has been taking our dogs to Hollis Veterinary Hospital for years. The dogs have always had excellent care. When our 13 year old German Shorthaire had to be put down, Jill came to our home after business hours to do the procedure. She was very comforting to both my dog and me. My family followed Dr. Jill from her previous practice where she was an associate for 10 years. Collectively over the past 15 years she has has been working collaboratively with myself, my brothers, and my parents to provide all of our dogs the most compassionate and comprehensive care from puppyhood through old age. She encourages questions and client participation in the decision-making process when complicated illnesses arise. We've always appreciated her conscientiousness towards cost and ability to provide fabulous care without running up the bill at every visit…Her staff is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. Dr. Jill and all the staff at the Hollis Veterinary Hospital are the BEST! My Jack Russell, Petie, developed SARDs. It meant frequent trips to the vet and a whole lot of angst but they made the ordeal a lot easier. When Petie passed away it was with the help of Dr. Jill....I can't thank her enough for the kindness she showed me that day! I also have two 15 year old cats so I still get to see my "team". You guys are AWESOME!

Overall a good experience. However, we did have to wait for about a half hour to before seeing the doctor. We showed up on time and were the only clients in the office. Staff was professional and efficient. This was for a routine check-up and shots so nothing traumatic for our dog.

They recommended that my dog have some of his teeth pulled out because they were rotting. He was suffering even more after the surgery then he was before the surgery and had to be put down a couple weeks later. This happened in 2013. Hopefully things have changed by now, but I'm still not going back.
