Today I had the pleasure of grooming with Kim for the 1st time, and actually my very 1st time grooming at all. I'm a 1st time puppy owner of a very tiny toy poodle with some anxiety and very moppy/wirey curls. She is also knowingly very fidgety as I have tried trimming her myself. I was so pleased with my visit!!! I didn't know what to expect and was initially a little nervous to separate from her. Upon arriving I was immediately at ease; LuLu felt comfortable in her arms right off the bat and that made me feel comfortable. The place is set up nice & clean, and I love how it felt loving, homey and private. I was not sure what I wanted and I expected her first visit to be nothing more than a quick bathe and trim. She had great suggestions and I told her to do whatever she could handle. Service did not take long at all, no wait time either. I was SO surprised upon pick-up to see my baby happily chilling and looking so brand new and stylish. She was able to pull off a FULL traditional poodle-doo the first time around, no problem. LuLu smells SO good & the cut is so so clean and admirable! I will most definitely be coming back here each time for sure. Pricing is outrageously REASONABLE, so I felt the need to leave a big tip- SO well deserved!! I would choose her over & over. Thank you so much for an awesome experience!!! Kimm provided exceptional care for my dog, Athena! Not only did she handle the grooming wonderfully, but she also went above and beyond by accommodating a delay due to a personal issue. I'm incredibly grateful for her flexibility and dedication. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to her for future pet care needs!

Kim is absolutely amazing with all types of dogs. She loves what she does and it shows. I will not be going anywhere else with my dog, she has been grooming Charlie for over 5 years and he loves to go see her.

I brought Zoey today for her first groom here. Staff is very friendly and the space is safe and secure. They got Zoeys cut perfect the first time. Very happy and booked another appointment.

Brought in my rag doll kitten who is very fluffy and started to get some matting. She recommended the hair cut/Clean up and she did a great job! He looks awesome! Will be back!

Brought my cat there for his first time. They did an amazing job and got a ton of fur out of my endless shedding cat. I was worried he would not be good but they said he did great and were even able to blow dry him. They were done in under a couple hours. Definitely returning and recommending to all my cat owner friends.

Super fast, great grooming experience for my doodle. First time I’ve ever picked her up from a groomer where she wasn’t completely anxious and upset. So happy to find this place!
