I've always enjoyed my shopping experience at Big lots and the employees are always wonderful and very helpful. The shelves are usually plenty full with many different items to choose from .The store prices seem to be going up consistently where it's not like a bargain store anymore.

Went in to get sheets thinking we could get half off. Sign says buy 1 get 1 half off ENTIRE STOCK. Then in small print it says “selection varies”. So which is big lots? Is it entire stock or only certain selection ? Will never go again!!!!

I went in for a pop up gazebo type tent and an above ground pool. Asked an associate, who was super helpful and she got me the pop up and the pool from the back within minutes and brought them. I was outta there in no time with awesome service.

Second time returning something and had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to appear and put in a code. No one seemed to this was unusual. Only one person has the code and cant share it apparently. No apologies, no acknowledgement of the ridiculously long wait. Then asked for location of an item in stock and was told they didnt know where in the store it was. No offer to look or find out and suggested I "look around", as I'm standing there using a cane and wearing a leg brace obviously in pain from waiting so long. Wont be shopping here anymore. Rather pay more and shop where customers are treated better.

I just love this place you can find so many cool things, was busy but theyb got 2 more cashiers up front and line moved quickly, and all if their employees are friendly and helpful!

Ordered delivery from this big lots and the majority of the order was cancelled due to being out of stock. Since I didn't want a $5 bag of candy delivered with the $10 delivery fee, I called 2 hours before the order was scheduled to be delivered to cancel it. I was told it would be cancelled and they would follow up with me to confirm in a couple minutes. An hour later I never received that phone call and got a text alert saying my order had been picked up and was on its way to me. So I called AGAIN and requested a cancellation, was told they would get into contact with the driver and the order would be cancelled and refunded. I was left on hold this time for 20 minutes until I was hung up on. So I called the store directly and was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do since my order was already picked up. They said I could bring the candy back for a refund but the delivery fee would NOT be refunded. What a complete joke. After multiple phone calls and emails with these incompetent people, I've gotten nowhere. Save your money and your sanity and shop somewhere else.

Store is horrible. Filthy , bathrooms are nasty and so humid inside the store you literally roast while shopping , definitely no Air Conditioner inside. Those poor employees at the registers sweating to deathManager doesn’t listen to any requests

I mean it's Big Lots! That says a lot right there. The prices can't be beat, the staff here was super helpful and the best part? It's clean and organized.. I have visited here many times with just an item or 2 on my mind and leave with so much more. The sales are always worth it and the quality of the products are A++

This is an average Big Lots located in Goffstown and right next door to a dollar tree. The items do change a bit from season to season. This store was pretty messy and still had clearance items up from last year some of them being expired. I think this would be a really great store if they organized it and cleaned it up. For those who might not know, Big lots also sells furniture, and this location has a decent selection of furniture.

Employees are smart and nice. The bathrooms and store is very clean, ive been in big lots that are gross and the employees dum as nails, this one isnt that. The management here works super hard to make the customers happy and i like the variety of items they stock.

This is one of the only Big lots in the area. It's inventory fluctuates based on manufacturer closeouts and how motivated the employees are to stock the shelves. Generally if you visit this chain of stores often you will find a good deal on just about anything. This location is very dated but generally well-stocked.The storefront the store occupies used to be a chain called Stewarts. It was a rather large retail store not too different from Bradley's.

Great praise has a lot of cool stuff nice furniture that definitely holds up for very cheap money I have a sectional that I had bought from there about three years ago and it still looks like brand new no ribs no tears literally a better setup that I have ever boughten other than Bob's I would definitely take Big Lots over Bob's or Ashley's Furniture or Bernie and Phyl's it holds up so much better and way way nicer and way-way cheaper

Big lots is one of those places where some days it is good and other days not so much. They do have a couple of surprising things there though. For instance, they have those copper pots and pans that I LOVE. They also have the My Pillow if you're into that sort of thing.

This place is awesome, needed some totes for moving got some huge ones like 58 gallon for only 13$ each, staff was helpful,seemed to be very clean, they were closing and didn't rush us or say anything, got k cups,cereal,totes,socks, and a kitchen knife all at the same place, open till 10pm !!! Thanks BIG LOTS!!!

The new allstate protection plan for furniture isn't all that great. They have a limit of claims that you can do. That's fine but not what I was told otherwise biglots really can have some great things for a bargain

This Big Lots has a little but if everything for everyone. It's like a condensed Walmart with a furniture gallery. Prices here are very good with name brand items being marked down significantly at times. Overall if you need something quick and don't want to travel to Walmart this is the place for you.

I purchased a gazebo on May 7th and paid cash. I asked the sales associate Gabriel if it would be ok to hold onto if till the end of June, middle of July. I said if that’s an issue, I understand and will pass on the purchase. Gabriel informed me that it would be ok and that he would tag it with my receipt, name and phone number.So I go back to Big Lots on the last week of June to make sure the gazebo is still there. I was thankful that it was still there and told them I would be picking it up in a couple of weeks.Went back today on 7/14 to pick it up and it turns out the Store Manager Ernie sold my gazebo from underneath me. They tell me they can offer me 20% off on the floor model which was all scratched and in pieces.I am beyond upset at this point and my wife is angry AF. She’s going to be calling the corporate headquarters tomorrow to tell them that the store manger sold our Gazebo and thought it would be ok. No phone call, nothing! Big Lots is terrific! You can find practically anything you want here, at a great price, and, unlike some other discount stores, it's clean and organized. Staff are great, too!

They have some prices that are kind of high. I can go to the different places like Walmart and get it cheaper. I thought big lots was supposed to be a discounted store. I guess not because their prices are higher than other stores.

Good store if you are looking for some odds and ends for your house but not the highest quality products. Although I did buy a couch there a few years ago that's still in good condition.
