I live in Elkins and we are truly blessed to have Marshall's Garage here. These are the nicest and most honest people you'll ever meet. They complete the work quickly, on schedule, and they are very thorough. The only downside is that they've become so popular that you'll sometimes have to wait a few weeks to get some things done, like inspections (not their fault, of course!) Devin up front is always incredibly friendly and helpful... Once I was in a real bind and gave her the ol' puppy dog eyes, and she was sweet enough to slip in my overdue inspection between other customers. They let me borrow their loaner car, too... Oh, and they've got awesome radio ads, too! Love these guys!!!

I was over and above an excellent first appointment with Marshall’s. I had an emergency situation with my car and called the garage to see if they could help me. They had me drop it right off and when they had a chance they looked at it. The very next day when they got the part they fixed it. The people were wonderful, professional and very helpful. The fellow that fixed the car explained everything in great detail and was sure he had answered all my questions,I have never had such a positive first visit at a garage before. I recommend them fully especially if you want excellent service and a staff that really cares about you.I wii forever be grateful to them for their prompt and immediate work.

Great service start to finish. Gage and staff kept me in the loop with the whole process, providing suggestions and solutions to solve multiple problems on an old 1995 SL500. Went above and beyond to acquire / rebuild parts under budget to get me back on the road.. It’s really hard to find great mechanics at honest prices, especially for foreign cars. Went to Marshall's yesterday for the first and had a great experience. They started work on my car right at the appointed time and afterwards let me know exactly what was done. The waiting room windows looked out into the garage so you could see your car being worked on. I have been a customer of Marshalls for nearly 30 years (easily 15 different cars). They are always very professional, and have done very good work, including handling some unusual situations. I am a car guy since the age of 16, so can talk the talk - these guys are sharp, qualified and experienced. One great strength is that the front office - the people you speak to when you call - are very knowledgeable and helpful. Many times Devon has gone above and beyond to find needed parts at a reasonable price. If there were more facilities like this, auto mechanics wouldn't have the shabby reputation they enjoy. The customer will pay for high quality work, but he will receive high quality work. Marshall's always provides prompt, professional service. There is a friendly, neighborhood feel at Marshall's. Before an appointment, they give a courtesy call to remind me. My car is taken in for repairs as soon as I get there, and I am kept informed of what problems - if any - are found during the repair session. I also like the Fall undercoating service.
