Very disappointed in the lack of helpfulness of employees. I chose 3 pairs of shoes quickly. The sale was 30% off 3 or/40% off 4 pair. Of course I wanted more off, the clerk heard me tell my husband to choose a pair because I wanted 40 off. He suggested I just get a pair of slippers instead, so I bought 3 shoes and a slipper. Didn't notice on my receipt til I got home (4 hour drive away) that I only got 30% off my purchase A good employee would have pointed out that slippers didn't apply and I needed another shoe for promotion. I missed out on the additional $29.00 I would have saved off the shoes I did buy (30 instead of 40 discount) plus 40% off any other pair. SO aggravated .

Walked in at 6:25 and was promptly told they were closing soon. Then the associate came around at 6:35 and began locking doors loudly before asking us to finish....

Never open. Open after stated online hours and close before stated online hours. Plus no posted hours on store doors. I have never witnessed that before.
