One pharmacist should sign up for a course from excellent customer service. I have not met with being treated like she treated me today in a long time. Unacceptable! I am not planning on using CVS for my medications anymore but I did for years. Please thank for this to your gorgeous pharmacist. She will undoubtedly take yet more customers away from you.

If I could do negative stars I would. The pharmacy should just close because they can’t handle it. Have been in twice in last two days and first day there was a girl there that was soo rude to someone else and today to me. They refuse to answer the phone. Looking forward to a new pharmacy in 2024. BTW Debbie, in the store and sometimes cashier in pharmacy is fabulous!!

A friend was visiting from out of state, and her prescription medication ran out. It was imperative that she not miss a dose. I went to cvs in claremont nh and they were awesome. They listened patiently and had her prescription filled in under 10 minutes. Everyone from the cashier to pharmacist was extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you, CVS

Wish I could give negative number of stars. As others have stated, this is the absolute worste pharmacy in the state and likely the country. They won't bother to answer the phone. Some days they simply don't bother to even open. I have no idea why this store hasn't been closed yet. I'll never know if they ever improve, because I will NEVER go into another CVS anywhere again.

Too much time waiting in line, waiting for days on average for prescriptions to be filled. I don’t know how to run a pharmacy either, but they used to be able to do a good job. It seems like the lack of enforcement of anti-trust laws is the macro level problem. It’s not fair to force sick patients and their caregivers to wait so long and be running out of medications. Much improvement is needed.

This pharmacy has fallen so far in the past year they are so short staffed that they can't keep up with electronic prescriptions and pre-authorizations. This CVS is so short staffed they closed the drive thru about a year ago, waiting on hold forever and that's if your call is even answered. I would like to know if this is because of CVS's involvement and settlement in the large law suit.

Waiting 2 hrs for pharmacy to answer the phone !! Waiting 2 weeks for meds then having to travel out of town to another CVS to have meds filled !! Absolutely unexceptable !! Being told meds would be ready in 4 hrs only to show up wait in line 45 minutes just to be told meds are not available because they did not come in !! Stop lying !!! Having to go over a week without important meds is not Right

Usually a long wait for prescriptions but the staff is friendly and helpful so it makes the situation a little easier to deal with.

For the last two years, I’ve been getting my prescriptions from this location as Covid was coming to an end it’s been very inconsistent Trying to get through to the pharmacy you’ll stay on hold for ever the drive-through is not open and you’ll be told that you can’t get stuff through the drive-through. I personally have a disability so the drive-through is a necessity except for they act like you’re bothering them trying to use the drive-through Staff your locations properly and train your staff the most staff that’s there has been very friendly summers been very standoffish when I asked to use the drive-through. I think this is absolutely crazy for the amount of money they make off medicines and you would think they would want to go the extra mile to give quality. Customer service to their patrons I believe this large corporation needs an eye-opener Customer service to their patrons I believe as large corporation needs an eye-opener if this poor customer service continues, I will take my business elsewhere…

To ALL the pharmacy staff,I hope your higher ups see this. You are all so kind and have an incredible amount of patience considering how busy you are. I just got out of the hospital and needed meds. I called and had a very short hold time then was helped by a very nice woman who went out of her way to make sure my meds would be ready and that I knew they were closing in less than an hour. I headed there and was greeted by a very nice man in the drive through. I have been there many times and always every single one of you are amazing. I always walk away with a smile. Thank you for making even a moment out of the day for each customer pleasant. It really makes a difference. Keep up the fabulous customer service and support!

Pharmacist won’t answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for a cumulative 2 hours today. Answering the phone is a basic function of your job at a pharmacy.

Incompetent underpaid clowns. Always understaffed, always leave you on hold for an hour, always an half hour minimum wait in line in the store just to find out they didn't get around to filling your prescription for yesterday yet. Your business isn't worth their time, I wouldn't bother them with it.

Had appointment scheduled for COVID booster vaccine, but appointment was canceled via automated text message without reason provided. Was unable to contact the pharmacy after this text message to get further information, despite website claiming pharmacy was open. Will not be using CVS any longer for medications or vaccines.

I would give no stars if could. Closing the pharmacy for lunch creates major problems for people who can only get there during that time. I arrived at 1:32 and informed them that this was the only time I could get here. They did not care, very unprofessional.

I was at CVS, Claremont NH yesterday (with a mask on) to pick up some photos and purchase small amount of wet cat food and a covid (2 pack) test kit. The associate "Shelly" was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and easy to relate to, as she is every time I go to this CVS.

They are the most unorganized and incompetent pharmacy that I have ever seen. They never have anything ready even when they have sent a message saying that it was in fact ready. This is unacceptable given that they are often dispensing time sensitive medications to people who sometimes have trouble getting there to pick them up.

I want to like this place but the website makes you want to hate them. First the people at the facility are great, friendly and go out of their way to help. The pharmacist even called me at home when there was an issue transferring my prescriptions. The website has been nothing but problems, not accepting phone numbers, not updating me about prescriptions that are ready etc. Maybe once I get local providers it will get better.

Recently I stopped using CVS for prescription needs and this was in part to poor service. Waiting on hold for nearly an hour as and each time I’ve gone to pick up my prescription that was sent in days prior, it’s not ready. It’s too bad as the people are nice and have great customer skills, but why are prescriptions not being filled upon CVS receiving them and why would I wait on hold for an hour. Unfortunately CVS has lost my business.

The cashier who helped us with picking up our child's medicine was very kind. We did have a question about a coupon though so we're sent to consult we waited 10 mins then we're treated with disrespectful by the pharmacist. She was very snappy and rude as a new customer there because of insurance needs I was very disappointed and don't want to back threw them if that pharmacist is there.

I made a appointment on line for my flue shot. Waited approx. 15mins, then was told that they did not have any more. After the pharmacist that was helping me found the shots. The other pharmacist who was to administer the shot told me I would have to wait at least an hour before they could get to me, even though I had made an appointment. I will never go back to that store again and will now avoid ever using a CVS pharmacy.

UNACCEPTABLE! This pharmacy advertises a drive thru for your convenience, and is the only pharmacy in Claremont with a drive thru. However, they have not opened it in over 6 months. They make you walk into store, all the way to back and then wait in long line up the aisle with those sick or handicapped and trouble with walking/standing for 1/2 hour. What’s the difference if people are waiting in drive thru line or inside to them? What about disabled people who can’t walk & stand like that? What about those not wanting to be exposed to everyone’s illnesses? The ONLY one in Claremont, what a waste!!!

Place use to be great, since Covid its 0 star every time you call or attempt to go there as their hours are inconsistent. Pharmacy not open on weekends really hurts the customers who can't make it there during the week.

me and my friend were looking at a few mascaras when the store manager kept following us around, and told one of his workers to follow us and keep an eye on us, meanwhile the manager kept following us. he asked me where i put a mascara that i previously holding and i told him i put it back, and he insisted that i retrace my entire steps when i emptied out my pockets. terrible service. and he wouldn't let me buy the stuff i was carrying. never going back.

I just recently went through the drive thru and the customer service was horrific. Not only for me, but for the woman in front of me as well. I went to the window at first because the sign said "use both lanes" and the other lane was taken. The employee at the window told me the lane I was in was only for Covid testing. So I asked him why there wasn't a sign stating that and he rudely said "the sign fell off, we have to wait for another one" so I went to the other lane. When I finally got helped he asked me for the name I was picking up for so I told him. He then goes "speak up, I can't hear you" so I said the name louder and he goes "no need to yell" which I didn't. I then asked for someone else to help me. When I asked for his name him and his manager refused to tell me and said "you need to call customer service, we can't help you" I will DEFINITELY not be going back there.

Being disabled, stroke patient, brain surgery patient, back surgery patient etc… they can never get my scripts filled within even a day or two, nor can they serve me through the drive through, tell me I need to walk to the back of their store if I want my meds… time for a new pharmacy!!!

WALGREENES is better!! it takes more than 24 hrs to put ten pills in a bottle?!?!? 7 people behind the counter of the pharmacy, 1 register open, waited in line to be told i needed to wait 20 minutes for a script that was called in the morning before. Only chose cvs because no walgreenes in town. Never again!! Big thumbs down!

I was using the photo kiosk and staff were so helpful even gave me tips about doing my photo order from home with the CVS app and other helpful advice. Really nice people and my pictures were done before I finished shopping in the store!

This pharmacy, over the last two years, has repeatedly refused to help me get a prescription holder added to my cvs card. They "don't have time" to provide customer service.Yesterday the Asian woman LIED. TO. MY. FACE. She claimed that GoodRX doesn't accept pet prescriptions or prescriptions from Veterinarians any more. This would mean that my dog will be PTS because her siezure medication is astronomical in price. Upon calling GoodRX I've found that this is absolutely not the case! They have and always will cover pets! This pharmacy does NOT want to service customers. They are lazy and lie! Will never go back to this CVS for anything as the front of the store isn't much better.
