Lexi was the best! She had not been working for the Pet Center a long time when I went to the store. I was impressed about how much she knew about the different types of food for cats & dogs. Update: the more I go to the store the more I find for my little Yorkie. They have gotten great for stocking treats for little dogs. So many of the pet stores cater to just the lab size and bigger dogs. As always thanks you guys for having a great little small business in town.I love to support local businesses. I have purchased frozen raw from newfound pet and has been wonderful. The owners are great to work with. I had an issue and Scott went above and beyond to make things right. If they don't have what you need ask they will try to get your product if they can. Great little local business.

Wouldn't recommend buying reptile food here. Mealworms were not only all mostly dead, but the cup contained nearly half of what it was supposed to. Attempted to contact to resolve this, got one email back and then no further reply after.Animals seemed malnourished, sick, with a few exceptions.

The only inappropriate comment at check out was his making me feel i didnt belong there because i said something was to expensive! And there was one person leaving when i came .i had no problem with him shoveling it was his attitude when i left i said thank you i did not get your welcome . This is exactly the defensive aggressive attitude that i got while there . . I have a right to share my expierence you were rude plain and simple because i said something was expensive. I had bad experience there the owner is rude and childish they stuck a rabbit in a 10 gallon fishtank after I gave him to them for a new home after I saw that I asked for him back he didn't have him for Evan 10 minutes and he said no he's his profit now etc so he said the tank was temporary but I went back and saw he had no water bottle etc just sitting in pee he can't Evan turn his body in a fish tank so i sent my mother in and hes now back home were he can actually breath good luck to you all who drop any pets off there

We stay in the area during Spring and Summer season and I was worried I wouldn't be able to find holistic or natural products for my 3 dogs because it's a small town. Well I was wrong. Bristol Pet has absolutely everything I use back at home. It's a great sized store and the owners are super friendly and accommodating. They are a real gem in the quaint town of Bristol. Highly recommend

Made my first trip to this new pet center. They have a huge selection of items for a small store. We were specifically looking for salt water fish. Purchased a maroon clown (he was really good sized) and an emerald crab. Both have acclimated well and appear healthy. Also got a holding tank that was really well priced. The woman (I'm believing the owner) was very sweet! Definitely worth checking out- support small business!

Fabulous selection of dog treats, they have so much that my dog isn't allergic to. He loves having a variety of limited ingredient and made in the USA treats. The cat toys are ADORABLE, the food selection is great, fish and small animal tanks are very clean, and the owners are so nice. This is my new local pet store.

The owners are very friendly. I went there with my partner because we were looking into getting hamsters. We both bought a habitat from them. Unfortunately one of the habitats were missing a few items (which happens sometimes), and we also decided to just get one hamster instead of two. We went back to return them and they were very patient and understanding. I highly recommend this pet shop.

Super easy dog washing and blow dry. My two grandogs smell so much better! Quick, easy, close by and no mess to clean up. Awesome.

My experience with Newfound Pet Center was great! It's a small and friendly family owned business. The first time I entered I was kindly greeted by the owners and their adorable dog. I was deciding on buying the first home for a Robo Russian Hamster and a home for a Large Syrian hamster. I was pleasantly surprised with the different options available and ended up buying 2 new critter homes (Kaytee Crittertrail Two Level Habitat and the Kaytee CritterTrail 1-Level Habitat). After some research I found that the 2 level habitat was to small for a Syrian hamster and unluckily the habitat for the robo had some missing parts form the manufacturer, which on a rare occasion can happen with Kaytee products. Even though that was the case, it was a quick trip back to store and nice and easy return process with no problems. I recommend giving them a visit if you have the time!

If you have a reptile DO NOT buy your insects here. They’ve sold me parasites in the mealworms the past 2 times I’ve gone there to get my lizard food and now she’s sick.
