I love this store. They have a great selection and a very helpful and friendly staff. Their pricing is competitive and they send coupons often for even more savings. It never takes long to find anything or to check out. The store layout is perfect and the store is very clean, neat and well stocked. Definitely a great area neighborhood market.

They take care of their store, clean, almost always stocked up on the necessities and then some, it is a smaller store but the staff is super nice.

Friendly staff for the most part. Fresh produce is my main shop and I am pleased. Always nice to the kids when I bring them in. Not bad for a small store.

Used to buy this pizza all the time and it was really good, now it's just false advertising. Look at the picture..... Then look at the actual pizza... The pizzas used to look just like they did on the picture with a real crust.... Rip off

We ordered 11 party platters for my parents' 50th anniversary party. The employees did a fantastic job! There were a couple of items that were not available, but they did a great job making equivalent accommodations. Communication was great throughout the process. Ordering was easy. Platters were ready when we arrived. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Party guests kept asking where we got the food from and commenting on how delicious it was. Would definitely use them again for future events.

Hannaford has been my go to for all my groceries for over a decade now.The store is privately owned so you can find the nicest staff ever, Every worker you'll see are all always all put together very well. They are all happy and respectful bunch you can see just by looking around that they are happy with the work they are doing the energy feels great inside. But the prices are really crazy high its absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay way more for my food just because I can not get a ride anywhere else. It's just not right!

I live in a "big" city, and when I drove into this Hannaford's parking lot I thought "this place is tiny."Yes, it's tiny in comparison to what I'm used to, but it packs it in nicely. It has a great selection of wine, any kind of dairy you need. Well-stocked meat /butcher section, yummy tarts and baked goods... I was very pleased with my shopping experience there

I am out of state and just stopped by to get some snacks and needs! I was impressed with the cleanliness and freshness of choices at the Deli dept. also the prices where very cheap comparing to my state NJ, also the options make you hard to decide what to get :) Supermarket selections where great as well. Well managed business in my opinion and will definitely come back.

My girlfriend walked in and brought the wrong card and your cashier asked of our food stamps ran out. First off we do not have EBT and even if we did that is none of her business. Extremely unprofessional and I will be filing a complaint complaint with the corporate office. If you do shop here avoid this particular person because "she doesn't see a problem with what she said" absolutely unacceptable, I'm not one for having someone removed pr fired but when you are in customer service and you say something like that, it angers people. Again I will be calling corporate

Great customer service. A great hometown supermarket. Wish the seafood department was better stocked.

I like the fact that they have baggers. They're very quick about getting you through the line which is good, and the Baggars are always concerned where you want your stuff. I like that they put the lunch meat and cheese out in a deli area as well. Makes the shopping much quicker if you find what you like.

Most helpful, friendly staff imaginable - remember their regulars from week to week , even our cat's name & our food preferences. Small store so do not always have every item we are looking for, but we LOVE this store!

Store was okay. Had plenty of diet Pepsi in stocks. However, the staff was standing around talking about covid 19 very loudly, and scared off a few people. I was undeterred, and purchased my diet pepsi anyway. The cashier quickly pulled her mask up over her nose and rang me up. As I was leaving the staff continued laughing about coronavirus very loudly and being obnoxious.

No matter if I go to Plymouth or Bristol, I get rewards. Get what I need at a reasonable price and people are always friendly!!

Two registers open with lines of customers into the isles. I only had a few items in my cart and no express line open. I ended up leaving my items at the "customer service" desk that also wasn't open and going to the gas station to buy enough to get me through the day. Hire more help or don't bother being open.

Great store for our small town, pretty fairly priced despite the current inflation, decent selection for its small foot print.

Let me start with I shop here all the time . But today I was very disappointed my cashier Nick g must have had a cold because he kept wiping his nose with his finger while he was cashing me out ring in my items and also handed me my change with a fresh wipe off his wet nose and the sniffles that followed as he handed me my change. I'm thinking great hope my new baby at home doesn't get sick

It's a smaller hanaford but it still carries alot. Its very clean and has great employees. There's a really nice produce area and deli. I can still find what i need at affordable prices. There handicap parking and entrance. A nice bakery with a good muffin and muffin section. All in all a very solid store.

Great store, generally speaking most employees love it when you just stop to chat with them like a normal human. I think I have only had awkward conversations a few times in the years I have gone here. Their selection is however limited, so keep that in mind.It used to be a shop and save which was a smaller company, however Hannaford's bought them out and as such it maintains a a vibe from both companies. The only minor issue would be with the selection of organic products, but that because their size is limited and the area it is in wouldnt make sense to have higher priced items. They do however have a decent organic selection, plenty to get by on. Also their fish selection is amazing for a small store. The butchers also do a fantastic job and quite often have better sales than I would find at their larger stores.I would much prefer to go to this store than a larger one, like in New London NH.

The store in Bristol has gone downhill since the Hannaford chain took over. Little by little, several of the brands have been replaced by the Hannaford brand. I spoke briefly with the manager about this and was told that much of those items all come from the same supplier, just carry a different brand. Still, it's frustrating when you specifically shop to purchase a particular brand and it's not there. In the meat department, I've had a hard time finding a 1-pound package of hamburg. The few times I've looked, they've all been in the neighborhood of 1 1/3 pounds or over. I've also had a difficult time finding thin cuts of beef. I asked the meat department man about this and was told I should show up early in the morning if I want those items. Wait, I thought I was the customer. I did point out to him that Walmart carries 1-pound pound hamburg pack-ups all the time and that perhaps I would have to shift my shopping habits. Nobody seems to care.Several items have a little black tag below the price indicating a local product. This is handy when it's true. There were some under many rows of honey. I couldn't find one whose label didn't have Brazil or Argentina as a country of origin. I took one bottle to the service desk and pointed this out. She thanked me and said she would make note of it. 10 days later I went back. Same situation. Doesn't engender confidence in their attention to detail. The staff they hired lacks the personal touch the previous personnel had. Not unusual to have the cashier chatting with the bagger instead of relating to the customer. I guess that's common in many places these days. My favorite is when I am asked by the cashier if I found everything I was looking for, I reply no, and they just keep ringing up items.I wouldn't be shopping here if there were a nearby competitor.

Have shopped here regularly for 7 years. There have been some changes in name and ownership but the service has always been great. I like the size and experience of shopping at this Bristol Hannaford more than any other.

Friendly staff always willing to help. Most of their products are local, can't beat their fresh produce not to mention most of their bakery items are made right there not in frozen. Be sure to download their hannaflrd app, save money you get points for shopping hannaford brands an tons of coupons that if you clip on their app ...it automatically takes it off ur shopping when you enter ur number at the register..no more forgetting to give the cashier them or forgetting them in the car or at home. Sorry..totally excited that it makes my life so much easier! Lol.

Check out is usually a negative experience for me or, if I'm lucky, a neutral experience. I have yet to have a cashier not to, at the very least, act like I am some minor annoyance although, often enough, they are down right rude. I try to get my grocery shopping done at the Plymouth, NH Hannaford and cringe anytime I need to go to this Shop and Save. Otherwise, the store itself is clean and orderly and prices are what you'd expect for a small town grocery store.

They have recently changed owners. And have gone from being Shop and Save to Hannafords. They have good selection of meat and seafood. The vegetable selection is ok. Parking lot is kind of on a steep incline. Staff is friendly and helpful, particularly in the Bakery, James the bagger is a particular good worker. The place is clean and I have all confidence in the safety of the food.

Nice and clean grocery store. We went and got some live Maine lobster. They were soft-shelled so they didn't have a ton of meat but they were delicious and lively.

Small poorly stocked grocery. Produce, meat, prepared foods and stock all lack the quality and/consistency found in other larger stores. Poorly managed since changed from. Shop & Save. Also what you may get one week could be out of stock or discontinued all together the next. Problem is, no other grocers in the area!
