This store is well lit, clean and well stocked. The employees I encountered were polite and very professional. They had a vey wide assortment of merchandise. I found fresh candy at a great price. I ended up in line behind a group of teenagers that changed their minds about which mylar balloons to buy and how many. The cashier apologized to me even though it was no fault of hers. Because the cashier took the time to help her customers the teenagers seemed very satisfied with their purchase and I believe the recipients of the balloons will as well. It was GREAT customer service.

Jennica the store manager put me in the hospital and she is a rude evil person who needs to be fired. This store is always a mess and she doesn’t know what she is doing anyway. My husband worked here for all of two months before he finally got sick of her talking down to everyone else and quit.

Stopped by while coming through town and witnessed the manager (if you can even call her that) yelling and berating at a truck driver that was there to deliver to their store. He surprisingly remained calm and took it from her. She needs to get herself in check and remind herself that without truck drivers her store wouldn't receive product and she wouldn't have a job. Not a way you want to act in front of your employees.

WAY better than then it's sloppy counterpart Family Dollar. The employees are friendly, they work with you. You don't always have to use exact change, you can pay with plastic, and no stupid rules every time you go in like the Family Dollar that's here. The ladies in here are all very nice personable and helpful, unlike Family Dollar where they all think you wanna be met with an attitude.

Has a lot to offer for reasonable prices. Shopping their in store brand will usually always result in better savings than the brand name items.Like others have mentioned it does seem to always have carts or other items taking up space in the aisle. Not a huge nuisance unless you have a cart yourself.Try to avoid coming in around 5 in the afternoon as you usually hit the crowd of folks leaving work.A good place to pick up a few items that you may be in need.

If you can maneuver around all the stuff that's on the floor and unfriendly staff and unknowledgeable people and never having enough product of one item thank youMay 2021Still have cluttered aisles high turnover on staff and never stocked. Staff is still unfriendly and never feel welcomed. When asked if I found everything I tell them no because half what I needed was in a cluttered aisle or top shelf and can never find anyone for help.

This store sucks!! It is never stocked very well. You always have to wait in line at the checkout do to the fact they only have one checker. They have no way to call for backup. Then you get someone in front of you that is using a government card that didn't have enough money on it, but because the transaction is already put through, no way to take something off. Management really needs to rethink how this store is ran and come up with a new plan.

Intense management issues, many times management is complaining to an employee about another employee; I as a customer have heard this multiple times- Just not good practice. One cashier open and a line to the back isles is quite ridiculous. Especially when management breaks are more important. We had a small town dollar store that cared about people and product, then "Family Dollar" and "Dollar General" came to my town... neither store can properly stock shelves, bins piled in isles blocking shelf items. I have been to these stores in other communities, they seem to lack the issues quite noticeable at the Yerington Nevada location.

Kristina is the nicest employee they have there. She is always helpful and nice. The store prices are too high but they get them because there isn't squat in Yerington. A Dollar Tree would put this store out of business.

This is a decent store if you are looking for basics. Some of the employees are friendly, some aren't. Depends on who you get. What drives me nuts about this store is that there is almost always a cart of some type blocking the aisles, so it is hard to get around.

It is a very busy store! We should for sure have more people up front. I usually close and nights are even busy. I know there are new hires coming and I hope they stay. The drama in this store is AMAZING! Its extremely hard to run the register, stock and take care of the customers. I try my best and hope I haven't come across as rude to anybody

Horrible one employee to run the whole place. The poor gal had stock sitting in every isle to put away but had to run cash register. Which being confined to a wheelchair made it impossible to get around except for the help of other customers. We all are appalled that we had to, watch this employee bust her hump to take care of everyone. If it wasn't for her efforts and others we would never shop here again.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Do not shop with your kids here because if there are more than three kids in the store they will make you leave them outside because they assume that every child is a criminal. The staff were very rude and aggressive. I witnessed an 8th grade girl's volleyball team with adult supervison and with only about 8 girls be told to " take it or leave it." I would also say they got kicked out but they did not even get to go in.This is highly unacceptable. I recommend that you do not shop at this sad excuse for a store.

Typical dollar general in a small town. The selection runs out fairly quickly. Some empty shelves. Went in and stood at the register for almost 10 minutes. No-one was around. Looked all over the store and in the backroom. A little eerie.

It is a dollar store. I prefer this one as it is on the main street, near the places I often go to. It has good deals on the stuff I want. It has even surprised me before. I get household and pet supplies here every month.

It's a decent store it's clean and it's in town and one of two stores you have to go to so it's what's here I recommend it .just not around the time kids get out from school cause it's the busssiest time there in the day and it's jammed packed with people every where Iongest lines too.

This place never go with a family you can only have 3 kids in the store at a time they think kids are criminals when they aren’t I watched a volleyball team get rejected to come in the store the workers are mean and aggressive and should let kids in and keep an eye on them and not allowed in that’s cruel never go there

Well it's a dollar type store so pretty much as expected. Not many things are $1. Pretty messy, lines are long with usually 1 check stand open. On the up side it's usually stocked up on things.

Now that the store has hired more cashiers its much faster. Yerington, being a smaller community, the stores are sometimes out of stock on items.

They really should learn to write that's its closed online before deciding to close early we went to the store before closing time and an employee stood in front of the door I'm not trying to be a karen but atleast say its closed on your webpage.

Fair prices, cheap items, but ailes are cluttered and stock is often left on carts blocking access to groceries. There's a rapid turnover of employees.
