I frequent this casino to gamble (I am a keno player) and everytime I am there, there is literally only 1 bartender (at the casino bars) out of everyone that I have been served from that acts like I am a valued guest. I wish I knew his name, cause the guy is fantastic! He chats it up and makes sure I am good, no matter how busy he is. Everyone else pays attention to the cocktail servers in the well first, and walk up traffic is treated as low priority.The cafe though.. Everyone there is so very friendly and polite! I really enjoy it there.Oh, that draft beer bar.. there is a funny guy bartender, older guy with big glasses.. the guy is awesome!!! And the draft beer selection is great too!Nearby activities: Hiking, for DAYS!!!Walkability: Can easily walk to this casino from any other casino, but there is shuttles available as well.Noteworthy details: The casino has a retro, 1970's vibe to the decore, but then mixed in are these large digital screens with all sorts of content on them. I kinda like it!

It's OK compared to other casinos in Wendover. Slots are pretty tight. That's just my experience, but I have lots of experience over a couple decades coming here. They have a good table selection and that's why I'm not bankrupt from the slots. Place is clean, staff are nice, rooms are good if you're looking at the hotel for a night. I do keep coming back cause it's the better option in Wendover.

It's a casino in Wendover, so of course, the rooms could use a little update, not terrible, but definitely not the worst in Wendover. Matress seemed newer. Cleanliness could always be better but fine for a night after a drunken concert.Food & drinks: Primo is my preference above all restaurants in Wendover.

They have a few slots my wife likes to play. However I play craps most of the time, and by far they have the rudest and incompetent craps dealers. They don't pay out right and when you call it out they give you attitude. They are not familiar with various strategies, and get irritated at you when they do not get what you want. Various other players called them out and the pit boss did nothing. They tried to short change me and other players multiple times. I will no longer play table games at the rainbow. The rooms are sub par, the final straw with the rooms was the previous guest left a Blood test strip in the soap dish and I had to find it when I washed my hands, which means they are not cleaning the rooms properly.I stay anywhere but there. Yes I will be contacting them directly tomorrow.

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is for location! A quick walk around the casino shows why I’ve never heard anything about this casino until I saw it in passing. The people(gamblers) are def not “high rollers” or classy! and their food, is by far, the worst experience(overpriced. Bland. Dry. Overcooked)I’ve ever had at any of the casinos I’ve visited throughout the U.S. Def will not come back!

The restaurant Primo don't go there! We were waiting and waiting for our food thinking it's taking a long time (it was over 40 mins, but not sure how long) we started seeing people who came in after us getting their food. Another table near us (that was there before us)was complaining of the same thing, and went to the front and asked. A couple mins later they got their food. We decided we better go ask and was told it would be right there. We got our food a couple mins later, the food was cold, the bread on the sandwiches was dried out and hard, and the bacon tasted like it had been deep fried, which takes the flavor. The waitress did get us new fries, which came quickly. The sandwiches tasted old, and stale! To much money to pay for such poor quality! I would rather go to a restaurant than fast food, the food is usually alot better, but in this case we did not even want to try a another restaurant in the hotel after that experience. 😟😟😡😟😟Walkability: If you have a hard time walking, this is not the place to stay! I am handicapped and can't walk long distances. We reserved a handicap room in advance and were put in a room far from the casino, they said they did not have any closer rooms! I had to use my walker and stop twice each way to the casino and back, each time! What do they think handicapped means?? How many handicapped people can walk far? If you have an electric wheelchair it would be okay, but most of us don't.

Me and my dad decided to stay here and give it a try considering the last time my dad stayed here he and my mother caught COVID-19 and now I see why. This is what happened. We arrived and checked in and we are given our room keys to room number 1435. We get too the rooms and sit our bags down and notice alot of things were very dirty as I have shown in the photos. There was blood on the pillowcases, the edge of the bed, and even on one of the chairs. The bathroom walls looked like someone hocked multiple lugies on it as well as the floor wasn't vacuumed either and there was also lots of dust and HAIR on the SHEETS. We go down to the front desk and show her the photos and she was very nice and offered us another room and we were hopeful it would be clean unlike our first room. When we arrived at our second assigned room (1431) that room was also dirty as well. We were so concerned about getting sick from something in this hotel that we went too our vehicle and got 91% alcohol spray to sanitize the room! When we asked for new sheets at the front desk the people gave us two blanket liners and said "the housekeepers just left and this is all we have access to" so we stripped the hairy, dirty sheets off our beds and put the new clean ones on. We were really shocked and I honestly wasn't going to post this but it's really bad...the rooms were extremely dirty for absolutely no reason at all!Rooms: The rooms are dirty and when you try to get the problem addressed they just move you instead of trying to actually help.Food & drinks: The restaurant wouldn't take my coupons provided by the hotel and when asked the reason why they claimed it was "at the managers discretion"Noteworthy details: Only stay here if you have too. but expect the rooms to be dirty, the fridge barely too work, and nobody will care to do anything about it because even the tables you gamble at had HAIR ON THEM! It was just so insane how dirty this place was!

We have come to Wendover for several years now. Since the charter flight program ended during covid, we've still returned on our own by flying into Salt Lake and renting a car to drive in to Wendover. That's how much we love it! The Rainbow is a great location for gambling and the Sports Book. I would suggest opening up more seating in the Sports Book area for more patrons to enjoy. It was very difficult on our recent trip to grab a seat due to many locals taking up 1 seat at a table for 4 for days at a time. Most won't share empty seats either. We come to place sports bets and enjoy games, but our last visit was difficult due to many locals not being friendly to tourists, which was unfortunate. More seating would be great since The Rainbow has the best Sports Book area, hands down! The bar drinks could be improved as well, most were full of soda or juice. Most of the older dealers are wonderful and friendly and make the gambling experience so much fun. We noticed this trip some of the newer, younger dealers were not as friendly.

Took a night away from home to play some tables and use the Jacuzzi tubs.Great people at the tables, friendly staff! We had a great time!Rooms: Very clean. Beautiful jacuzzi tub.Nearby activities: Casinos, concerts!Food & drinks: Multiple different restaurants, cafes, coffee stop spots!

We enjoy our visits every time we go either with my wife or as a family. Service has been great to us thus far. Great people, great service all around.Rooms: Rooms are clean and housekeeping is also on top of whatever we need.Food & drinks: Food at restaurants is good and so is the service. I do however think that something can be done about servers that bring drinks at the casinos, either more people to do rounds or something because I have been taking drinks to the floor that I bring from outside.

do not stay here, found a cocaroavh in our room and staff refused to help at all… Do not stay here.we left our stuff in the room until we went down to get our new room, they fumigated the room with our belongings in it and then denied it . will be contacting the local health board tommorow. they offered no solution and i called to ask them why they and they told me they will talk to me in the morning.Sidenote, they fumigated the room, and still left the cockroach on the ground

I like the casino but a different story for the hotel and their customer service. Keep trading… Rainbow Casino in Wendover NV is one of my favorite casinos to play in. They have my favorite machines and win most of the time. I love this place. Their comps are great except you can’t see your free play while playing in the slot machines and they don’t have self pay.I like this casino a lot more than the others in this area.Hotel, the Rainbow hotel at Wendover has some of worst customer service I had ever seen. Starting from the registration desk to the housekeepers, all very moody, dismissive and rude. I stayed there multiple times because I can’t get a room at the other hotels but I won’t do that anymore. If I can’t stay at the other hotel I won’t go at all. Too bad because I like to play slots.

My wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon. The price was reasonable. Our room was nice and very clean. It was fun playing in the casino. The location was conveniently close to the places we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the pool and the hot tub. We will likely visit this hotel again.Rooms: Clean, felt home like. Bed was comfortable.

This is, in my opinion, the best casino in Wendover. The rooms (especially in comparison to Red Garter or Nugget) are infinitely better and yet somehow also cheaper.It's cleaner, bigger, better, and cheaper than the other options all while being more fun and easier to park at all at once.Plus I'm sure people do smoke pot here like the others yet it doesn't smell like it everywhere like *some* of the others do. Looking at the Nugget again...The only down side is that on multiple occasions I have experienced situations where the only reason I made the trip out to Wendover was because it said I had a free room and when I got there (always ensuring it wasn't on an excluded day) I find out that somehow I don't or they magically can't find it.

Old style casino, that's been decently updated and the atmosphere is pretty jovial on any given weekend. The dealers are friendly enough and hospitable that they take the time to help explain the games if you need help understanding. The drinks are still free and the folks that come are friendly even when their drunk for the most part. Comps are awesome and rainbow ,Peppermill and Montego Bay are all connected so you can use the comps at all 3 locations.

We were staying in Park City and decided to take a drive to a casino. We love to play blackjack and go to Vegas every March. Rainbow Casino was so pretty & clean. The food at The Grill was very good. All the dealers and pit bosses (Hector & Shaun - host) could not have been more welcoming. We had such a great time that we went back two days later. Chris, one of the dealers, was a hoot! Thanks for such a great time!

Paid 50 bucks for cold sandwich in the restaurant so I could sit by two homeless men with their dog. But as long as the manager was able to tell the poor guy walking by that he was not allowed to vape in that area all is good. I mean seriously..? Did you notice the two men perched at the booth for 2 hours that ordered no food or drink and had their dog sitting there for 2 hours and you're worried about a paying costumer vaping.? Make it make sense pleaseRooms: Do better
