First off, I just want to say what a great experience! It was my first time in Lake Tahoe, I went to celebrate my little sister's birthday. The fires made our options very limited to explore the town. However, I was thankfully able to snag a Eastern Shoreline tour near Rock Cave. Our tour guide, Grace, was so energetic and fun! She took lovely photos on her gadgets and provided us with a bit of historical insights to the area. The tour itself if fairly short, but it was perfect since my little sister was a bit frightened at first since she can't swim and there she was in a CLEAR kayak over a large body of water 😅 Overall friendly staff, nice views, peacefulness on the water😌. Thank you.

the east shoreline transparent kayak tour was very good. It was a 2 hr trip one hr to the spot and another hour back. the kayaks and nice and the water is pristine looking. It is a very nice location. The guide even took photos of the groups and gave it us with no extra charges. One complaint is that we did not get to stay at the destination for even 10 minutes. Felt like immediate return after photos.

My favorite experience at Tahoe. We did the sunrise tour and it was perfect. The lake was calm and there was little to no lake traffic. The guide was so informative and mentioned several times that he would cater to whatever we wanted to do. They provided wet bags for any gear we wanted to keep dry. He gave suggestions on other things to do while in Tahoe. He took us to the perfect spot for photos and even took them on his cameras and sent them. I would highly recommend this company.

We rented the glass bottom kayaks for a 2 hour Stateline tour and it was amazing. Tour managers were very personable and made it easy from start to finish. We were on our way so fast from pickup to drop off. Tour guide was amazing. Would come back and do it all again. Experience was beyond expected thanks to Tahoe Paddle sports!

We had an awesome time kayaking to Bonsai rock with Amanda as our tour guide. She launched us into the water so we didn't have to do any work dragging the kayaks. She told us all sorts of interesting stuff about the area and took great pictures of us. An hour and a half was plenty of time to see the rock and get back to shore, we didn't feel rushed or like our arms couldn't keep up with the pace. Highly recommended thing for tourists to do.

This was our first kayaking experience in Lake Tahoe and it was wonderful. The guides and everyone from Tahoe Paddle sports were friendly and professional. Our guide Kirsten was great. Only one thing we were disappointed with is that the website promised drone photography and they charged us the full amount, however drones weren’t used so it would have been better if they communicated this with us and also reduced the price a bit. Nonetheless our guide took our pictures from a somewhat higher angle.

Kayaking with Tahoe Paddle Sports was an amazing experience. The shuttle provided was easy and nice for avoiding traffic and avoiding having to find parking. The owner Anthony was very nice and was very informative. Our guide Sydney was very upbeat and knowledgeable, making the experience so fun. Unfortunately, our tour had to be cut short due to bad winds and unsafe conditions but we appreciated our guide for putting safety first and making sure we got out safely. Would highly recommend.

The one star is for the company’s booking assistant whose attitude is absolutely not acceptable. The policy is not flexible and not emphasized with same day charge of $100. There’s definitely lack of clear communication between who is in charge of making reservation changes and who is at the shuttle and the beach. We as customers will accept any extra fees IF things are clearly communicated with the right attitude. And also for being on time for the shuttle, the email communicated multiple times about that and will leave 40 mins before the trip. However when we found out that we would be arriving 2 mins late and the lady who answered the phone said that there’s no room for waiting and the shuttle will leave on time. Guess what, the shuttle arrived a min later than us. Of course I understand it’s important to be on time, but how hard can it be to be a bit nicer and provide solutions and not just charging the money says arriving late considering as no-shows. We do like the guide who helped at the beach and the view. But definitely hope you can also improve the customer experience!

Ellen who works at Tahoe Paddle Sports was so helpful and an amazing employee. We had to change our reservation and she made this easy. This is a very fairly run business and I would recommend going through them to experience a fantastic kayaking experience when staying in Lake Tahoe. Unfortunately due to high wind conditions we were unable to kayak during our trip, but Tahoe Paddle Sports made sure to refund us. When we come back to visit we will be going through them to kayak.

Tennessee Bound!

My wife and I went there with our two daughters just last week. We came all the way from Tennessee. We only had a short amount of time in like Tahoe, as we had to go to Reno that very next day. The owner of the company, was so polite and so helpful to make sure that we were able to experience lake on a canoe. It was amazing. There a lot of companies that charge a lot more than what he does. However, it is the same clear kayak, that everybody else uses. The only difference, is that his prices are way cheaper, and the service that he gives is way more awesome.than the rest. Sure, that my wife and kids and myself, had the best experience ever. He stood there and talked with us afterwards, for 20 minutes just to make sure that we got the history on the lake and just some fun things to do in the area. We will definitely be back and make sure that we use him only. Thank you so much for a great time.

Taylor was great! we went for the 10 am one.. water was calm except for when some other boat went by every now and then. She also took high quality pictures of us and air dropped em later and knew a ton about everything surrounding us
