I paid $6 for probably 100 small Dubia roaches today, what a steal! After struggling with the quality of the roaches that I had purchased from the big name brand pet stores, and from sellers online, I finally found a local business that provides a higher quality, quantity, and just over all health of dubia’s. Super happy with my experience today and will definitely be back!

First experience was nice and easy they had everything I needed.Second experience, drove to their location on a Saturday where their posted hours are 12-6, get there at 3:48pm...closed. Can't support small businesses if they aren't going to be open for their posted hours. Unfortunate..

Fun mom and son shop with great prices on frozen rat feeders. They have snakes available from their own breedings, other insect feeders, misc reptile supplies. The best part is the amazing customer service! Such a wonderful lil shop.

If you have a snake you know how hard it is to get good quality frozen feeders without having to pay for overnight shipping. Professional Reptiles has way better quality than you could ever find at a chain pet store; my snake became more active, alert, and healthy after I started feeding from here instead. Really reasonable prices for excellent quality. I just wish they were open more often!

Very very happy with their frozen feeders! I ordered rat pups and The packaging was amazing along with the rats themselves! My snake also gives them a 10/10 she gobbled it right up! Would definitely recommend!

This is my only go-to place for frozen rats, even though its an hour commute. The rats are plump, clean, healthy, and when defrost don't leak blood, feces, and give off a smell that makes you gag.I also like how the rodents are humanely euthanized. They are gas properly so they go to sleep without struggle. Most places are in too much of a hurry and gas them wrong and the rodents suffer a suffocating death. Not here.The cherry on top, is the price are incredible for great quality feeders.

I come here regularly for feeders. The folks who run the place are nothing short of amazing. I don't go anywhere else for feeders and other odd & ends for my critters. Support a great locally owned small business, not because they are local but because they are the best, it doesn't hurt that they are local however.

I've have used Professional Reptile for the past 4 years. I get frozen rats shipped. I have nothing but positive experiences with them. Packing is always timely, rats are clean and nicely packed. Super grateful for their product and reliability over the years. Best price to quality ratio I've found.

Just a quick edit to my year-old review to say I've ordered twice more since my first review and service and product were great twice again.Great experience, relatively responsive to emails (day or two), and very helpful. Shipping was awesome, came packed with heavy insulation and what must have been 5 pounds of dry ice, the rodents were frozen rock solid even after the box sat in the sun all afternoon. RATS were amazing, quality and packing, mice were okay. I would wish for a little mix and match. It's impossible to find these specific sizes locally so online is the only option. I wish I could buy 10/10/10 instead of 25/25/25 of three different sizes (of course, I didn't ask, maybe they would). Shipping was understandably expensive but when I compared the other big online suppliers and Pro Reptiles was lowest. Call ahead for local store hours. I was told after 5:30pm weekdays and Saturday (but to call ahead)

Fantastic place, I'm so glad I found them. The prices here are amazing and the staff is incredibly helpful. I can't wait to get the call to come choose my snake. Do yourself a favor and shop here! So much better than ANY place I have been to.

Hours are only on Thursdays and Saturdays. Saturdays are the only day they have the reptiles there. They do not have live feed. Only frozen rats in all sizes. They do sell coco husk for less than $15 which was super cheap!!

Never open. Why have a store front? As the only reptile store in the area you'd think you'd be open more... I have tried to come to the store 3 times and don't see why it's appointment only, might as well run it out of your home then. Kinda disappointing no reptile specialty shops or Vivarium in the area...

This place is great, but because of the hours of operations I have had to take my business else where. My specialty pets don't understand having to wait for food because the store that supplies them are on very oddball hours and days.

Walked into a great atmosphere and popped in from a recommendation and I wished I heard about this place sooner! Very knowledgeable and always have the food my reptiles need! Definitely recommending this to all my friends with reptiles

The only way to describe professional reptiles is the best kept secret for reptiles owners....not only do they have the best prices on supplies..... but the F/T feeders are superb.....some say the limited hours are a downside....where that is true.....the facts are this is a family run store where everyone also have normal jobs....and they work long hours so we as reptile keepers can have great quality affordable food for our reptiles.

The best place to buy frozen feeders for your reptiles. They also sell various pet supplies and sometimes pets. You can order online and if you want to pickup it is best to call ahead.

I called days before to see if they had dubia roaches and the lady promised me they would have them that upcoming Saturday. So I drive all the way over there and now she’s telling me they don’t have them. I was so annoyed. Plus, they keep the reptiles in tiny plastic containers that’s usually for bugs. Not very professional nor humane in my opinion.Edit to reply: I was waiting for fifteen minutes in the store, you never told me you were getting them, you reached out to some dude via text to talk to him about the issue, you lack of communication is absolutely terrible. Learn how to communicate properly and reassure the customer. Otherwise, yes, you are completely unprofessional.

Horrible animal living conditions. The snakes had NO room to move or do anything. Leopard geckos were clearly very stressed. I’d give them no stars but i had to give at least 1 to leave a review. This is not humain.
